Is there free will in heaven?

You have the free will to do whatever God wants... that's free enough, right?

What if my uncle molested me as a child and I hate him, but he is also a christian?  If he is in heaven too, then it is not heaven for me since I hate him... If God changes me so I don't hate him any longer, then I am not me, and whatever is in heaven, is not me...

Sounds like a lose-lose proposition... glad I'm going to hell so I don't have to worry about it

Yes, hundreds of awkward situations like those. For instance if someone kills my wife but then the killer repents and my wife wasn't a christian, he will go to heaven with me and she will be in hell tortured forever. Also this is not a fair test because people that are born in christian countries are obviously going to believe in the christian god, someone born in a muslim country wont. Just like if I live 80 years vs 40, more chances to become a christian if I live 80. So yeah, god is stupid.

1763  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Evolution is a hoax on: October 02, 2018, 10:23:43 AM

Here is possibly the biggest point that shows that evolution theory evolution (ETE) is not possible. It is cause and effect (C&E).

Consider billiards, pool. When a pool player taps the cue ball, the results happen according to how he taps it. If all the forces were to act exactly the same way every time he tapped the cue ball, the ball would move exactly the same way every time.

It's the same with all science. When you perform a scientific experiment the same way every time, you get exactly the same results every time.

Why is this important for evolution? Because every force in the universe was set to act exactly the way it has acted, right from the beginning of the universe. This means that all of nature has been programmed to act exactly as it acts. If some little thing had been started differently at the beginning, then there would be a different result right now.

ETE talks about random mutation. But C&E shows that there is no random. All there is, is, complexity way beyond anything we can begin to observe. That's why we call complex happenings random. It's our weakness of observation. But in reality there is no random.

The point is, whatever set the universe up the way it is, programmed life and everything else to be exactly the way it is. This means that evolution theory is way off point, and that nobody will ever be able to find any ETE. They can't, because there is absolutely no random, of mutation or anything else.

Even the thing that feels like and looks like our free will, is really artificial free will, because it has all been programmed in from the beginning. At least, that's is what science has shown so far. Some day we might find something that doesn't operate by C&E. As things now stand, non-C&E doesn't even make sense in the universe.

Cool

There is no case, no experiment, no event, which has ever been conducted 100% the same way in all the history of the universe. No “input” has ever been the same, thus no “output” has ever been the same. All other things being equal, time has always passed, thus input, any input, is never really 100% the same. What you have “proven”, is that C&E can’t really be proven, not that Evolution cannot exist because no pure randomness exist, on account of C&E.

What badecker's peanut brain fails to understand is that what matters here is the first cause of the chain of causes. If the first cause it's the big bang then everything is still random since the big bang process was a random process. He always says ''programming'' but he could never prove god in the other thread.

Why is this thread on scam accusations it should be on the altcoin section, people might think that this is a scam accusation, they are already in the market and they are being traded in an open arena what is the accusations on Ubex, about the dumping it is a sad reality that keeps on happening

It's a blatant scam and I don't understand how people didn't see it. How can you have an ongoing ICO and at the same time have your tokens traded on some exchanges? It's obvious they were the ones selling and buying them on x5 the original price so people would buy more ubex.

I thought they're done with their iCO, if true then this is definitely not right. Why would investor buy on their ICO site when they can do it on exchanges. LOL

I chat with someone on a private channel, funny because one mod says if the coin isn't listed on exchanges, you complain. Now its listed you still complain?

It was on exchanges since August, their team official statement was: We paid a few people in UBEX and they were the ones selling, which is total bullshit.

Evolution and Incompatibility are not compatible.

Evolution would have dealt harshly with incompatibility a long time ago.

''Genetics — Mutations Cause Harm and Do Not Build Complexity''

''Most mutations are neutral. Nachman and Crowell estimate around 3 deleterious mutations out of 175 per generation in humans (2000). Of those that have significant effect, most are harmful, but the fraction which are beneficial is higher than usually though. An experiment with E. coli found that about 1 in 150 newly arising mutations and 1 in 10 functional mutations are beneficial (Perfeito et al. 2007).

The harmful mutations do not survive long, and the beneficial mutations survive much longer, so when you consider only surviving mutations, most are beneficial.

Beneficial mutations are commonly observed. They are common enough to be problems in the cases of antibiotic resistance in disease-causing organisms and pesticide resistance in agricultural pests (e.g., Newcomb et al. 1997; these are not merely selection of pre-existing variation.) They can be repeatedly observed in laboratory populations (Wichman et al. 1999). Other examples include the following:
Mutations have given bacteria the ability to degrade nylon (Prijambada et al. 1995).
Plant breeders have used mutation breeding to induce mutations and select the beneficial ones (FAO/IAEA 1977).
Certain mutations in humans confer resistance to AIDS (Dean et al. 1996; Sullivan et al. 2001) or to heart disease (Long 1994; Weisgraber et al. 1983).
A mutation in humans makes bones strong (Boyden et al. 2002).
Transposons are common, especially in plants, and help to provide beneficial diversity (Moffat 2000).
In vitro mutation and selection can be used to evolve substantially improved function of RNA molecules, such as a ribozyme (Wright and Joyce 1997).

Whether a mutation is beneficial or not depends on environment. A mutation that helps the organism in one circumstance could harm it in another. When the environment changes, variations that once were counteradaptive suddenly become favored. Since environments are constantly changing, variation helps populations survive, even if some of those variations do not do as well as others. When beneficial mutations occur in a changed environment, they generally sweep through the population rapidly (Elena et al. 1996).

High mutation rates are advantageous in some environments. Hypermutable strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa are found more commonly in the lungs of cystic fibrosis patients, where antibiotics and other stresses increase selection pressure and variability, than in patients without cystic fibrosis (Oliver et al. 2000).

Note that the existence of any beneficial mutations is a falsification of the young-earth creationism model (Morris 1985, 13).''

Then again, thanks to science we can drive cars, fly planes, fly to mars. That's because it works, the tests works, the method works. It's proven, period. Religion on the other hand, not so much, otherwise we would be praying all the time instead of doing scientific tests, why bother, right? Just pray to god and he will heal us, make the car and planes for us. Yet every religious nutjob out there still goes to the doctor, still takes the medicine, instead of praying to god.

Science works, religion does not.

Then again, thanks to God giving us our whole world, our bodies and our brains, we have the ability to use some of the science He created for us.

Cool

Prove it. You were not able in the ''scientific proof of god'' so why bother saying things like that when it's not proven? 0 proof.
1774  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do you believe God exists? on: October 01, 2018, 10:43:31 AM

Exactly why religion is garbage. Everyone claims to have faith in their specific god yet by their definition, only 1 god is real so even if there was 1 real god, all the others have to be false so how do we proceed from here? How do we determine which god is the real one?

They all are equally real.  All 3000+ of them.

Especially the religion of science or science theory. See #6 for religion in Dictionary.com:
something one believes in and follows devotedly; a point or matter of ethics or conscience: to make a religion of fighting prejudice.

Cool

And that fits science how? ''something one believes'' Scientists don't  ''believe'' their rockets will fly, they test them and then fly to the moon.

Now you are trying to tell us that there was never a failure in science? If there was a failure, why would a scientist keep on going without knowing for a fact that next time, the result would be what he wanted, especially in the light of his present failure? It's all because he is believing that he will have success somewhere along the line. The example is Edison and his thousand attempts to invent the light bulb.

All science theory that has been around for a while is a failure. Why? Because it would have become science fact if the scientists had understood that it was real. So, scientists maintain the theory by believing it will be proven factual someday... except for those who believe it will never become factual. They don't know. They operate on faith, believing one way or the other.

For the dedicated scientist, science is his religion, or part of it.

Cool

Kek, I do peer review in my industry. Turns out academia doesn't really lie.
...

If the global warming scam taught us anything it is what an absurd circle-jerk the 'peer review' process has become.  It's nothing but a bunch of so-called 'academics' putting their stamp on one another's fraud.  And those who don't play ball get booted out and don't get funding.

From your own writing style and analytical abilities I would guess that what you mean by "do peer review in my industry" is that you pick them up to dust off the desk or that you pick up and drop off packages containing peer review documents.

scam. Fuck you cunt.

Global Warming and climate  change isn't a scam. We're already seeing the effects and you're just shoving your head in the sand. What sort of prick pushes anti-science rhetoric?

Have you ever actually read a science paper before? Actually, have you? Notice all those fancy references at the bottom of the page. Those are references back to previous works. Science is built on the work of others. Saying "oh, this science is entirely fabricated" is just retardiness when we constantly see works upon works being published showing expected and predicted results.

Aw. Scared somebody will find the truth out about your medical scams? You will lose money!

Cool

Aw. Someone scared that he'll lose all his ad revenue on his fake news sites? Counting the days until you go bankrupt you retarded idiot.

If you don't know badecker, here are his ''beliefs'': Believes in god, believes evolution is a hoax, believes vaccines are harmful. etc etc. It's sad really, to live your life randomly believing in stuff. When you have no critical thinking this is what happens, you pick up on various different beliefs randomly.

As someone who has studied the Wakefield case somewhat, it is abundantly clear that Brian Deer simply made up stuff when he could not twist benign and obvious actions into something which could sound scary to the idiot class.  Something like 'highly invasive' procedures on 'innocent children.'

Wakefield was a gastroenterologist working with patients who had very clear gastrointestinal problems.  The use of a colonoscopy to diagnose patients with such conditions is standard.  Obviously by better understanding their rather unusual digestive tract problems the most effective treatment might be realized.

As a doctor, I am curious as to what the fuck you would call lumbar punctures if not both highly invasive and unnecessary, given they have no role in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal disease.

Some 'doctor' you are.  Lol!  You don't even 'read to good' let alone have a clue about how to hypothesis test.  The procedure was stated to ascertain mitochondrial function of neural tissue.

In case you are one of the (unfortunate many) lazy 'doctors' who don't know this, a hypothesis which was being tested was whether the vaccine strain of measles might be taking up residence in the gut tissue and causing these unusual (and highly consistent) symptoms in some individuals.  In case you missed it in your 'med school' [chuckle], measles is a pulmonary virus in it's native state...then Merck and GSK got a hold of it and it underwent certain modifications.

When I see someone like you parrot the propaganda with all of it's standard scary terminology used I always wonder if such a person is a willing part of a cabal program using new social media technologies such as troll-farms, or a typical conditioned minion who simply drank the cool-aid.  I suspect that it is usually the latter.

And when I see someone like you parrot arguments they really understand I always assume you are a "Facebook Researcher" with minimal, if any, education or training in medicine.

I've never had a facebook account.

''Some 'doctor' you are'' 100% expected response, it's so easy to read you.

Your rebuttals rebut themselves by making all kinds of assumptions that evolution is factual, when such has not been proven.

Evolution is a hoax.

Cool

The rebuttals of my rebuttals rebut themselves by assuming all kinds of assumptions like evolution is a hoax when such is not proven.

Now you are trying to rebut the existence of everything. Let's see some proof that shows that something is evolution, and not something else without evolution, like adaptation, or like-begets-like, or simple change.

It's amazing that all these years, with billions of dollars spent, nobody has even one evolution proof, but loads of people have all kinds of talk for it.

Evolution is a hoax.

Cool

''It's amazing that all these years, with billions of dollars spent, nobody has even one evolution proof, but loads of people have all kinds of talk for it.'' You talking about god?

You seem to be interested only in the small evidence you need for your own arguments, ignoring the 99.99% of all the evidence for the specific problem. For example evolution, 99.99% of evidence is in favor of evolution yet you keep focusing on the 0.01%. Same here. You would rather believe a few nutjobs and conspiracy theorists than all the doctors/scientists in the world.

There are many 'doctors and scientists' in the world who have studied the issues, found that they don't align with the corp/gov party line, and published their findings in various formats.  There would be more if it were not so dangerous to one's career, and in some cases to one's life, but still there are plenty.  These are the people I listen to mostly.  At least I put a high value on the information they bring because they have nothing to gain from providing accurate information...except perhaps their dignity and their souls...and have a hell of a lot to lose.

Of course if you define 'quack' as anyone who doesn't align themselves to the corp/gov party line then you have a circular chain of reason going on and there is basically no hope that you will be able to pull anything of value out of such a muddled mess.  Or more accurately, there is only one conclusion you will draw, and it is inevitable that you will draw it.  Just you have.  That is the design goal of this (and many other) social engineering operations.

''There are many 'doctors and scientists' in the world who have studied the issues, found that they don't align with the corp/gov party line, and published their findings in various formats.'' Yeah the other 99% are paid by the government to lie to us :^)
