my guess: $468.3
1762  Economy / Speculation / Re: is it time to sell? on: May 18, 2016, 04:20:09 PM
If you think that you should sell and you can make some money more power to you, you should sell then. Waiting to long can also be a downfall maybe the price is going to drop and you are going to regret that you have not sold then.

It's the same thing when you sold all your bitcoins too soon. There's a chance that you thought it's the best time to sell your bitcoins, but the market continues to rise. Probably the best thing to do is sell only a portion of your bitcoins at xx price and wait if the price will still go up. Sell it when the price goes higher. Otherwise, if the market goes down, you should quickly sell your remaining bitcoins to reduce the amount of lowered profit.

I think in this time should wait it now, because within month bitcoin's price will also growing up. you are right the best time is when bitcoin price is highest. but now it is not highest price. if we want good profit , that it is all depend on our ability how we can get it, we should take right decision than we reduce the low profit.

yeah and I think now is the right time to buy bitcoin as much as possible. in a few months is sure to increase, I do not wish to rise very high, at least 500 very well to make a profit.

Exactly major pump will be followed with major dump and we don't want to see that we want good and stable growth which can allow us to make some profits.

yeah, i agree.
an stable price rise is much better than a super fast rise. and even better is an stable price with very small changes. that helps adoption much more.
1763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is it to store your bitcoins on a mobile phone? on: May 18, 2016, 04:16:19 PM
It's not safe to be honest. You carry your phone daily, so it's a daily possibility that you can forget where did you put your Bitcoins at.
If you have good encryption, then they should be safe even if you lose the phone, but of course, you lose the Bitcoins that are inside the phone. In general im too paranoid to carry Bitcoins in my phone.
I believe that it is pretty safe and I am sure that nothing will happen to those Bitcoins. But the only thing I am afraid of is when you lose your phone or it breaks or something.
Then you have just lost your phone and your Bitcoins.

the breaking or losing the phone is not the biggest concern here because you can easily make a backup.

this is a bad idea becaue a phone is something that you carry with yourself so you are carrying your bitcoin with yourself everywhere also it can connect to internet which is bad without any explanation.
1764  Other / Off-topic / Re: I spent all my saving on bitcoin, now i am broke on: May 18, 2016, 04:12:41 PM
This is very brave and very stupid in the same time. But for me you are hero in any case, you saw opportunity and you decided to try your chances.
I think big possibility is that you will be successful in this, just be careful when to stop and cash out. Don't be greedy. Good luck and update us with your progress.

its a bad thing to make decisions like this, i mean invest as if you are gambling. you should always be sure (at least 90% sure) before investing in the first place not just jump in without knowledge.
1765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Purchased my 1st Game from Steam in the UK using Bitcoin. on: May 18, 2016, 04:09:32 PM
Cool  Grin Steam now accepting bitcoin payments easy to transfer funds unlike paypal to steam funds

Can't wait to see Paypal fade away. Their fees are astronomical.

does steam even accept paypal?
1766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: May 15, 2016, 04:29:52 PM
Im wondering more, what will everyone do if there is no price rise after the block halving? Will you all still hold onto your coins and continue trading or will you dump for whatever coin you think is the next best thing?

the possibility of people who have holding will panic, but some also may choose be patient. for halving effect might be felt after a few months ahead

Yeah it would be better to hold our coins till the end of the year, as everyone is thinking that price might not go higher at the time of halving.

maybe not until the end of the year, the profit may come so much sooner than that. by the time of halving the price can start going up into a new bubble which cna also go higher than $1000
1767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: May 15, 2016, 04:13:00 PM
I'm usually attract my office friend attention by show how I can earn free bits.
Once they interest, I'm explained bitcoin detail and they are so amaze on how bitcoin work just like normal currency

this is a good method to use but it doesn't work on everyone.

i have tried it and mostly when you want to introduce it to someone that is looking for online earning. it is good to show them how they can earn with bitcoin .
1768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My computer have just been hacked for BITCOIN ransom! on: May 15, 2016, 04:03:29 PM
Have heard that kind of hacking software before, which encrypted all files on my computer, and when my brother have been using the computer (or course carelessly), it is hacked and they demand a 1.2BTC ransom... These are just one more bad news of BTC, and even make my family members have even worse image on bitcoin... And we decided not to pay the coins to the hacker as all important files have been backed up.

Whay do you think?

i am sorry to hear about this.

but thid has nothing to do with bitcoin. it is like any other ransom. it could have been done using fiat just the same way and that wouldn't have changed anybodys view on fiat.

Right. And a mugger could have used a pillow to smother you, but, for reasons that remain a mystery to me, he chose a Glock.

no, he will use a piano wire. it is more effective!
1769  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin prices jump to $600+ in... on: May 15, 2016, 03:58:29 PM
$500 is around the corner so it will be reached by the end of this month or the begining of the next.

so for $600 it will be either a slow rise withing 2 months or a rise which will get past 600-800 in two months time.
1770  Economy / Speculation / Re: It is Buy time! on: May 15, 2016, 03:53:56 PM
Holding the coin for the long term is good. But we also need to spend some so that it is used. The usage can increase the price.
In order to make people spend their coins there must be enough merchants offering things people need in their daily life.

Otherwise people will stick to spending their coins from time to time just on digital goods and stuff.

we should want to spend out bitcoins in the first place so that merchants start accepting it as payment.

for example steam didn't want to accept bitcoin but since a lot of people asked them to add it, they finally accepted.
1771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: May 15, 2016, 03:35:35 PM
No their are no safe methods like many others already said, safe gambling is just not possible because its called gambling and its based on luck.
I sometimes laugh when someone says that they can benefit long-term use of gambling. whereas gambling is based on luck to be able to benefit. they say that there are games and using their skills and knowlede, it's safe?

you know poker and sport betting? I think not pure on luck, sometimes you need to bluff and sport betting need knowledge to analysis both teams to placed your bet.

Sports betting is bit safer in compare to other games if you  are aware about the statistics of teams or players then there is an opportunity to win something.
No gambling game is safe, there's always risk involved. i however agree on you with sports betting being a safer method to make money, i've made good amount betting on sports. Wink

that is right but even in sports betting it needs "Skills" too it is not just about the different game but also it is different for different people.

for example someone who has no skills in sports betting or information to know who wins, doesn't make any difference than dice.
1772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: May 15, 2016, 03:31:55 PM
No, I would spent my money for charity rather than gambling it because gambling is addictive and not predictable it can turn me back to poorman  Grin

it is good to see somebody is thinking this way.

but i think it is so much harder in action. it is easy to say this if you are not really in that situation
1773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There is no currency that banks hate. on: May 15, 2016, 03:23:03 PM
good points and i want to agree with them.

but at the same time i look at the history and how banks have always been kinda against the bitcoin and only trying to adapt the blockchain, so i can't figure this two face thing out.

1779  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: May 14, 2016, 06:09:05 PM
I have $3000 USD to invest, is it worth it?

What sort of returns should I expect
$3000 is big amount of money,if you want to invest it on bitcoin casino, you should choose a best bitcoin casino, its will give you good profit, and i suggest you to not hurry for choose the best bitcoin casino, try to negotiate to some bitcoin casino for best profit sharing.

i think with that much money you can even start your own casino and not need anybody else.

$3000 is nearly 6.6BTC which is more than enough to get you started with setting up a website and pay for developement and coding.
1780  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price to 600 ? on: May 14, 2016, 06:05:14 PM
What will you guys do if bitcoin price increased to 600.
Will you guys hold or sell your remaining bitcoins BTC

i would do absolutely nothing.

and also i would only be happy because my investment would be thripled by then so that would be the time to wait for more rise.
