901  Economy / Speculation / Re: Looks like we are going to test $1,300+ on: March 04, 2017, 04:07:40 AM
Bitstamp tested $1298 some hours ago. Interestingly for some reason, it's higher than the Bitfinex peak at $1294 (bitfinex always has the higher price for some reason)

In any case, looks like we will test the barrier again, we'll see what happens.

small differences like this are normal, it is because orderbook is not the same size in all exchanges and sometimes when someone buys or sells large amounts it eats through these orders faster than the other places.

and it seems like we are behind another barrier, the $1300 and since we have been rising all week it may take a bit longer than you might think to get over it.
902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you consider sending bitcoin transaction miner fee a "Fee"? on: March 04, 2017, 04:02:13 AM
whoever said "transactions has no fee" did not know how bitcoin works.
and yes i consider sending miners the fee as a fee but a small amount of it not the current amount of fee.
i consider this extorsion.
903  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You only lose if... on: March 03, 2017, 04:19:08 AM
IMO, trading just like gambling but trading provide better profit if they have great analysis by predicting value on graph. Usually community feedback really help people to predict the value. Just keep trading so you will gain experience and it will lower your chance for lossing
That's right what you say, it is indeed like gambling, but in trading we must be able to master
all market analysis, read the chart and it all is not easy. It took a long time to become a professional Trader.

Yes, it take too much time and it's necessay much patience to become a professional trader. Those trying to make fast profit every day aren't trading, they are gambling, and this kind of trader probably will lose their money and won't make profit. Sometimes it looks like gambling because most traders lose money, and the minority part of them make real profit, but it doesn't depend only of luck, patience and skills are very important.
Those people who trade more often are called shorter traders or day traders because they are active traders and they trade everyday and they play the market very well but it think it needs a lot of money to start day trading because if you want to earn serious money you need big capital since the possible move of the price of a coin is just like 1-3% per day. Short term traders will suit to you if you are a well trained and well educated trader but if you are not then you will just stick in long term trading.
It's just like me, I always monitor the market to take advantage of 3-5% per day. I think if we are
trading altcoin with the longterm it will make us lose if the coin is a coin with low volume.

i don't like the "per day" part but i like the "taking small profit" part.
because it may not be exactly possible to earn profit every day, there are down times and you have to watch the market day and night which is not possible.
but to be satisfied with a small amount of profit like 5% or 15% in 3 days is a good idea. you take the profit and exit. if price falls you have gone out and saved yourself if it goes up you still made a good profit and exited.
904  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Chinese bitcoin investors that gullible? on: March 03, 2017, 04:08:35 AM
Never invest money in ICO which is found by criminals, your tokens will be worthless if he gets arrested again.

Well you should tell Yobit and the likes to stop listing shitcoins on their platforms to defraud investors of their hard earned money(Bitcoins). They've found the easiest root to riches is to fork coin to create a shit coin and run an ICO.

first of all i think yobit is russian or mostly of unknown origin and shady.
second of all they will never do that. because listing these shitcoins is how they earn money. first they get paid to list some of these from the developer then they may get paid to pump it. even if they are not they fake pump it when it died and nobody were watching to fool their newbie users to buy from the inflated price and then dump on them.
905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Martingale at Rollin.io 0.1BTC -> 0.2BTC on: March 03, 2017, 04:01:15 AM
Sharing this video I made again Smiley

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjJ3PFaslVE&t=35s

Managed to double my 0.1BTC deposit at Rollin and withdraw over 0.2BTC

I see a lot of people talk about how good Martingale technique is, so maybe this video is helpful! Was fun Smiley

Even no matter how helpful it is, still in the end the winning still depending on the luck of individuals in every round of the games. Other's was right here its good when you win but when loose it is also really hurt to our pocket.  Smiley

in gambling and different strategies, the key point is that you need to consider all the factors involved. for example the most obvious one is luck that everybody knows and repeats when it comes to gambling.

but they always forget about the bankroll size and also the bet size compared to that. when you have a big bankroll and then start from a very small bet size you are in fact increasing your chances of winning by increasing the room for error and that means a higher win rate.
906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ANY STRATEGY TO WIN IN GAMBLING? on: March 03, 2017, 03:55:10 AM
the only strategy to WIN IN GAMBLING is to not play and stay as far away as possible. we are currently heading towards the $1300 resistance and losing any money now is going to be hurtful the higher the price gets.
but if you are not looking to WIN but looking for a strategy to make it a small bit easier to win then there are many strategies that can do that. and it is different in each game. using just google you can always find these.
907  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoiners...We making History! on: March 03, 2017, 03:50:26 AM
One Bitcoin is now more expensive than a ounce of Gold! History people! Welcome to the future! Milestones in the making, We all have a part in shaping the future.

yes this is very exciting. and it will start getting a lot more exciting when the news hits the media and it is filled with it, and that is the time when we start seeing some more real action on the market when the new investment comes in and the new money injected into the market increases the price in another big rally just after this one.
908  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Association of Canada on: March 03, 2017, 03:44:45 AM
How often do you have to open an traditional Bank account? Once i think, so why is it so hard to find a bank who will do it? If they Want to fight for Bitcoin and its acceptance, then this is a poor example of how to do it. It would only make sens if they would want to expand their activities to different blockchain technologies than Bitcoin. Probably some who are willing to pay for some services they provide.

Obviously bitcoin or blockchain startups still need traditional banking for them to manage their finances. However, traditional banks do not seem to support Bitcoin and most of them see it as a threat to the banking industry. That is why bitcoin startups are experiencing difficulties in opening bank accounts.
That might be so, but as a start up/new company i do need bank accounts. The question is how many? One for sure, maybe even 2 or 3. Let us say 5. Acually it probably even do not matter. Since you want all your accounts to have with one bank. So all you need to do is find just one bank who is willing to take your money. This can not be so hard. Just having Bitcoin in your Name can not be the reason.

However, according to some, there are other countries where banks take Bitcoin a big deal, that they would not allow Bitcoin to develop into a real currency as they treat it as a threat to the industry.

most of those other countries that you have heard about are taking "blockchain technology" seriously not bitcoin. and there is a big difference when it comes to these two.
from what i have been reading so far from Canada, they seem to pay attention to both, they like bitcoin and also want to use the technology for making their own altcoin in banking system.
909  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: March 02, 2017, 08:29:19 AM
It is not if you work for JP Morgan it seems.

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-03-01/jpmorgans-trading-desk-lost-money-just-two-days-past-4-years

According to the article, JP only lost money only 2 days in the past 4 years. Does trading sound unpredictable to you know?

It is unpredictable only if you don't have enough information about what you are trading. Let's say you are trading bitcoins. Would you buy bitcoins from 1200$? If you answer "yes", based on which information? The thing is %99.99 of the btc traders don't have a slightest clue about what/why they are trading.

When you trade stocks for example; you probably have an expectation about the company based on your public or private information about the company so you short or long the stock.

When it comes to bitcoin; people only have expectations. (good or bad) And those expectations usually based on no actual information.

this was a good answer, and thanks for sharing that link.
i agree, people who are trading bitcoin and also by extention altcoins, only have expectations and most of the time these expectations are unreal and based on nothing and they want to acheieve it right away. that is why we see too many weak hands in the market these days.
910  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we see another price dip if ETF isn't approved? on: March 02, 2017, 08:11:56 AM
the moment it is canned, the price will fall back down to $800 or lower.

why $800? because to me it sounds like a random number you just put in your comment to have said something. there is no reason for price to go that low.
you think thousands of day traders who are currently waiting so eagerly to buy bitcoin at $1200 are going to let price go lower than $1100.
or did you think thousands of other traders that are long are going to wait around and let the price go lower than $1000?

no they are all going to jump in and buy. this is called resistance and demand.
i am going to sell my house and buy bitcoin with all of it if price goes to $900 let alone $800 at that price i will sell my kidneys too Cheesy
911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Price Betting on: March 02, 2017, 08:06:18 AM
People are making money in millions doing this,

you are confusing betting on the price with trading.
when you bet on the price to go up or down within a couple of minutes and make millions you are surely losing 2x millions doing it because it is gambling.
but when you are trading, and make a bet on price goes up or down you don't lose if it goes down, you just make less profit because you can get out and enter at lower to sell on high again and save on big losses and make the profit.
912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "With Bitcoin/Crypto, what are you most optimistic about?" on: March 02, 2017, 08:01:07 AM
bitcoin has introduced a new technology to the world and today's world is going towards more decentralization, and more open source programming instead of all the closed source and decentralized things everywhere.
and this is one of the biggest reasons that bitcoin is growing and will continue growing in the future.
913  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could the Bitcoin be seen as a collectible item ? on: March 01, 2017, 03:19:46 AM
Hi !

One of the main differences between BTC and traditional money is that the number of coins is limited. As far as I can remember there can only be 21M minus the ones lost forever.

So ,am I the only one to percieve the BTC not mainly for the transaction and payement purpose, but more like a collectible item that will innevitably take value with time ?

Sorry if it sounds silly But i'm still new in the cryto money world  Cheesy

fiat is also limited supply! a country doesn't just print money day and night without any limit that will kill its economy and currency value!

and lots of other things have limit too. Gold has a limit also. there are limited supply and each day smaller amount is being mined.

with that said you can see bitcoin as whatever you like, people collect all kinds of things with the hope their price goes up. and you know what bitcoin will go up. because it is still early stages and not that many still know about it.
914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is your favorite gambling game? on: March 01, 2017, 03:07:47 AM
There are many gambling sites. Mainly poker, roulette and dice games are played.

Which gambling game you enjoy the most while you play?

i like poker game but all the online gambling sites that are offering it are pretty terrible and i can never even trust them to play, they may ver well be cheating me.
so i am stuck with the next best thing called dice and i like it.
915  Economy / Speculation / Re: POLL : ETF approval or disapproval on: March 01, 2017, 03:00:24 AM
Poll about ETF on 11 march. What is your choice?

how can any of us know this?! this is just a random question that keeps being asked and people just say random stuff.
there is both a chance for its approval and not approval and as far as us with no insider information are concerned ETF is too small to have any effect on global and decentralized bitcoin.
916  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Survey - How much you are willing to pay - Bitcoin Guide on: March 01, 2017, 02:55:17 AM
to have a complete poll you should have included zerno (nothing) too.
and i personally am not going to pay anything (no offense) for guides to make money online. because i have seen enough of them to know when someone says "my guide is good" it really is not.

these guides have so far included some general stuff that we already know, then with some unique ones thrown in the middle of them but those methods always need something special like a lot of experience in a field. this field can be lots of things and the "guides" just say this is the method and nothing else.

if you want to sell it then share 1 good ones and if it was really good people will pay.
also this belongs to micropayment or digital goods in my opinion
917  Economy / Speculation / Re: Exchanges Selling 1 Bitcoin For 1355$ on: February 28, 2017, 04:46:18 AM
if the price you are selling your bitcoin at is $1355 then it is not an exchange service. at least not by the conventional meaning. it is other methods such as selling bitcoin for paypal. and in that case there is no surprise that price is this high because of the risks involved with this type of exchange.

and besides we are going there in a short while, there is no need to use these services. just wait a while and price will be $1300-$1500 per 1 coin
918  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Help] About BTC-E Code on: February 28, 2017, 04:32:14 AM
I receive BTC-E code, can I find username and IP address who creat that code ?
I creat ticket for support btc-e.com but only receive username. How to find IP ?

you can not. the only person who knows the IP address and personal information of the account that created that BTC-e code is the BTC-e.com itself and they surely won't release it to a random guy who asks it. because it is an invasion of privacy and nobody will ever use their platform if they release such information to random guys on the internet or even the authorities!
919  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you beat the house edge on: February 28, 2017, 04:28:22 AM
Yes you can, just change the win chance.

you do realize that when you change the chance of winning, your multiplier is also changing right?
and the multiplier changing means you are winning less amounts and if you just use a simplest calculator you can see that you have a harder time to beat the house edge on anything other than 2x since you win small and lose a huge amount.
920  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chinese EFT Expectations on: February 28, 2017, 04:20:53 AM
people are all experts or better say think of themselves as experts these days which means they always have an opinion about everything, and Chinese forums is the same.
they expect all kinds of things but that doesn't mean they should happan!

and in the end it doesn't matter if they are aware of it or not, when the approval hype hits price will spike temporarily and if the denial hits the drop will hit temporarily.
