There is no big difference between ICO and IEO, it's just a term. ICO (Initial Coin Offering) is a general term and IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) is the specific term for a start-up exchange to issue their token. Binance as we already knew, they issued their exchange token without named it IEO but ICO.

Do we really need tether? I dont think so, because the main reason why bitcoin was invented is to save people from centralized money like dollar. And tether is no more than just a dollar in crypto space. I dont care if it's fail anyway.

Many factors for me personally, most of centralized exchanges have better UI and better support team for problem solving. They are more easy to use for me and the coins are not just from a single blockchain make me more comfortable. Listing decision is also a way to avoid cutomers from a scam project.

Mostly because the terms of their countries and it's about the difference in regulation of each country. Like USA, joining an unregistered ICO under SEC is prohibited mainly for security tokens. In China, we know that ICO is illegal. Those are the way countries try to save their citizen. And, to avoid problem for a project later... a project better to prohibit or blacklist those country's citizen from joining their tokensale.

Tha was because of Bitcoin dumped too much last year and also too many scam projects. These make people think that investing in an ICO is not really good and bettet to invest in projects that have listed on big market and start trading.

Based on your need. Do you really need advisor for your project to develope the platform? If so, then it is good to have some advisor on board. If you think it's enough for you by forming a founder and some engineer, then go on!

I think advisor of many project are just to push the tokensale and not really necessary nor a compulsory.

Crypto price today is slighly increasing as Bitcoin price jumped. I hope there are just few weak people who are afraid of dump back. If so, it's possible for bitcoin and other crypto to keep increasing as there will be a possible good news for Bitcoin on May.

As far as i know binance is the most popular platform for trading and investing. They also did a great job when the platform is hacked. It means that until today, binance is safe. But, the safest way to save your money is to put it on your crypto wallet which you hold the private keys.

I'll borrow when i need, not depends on the currency. It will be cool to use crypto as credit when the volatility is low but until today crypto is high volatile and the risk is too high for debitor and also it's not really good for now because the value still depends on currency like USD, GBP, etc.

Also, mods have pinned everything regarding rules of the forum so you actually can easily find them on top of every boards / sections.

It's not really important for a project to use ethereum, neo, tron or other token platform to build it. The most important that the development is really happening and not just words. What a project really need to do is to deliver the plan according to the roadmap.

1000% in just a few days? I dont think it will happen as people learn about the risk when the price suddently jump significantly. But of course 1000% return is possible in months, not in just a few days.

I only hold ethereum and bitcoin for long term trading, usually i trade other coins for short-term but not for now because was busy in real life until today as i'm a student of university. Short-term trading fro now is very profitable as the bitcoin price jump abover 4K USD.

I think it's great for the forum but do this forum need to start this from April 1st which people will think it's just a troll for april mop? Anyway, later if this is really implemented as one of the compulsion for the members, I will support this.
