1301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Binance Just Announced New Tokensale on its Launchpad! on: May 11, 2019, 05:12:27 PM
Binance just announced via Twitter that they will be conducting a tokensale for Harmony. This project aims to be an open consensus platform for 10 billions people (there are around around 7,7 billions people in this world) 😂

https://twitter.com/binance/status/1127234485416685568?s=19

What do you think about this project? How useful this project in the future?
1302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to choose Kucoin ??? on: May 11, 2019, 04:54:54 PM
As Binance failed to prove it is safest exchange also there is less features compare to Kucoin . Kucoin gives revenue sharing for KCS token in exchange more over its also having IEO and other option compare to Binance Kucoin giving more option . What you guys think about binance alternative??
You will only be able to compare Binance and KuCoin when both of them have ever been in the same condition. Just because Binance failed to be the safest place for crypto traders doesn't mean KuCoin is a safer place. We don't know yet what KuCoin team will do when hack issue comes to them. The decision that Binance team has taken was right and that's why the issue has no impact to Bitcoin and other crypto price.

Too many IEO is not really good, it could give more shitcoins on exchange. It also means that the exchange is unpopular and not really interesting and that's why he conducted more and more IEO on order to attract new users.

KuCoin can be alternative anyway, but there was also a lot of issues like funds missing from user's account. Why don't we choose other exchange like Huobi and OKEx?
1303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Brave browser on: May 11, 2019, 10:18:54 AM
Have been using this platform since last few months and it's great to see my internet speed is faster than before, but I actually doubt about privacy and security. I don't know if it's safe to store my passwords or not. Also, there is no feature to withdraw your own funds (if you are not a publisher) yet and I think it's better to add that feature as users will not only able to earn BAT tokens from watching ads but also to withdraw their tokens.
1304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy bitcoin now?? Or I'm too late?? on: May 11, 2019, 10:10:51 AM
Not the best time to buy Bitcoin. Even it's possible to jump again and it's never too late to invest in Bitcoin (for long-term investment), I think accumulating altcoin is a better way to earn Bitcoin rather than to buy Bitcoin directly with your money. So just sort some potential coins to pick and make profit from them.
1305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how can i trust new platforms? on: May 11, 2019, 09:34:01 AM
Now a days so many spam coins in the market . I'm varied to invest
If you can't choose which coin to invest in their tokensale then you can just trade (both short-term or long-term). As of today, there are a lot IEOs to ensure you that the project will be listed on exchange. You can take this opportunity to invest but make sure, you only invest on IEO that conducted on reputable exchanges and not a brand new exchanges.
1306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex will become great again! on: May 11, 2019, 09:28:39 AM
They can't do that for once again. People who have ever got problem there, would not waste their time to use that platform while they are a lot of high reputable exchanges already. No chance for Poloniex to be the best again.
1307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the end of Newbie? on: May 11, 2019, 09:20:39 AM
I began to think this would be a waste of time with everything I learned because almost all the projects I had followed ended in scammers. Is this a waste of time for me?  Embarrassed
Not totally waste of time. Didn't you learn something from those scammers? Like how good they are or how to make people to fall into scam project. I think you are starting to understand how they think and later in the future you won't fall to them. Everyone have ever been scammed, not just you.
1308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long-term plan for investment. on: May 10, 2019, 09:45:49 PM
Hy all. How are you.Do you have a long-term plan for cryptocurrency investment? What are your plans, Is it only to gain profits in the future? Or you have hope and other dreams. Thank you very much.
I don't understand why people keep asking about long-term plan to invest in crypto. Do you doubt Bitcoin that much? the answer is always the same. Bitcoin is only the instrument for long-term investment. Take the fact that other crypto is always following Bitcoin price. It obviously means that the whole crypto community only trust in Bitcoin.
1309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is this another drama ? on: May 10, 2019, 09:39:18 PM
Probably to attract attention. Even if he knew the truth, I think how to make people believe. Satoshi does not keep his identity so cheap. If you remember, his prior promises are still pending...
Beside he seems doesn't like a person who claims to be Satoshi Nakamoto, he also take this momentum to attract people attention. So that people will believe in him again (because people see him like a hero by bravely promise to publish who Satoshi Nakamoto is). But remember, he has ever hurt crypto community when he was paid to pump a coins. I think traders won't forget about that even he tried to make it up.
1310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Income from crypto trading. on: May 10, 2019, 09:32:32 PM
If you have had losses in trading, it is normal, what breaks from normal levels is that your losses do not stop and you always do it, without changing your strategy, because if you keep losing, many things you have to be doing wrong.
This is why knowledge about portofolio management is important as learning how to pick a good coins as well. Many of us know which coin has a potential to grow, unfortunately only few of us clearly understand when to change strategy and what kind of strategy we need to apply.
1311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do I know the trustworthyness of a new coin? on: May 10, 2019, 09:21:24 PM
i am not a trader but i see some strategies of long term traders who make a deep analysis of a projects coin before they make a bulk buying and usually they do it before the coin became popular to many users.
Short-term traders don't use fundamental analysis. They usually just play with the charts to predict which coins will be pumped, even sometimes they will read and follow some coins's news. Also, they don't really care bout fundamental things as shitcoins can be pumped as well sometimes.

So, since the market efficiency is still in a weak form (I believe so), just pick the coins in a big exchanges that have been too long in a dip, wait them to be pumped then make some profit from them.
1312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is crawling on: May 10, 2019, 09:15:00 PM
I see that ethereum price is increasing. Bitcoin is now $6300 based on coinmarketcap and ethereum now $175 or 0.027 BTC. I think it's very possible for ethereum follow Bitcoin and increase its price until around $180-$185 to make it to 0.029 BTC or 0.03 BTC again. Just watch it closely and hope BTC will not jump again for a while.
1313  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the Bitcoin is still down? on: May 10, 2019, 09:05:22 PM
Maybe for now it is very difficult to lift the price of bitcoin back to the top because now there are not as many bitcoin enthusiasts as before, but maybe there are several ways to lift bitcoin again by way of buying lots of bitcoins and saving them until the bitcoin price returns to its peak
The last event was not because bitcoin enthusiast, that was because people followed hyped with no idea which make them feared at the end and simply dumped Bitcoin. I like today's bitcoin price as it shows its "real value" more than last two year. Value should come along with development or any progress, not hype.
1314  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Idea needed for my situation on: May 10, 2019, 08:58:26 PM
Please read my question above thoroughly and reply then bro.

Hope you did not go through my OP as well as last reply. I want to know the strategy to solve the present condition. So looking for a suggestion. I do not want to start as a trader. Just for the click of time, I want to utilize it wisely and make money.  Please share your idea accorinding to that .
I didn't understand what your "make money" means clearly if it's not about trading. Oh, you want to buy dumped coins to hold and make money from there? Then USDT or any stable coins are not the options. For BNB I don't think it's good, not because there was a hack issue. BNB is losing its price since last IEO, I'm afraid it will be losing its value continuously but If you can see there will be more IEO on Binance then perhaps this coin have potential to increase in price.

I still believe BTC is the only option for you to make money if you are not an active trader.
1315  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Idea needed for my situation on: May 10, 2019, 08:06:34 PM
I have around 5k+ USD worth of bitcoins and ethereum in my personal wallet. I have some financial commitments in next 2 months, so I want to utilize this money make it as something higher that amount I am holding.

I am planning to take that fund to binance and convert half of the bitcoins as USDT and half portion as BNB?
Will it be work bigger in some weeks or months? Then deposit and withdraw are suspended on Binance, so which exchange will be I need to choose to do the same idea above!

Please give me the best suggestion which you feel good for my situation.
If you want to learn how to make money from trading, you don't need that much to start. $1000 is enough to start and keep the rest on your personal wallet (make sure most portion must be BTC). Then just buy some potential altcoins with your $1000 funds (BTC, USDT, ETH or BNB). I prefer to only trade BTC pairs and ignore other pairs (USDT, ETH, BNB) in order to only multiply my Bitcoin. Start to buy 1-2 potential altcoins ($250 each and let the rest $500 in BTC) and wait the price to increase before you sell them. How to know a coin will increase in price? There are a lot videos and articles about how to choose potential coins, how to start trading, just learn from them. Done.

Got profit from it? Congrats for your first trading profit! find the right coin again to buy with same amount.
Your coins dropped? Learn more about picking potential coins + learn about portofolio management on internet (a lots of articles and videos there, I'm sure)

Do it for like a month and always learn from your mistakes and learn additional tips from internet, next month I'm sure you would become a better trader (just never think you are an expert so you can always learn new things)
1316  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchange BiKi.com Appoints Southeast Asia CEO, Ethan Ng on: May 10, 2019, 07:44:11 PM
More and more Chinese exchanges to come. Do you think this can force China government to open regulation for Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency and no longer ban them? I personally don't think the more exchange in crypto space is good if they can't generate new users to adopt cryptocurrency. It's only good if they can really bring new people to this space and make the party crowded and If they can't they will just make crypto volume spreads out on exchanges and less trading activities on each exchange.
1317  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Gaining quick profits or keep holding? on: May 10, 2019, 12:25:32 PM
Well for me,"HOLDERS".Why i say so? Of course, we all know that that bitcoin is the future currency. Holding Bitcoin is like holding a dollar in your bank. As days go by, the price going high. Buying low is the effecient way to have a good asset. In my opinion, these people who are trading on a daily basis doesn't really how this currency works. For me holding Bitcoin is my little way to invest for my self in the future with the help of any reputed Cryptocurrency Exchange Software. I don't about others.

Why should I hodl when I know I can make profit from my money?
It's not about which is best for whole human in this world. But it depends on personal to take decision based on their understanding, their knowledge, their ability to manage their assets. If you know a lot how to make money form your current money, then I'm sure you will do invest in something profitable. But If you have less knowledge about how to make profit, then of course you will just hold and wait.

In my humble opinion, HODLing is bad because you will be just waiting your assets to increase in value while you can't add more assets. What if a bad things happen and you can't recover it? You will be just crying on the backyard hoping everything will be back or wish the time to roll back. That's why trading is the best option, you don't only need to wait your assets to the moon but of course taking an opportunity to earn profits and add more assets. You can also spend some of your profit and enjoy it.

Since it depends on personal ability, you can choose what is the best. If you didn't learn much how to make money then HODLing is the best for you, just wait and don't lose your assets. But, if you know how to take an opportunity to make money then do trade as it's the best decision to increase your total assets. It's not that easy, you may need to cut-loss but by time I'm sure you will be able to recover it and make more profit than before.

Overall, I suggest everyone to learn how to trade, and start making money from it since crypto exchange is still weak and it's highly possible to earn profit as much.
1318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies don't want to learn on: May 10, 2019, 12:03:01 PM
Everyone claims to know everything in the crypto space. Rather than going through the beginners thread, people prefer to get mentors for themselves that will guide them through.
Beginner section is essentially not a place to learn crypto, you can learn anything somewhere from internet. What is the problem here is that most new created account don't want to learn about this forum rules, it's about ethic. That's why we often see newbie created a useless thread or spam. they might know about Bitcoin, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and more but they are not willing to learn how to properly become user in this forum.
1319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Binance increase again? on: May 10, 2019, 11:51:40 AM
Binance coin value didn't drop that much. It is not even %10, and you are opening a thread like it dropped %50. Fud yourself Cheesy
Was drop from 20 USD to about 18USD few days back and that's about 10%
I think this issue is not a result of hack incident because based on coinmarketcap historical data, BNB price is dropping since early may and it's normal as this coin price is pretty volatile last month. Perhaps, this price is depends on IEO that conducted on Binance. The more IEO they conduct, the higher price BNB will reach.  Grin
1320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Binance increase again? on: May 10, 2019, 11:42:00 AM
I think Binance team won't let the BNB price dropped too deep. They will do anything to increase BNB price no matter what. But, why should they do it right now? It's not a right time to push the price to the top, they better to work on security to ensure that everything is SAFE and none of any users are trading in a insecure exchange.
