I am pulling my FE out tomorrow (sold) and replacing it with a evga sc2 hybrid. I also have an aorus.
Can I control both with (afterburner) one program? Has been fine up until now but the sc2 is a little different with a radiator.
Pretty sure you will need to use the EVGA program to control the radiator.

Have you noticed how nVidia profitability has crept up to match the AMD cards of late (if you pick the right coins to mine that is)? A rig of 1080s can now basically equal or beat a rig of Vega 56s. Impressive. I suspect nVidia cards might slowly go up in price again as well...
Yes I have noticed this and it also combined with local pricing dropping from $508 for a 1070ti to $461. I have 8 of them at the post office right now - can't wait to plug them in! nvOC loaded and ready to roll! Its becase cryptonite prices peaked for a while now with nicehash back its going back up vegas are a ripoff at $700 though A lot of new people mining that see these mining calculators with 3-4month ROI's and expect the cards to pay themselves off quickly even at $700+. They will ether get lucky or learn a lesson about trusting calculators and projected profits. Maybe a good lesson with the beating everything’s taking right now

Hey guys, i'm having a problem, wondering if anybody ran into this i'm in the process of building my first nvidia rig, i chose 1080ti's, all my rigs until now were amd
for now i have 1x EVGA SC Black Edition, 1x Gigabyte Aorust and 1x MSI Gaming X with 3 more on the way arriving tomorrow (all 1080ti) asrock h81 pro btc EVGA 1600W P2 i3 44xx something idk atm, im not next to my rig, also 8gb of ram, idk what brand atm
at the moment i have 3 gpu's hooked up and i can't get drivers to install on all 3, only 2 at the time and they all work individually, or when hooked up 2 at a time but the third one doesn't...
i reinstalled windows at least 5 times, drivers, everything, cant get the fu*kin shit to work
Thoughts?
Do all 3 show up in device manager ? Or one as an unknown vga device?

I like the 1080ti for rig density as I don’t have unlimited space

Yeah I hear some only turn on when hot enough As suggested above Try rub them hot and see if it works Then contact support

My Aorus runs overclocked out of the box too. It also runs very cool. It will not overclock much higher even with cool temps. Just a limit of the architecture I suppose.
I’m surprised how cool the aorus runs Hashes the same as my strix oc (not pushed to the limit), but puts out so much less heat.

wow Ahashpool is now full!!
Recent announcement from them: Announcement: (2017-12-21 08:22 UTC) Due to tremendous user growth and rapid rise in altcoin value, the pool's exchange capabilities are fully utilized and cannot handle further volume until we work with the Exchanges to increase out limits. However, Exchanges are on holiday during Christmas. We must make this hard decision to announce we are now NOT accepting any new users (BTC addresses), any new users that points any hashes at us will not be paid until our Exchange limits issues is resolved, which could take awhile. So, NO new users (BTC addresses) please.

Are they consuming the same power? One of my gigabyte aorus has to be set 5% higher tdp to use the same watts. After I did that it performed the same
Hopefully it doesn’t kill these sweet profits
Can someone confirm the price of ZEC ?
615$?? Side note. Nicehash is refunding all the lost money 669 on poloniex
I'm going to buy 6 1080ti @$880/card, what do you think about?
Cheap if you’re in Aus?
Wow so looks like nicehash will be paying people back, and going not for profit till it’s done. Pretty surprised if it’s true
Aye however those are 2.5+ card slot solutions minus the SC2. If the SC2 is quiet with the fans spun up (ie, mining) then it may be a good option.
Probably not a bad choice The name comes up too many times from senior members for it to be terrible
Some people rate them highly But the evga sc2, gigabyte aorus, and the asus strix appears to be the crowd choices
As they said Likely not enough options to make it worth while
Use it and just white list your mining folder

I have bought 2400W kit (PSU + BO board + all cables) in the past from Parallerminer guys for under $100. Now they are at $225 and yet sold out. Does anyone know where can I buy Delta 2400W Power supply (DPS-2400-AB I think) or any other server PSU above 2000W that can be used for 13 cards GPU mining?
I currently have a couple rigs with 2x 1200W HP supplies but I will prefer a 2400W one.
Also while I am at it, is PICO PSU a good idea to power 13 GPU Mobo (CPU+Mobo+ 2 x molex + SSD)?
https://www.centrix-intl.com/list.asp?Parent2ID=1&categoryID=11 Pretty sure this is were parallelminer gets all their stock from, and Centrix actually responds to emails in a timely manner. So I would contact them and see when they expect new stock. Thanks for the link Maybe they’ll show stock first then

Hopefully the come back in stock soon I’m chasing some also

Looks like nicehash will be back tomorrow
they owe me about 1000 usd I had 3 accounts I don't see myself mining with them until they address the theft Yeah, just hopefully it doesn’t make the profits drop They’ve been so good since it died
