Just found the project and checked out the team. Very impressed! The team is always the first thing i look at and it's not often an ICO has such a good and mature team. I'll be digging deeper in the whitepaper to evaluate all the other aspects, if it meets all my requirements i'll invest. Good luck with the project!

But what would happen if large companies hire a lot of fake users to like them? Would that be traceable?
Yes, they definitely need a system to prevent faked reputation. Did they already said how they are trying to do this? Yes, they told what will they do to prevent that kind of things. But it is a very active thread and it is not easy to find something. If someone can find the answer and repost it, that would be great. I think this is exactly the thing that REPU will be able to do because of blockchain. A guarantee of an actual legit review is getting more and more valuable because of all the fake reviews. So being able to offer legit reviews will give customers more faith.

Oh wow, i didn't even know they had this. Looks very professional! Good marketing is needed for adoption. Hope they will also market USA/Europe, i feel like Russia is the main focus right now.

I tried the demo in VR and looked pretty good but do you plan to make an application for IOS and Android in the future? It would be a great help and a lot easier than using an internet browser in VR.
I would think the bigger plan would be to get into actually VR technology like Oculus or PSVR a dedicated application for users of android and ios would be much appreciated by all users of vr on mobile devices, much more comfortable in my opinion that browser navigation... Mobile applications would be very convenient. Perhaps before the next stage of the ICO, which will take place in a year, the developers and make the application specifically designed for mobile devices. If they just make it compatible with a browser then an app won't even be needed and it can be opened and viewed on any device. That being said, it will lack optimization that a native Android/iOS app has, so quality might be worse in a browser.

After the Christmas price starts to recover, I wonder how high the BTC can be? Look forward to.
Yeah and that has to do what with Repu? Haha, maybe he just means the market in general is recovering. For instance, a few months ago with all the China FUD most ICO's also didn't do to well and even went under ICO price when coming to exchanges. Right now there is a bull market and a good project/ICO is usually way above ICO price as soon as it hits Etherdelta or any other exchange.

I missed the test of the platform. Is there perhaps a video of someone showing all the features of the platform?
I dont know about the video, but you can check the alpha directly here : https://alpha.livestars.io/Thanks for the link. It looks pretty good! Already pretty far with the platform even though there is still a lot of time for the team to develop and expand it further. Some things i noticed, video quality is a bit low, especially with movement, will this be improved in the final product? And i noticed a lot of chat in Russian, perhaps a feature can be added with at least two chat channels/rooms, one for Russian and one for English.

The demo looks great i see a lot of big names and hope that it will be for real someday, VR shopping centers, business centers and communities even have an ETH building in it.
Exactly, a company can save so much money if they don't need to have to rent a property to sell their stuff, but just create a VR version of their shop. It does have some challenges, but just imagine you can upload a 3d version of yourself, go into a VR clothing store and select clothing that will be displayed on the 3d version of yourself.

the concept of repu is very good and i think that they will succeed with this project.
my question is, are there any other projects around like repu or is repu a one of its kind?
I don't think so at the moment. But in my opinion, this idea isn't just for a niche which means we will see more project like this. In that case, being first to market is a big plus. Of course there are companies who use various reputation systems. But using blockchain will make it immutable, something that is really needed in this sector.

How did the presale go?
Pre-sale already closed successfully and the main tokensale starts on January 23rd, 2018. don't miss this opportunity. I think by mid 2018, this token will end up being huge. Look how well some of the other VR projects out there are doing currently. Yeah, even VR projects where i thought the team, whitepaper and roadmap where very meh showed a lot of growth. Just imagine what a dedicated team can do.

Hi guys, i have a question that i was hoping you guys could help me with. So i skimmed through the whitepaper and i really like the idea. There is a lot of details about the VR environments that will be created, and how it can be used. What i was wondering is how compatible it is with current VR equipment. Will there be a focus on integration with one specific device? Or try to make it easily intergratable for all VR devices?

I like that ICO participants can join the beta in q2 of 2018. Really good way to build a Community. I wonder if the beta platform will already be with actual companies or not yet.

Really like the project. It has several unique selling points, and tbh with all the gains made in the cryptomarket, a lot of traders actually want to use some of these coins and Livestars is perfect and anonymous. Besides that, giving the models a fair share of the profits is not to be underestimated. I hope this will be used as a marketing tool as well. Platforms like this are usually seen as exploiting women, but now with a fair pay, it can be seen as empowering women and i hope this will give the platform some positive exposure.

A platform like this one could also in theory be used to make some sort of educational system, couldn't it?
Sure, with teachers can video-chat to classes to spread education to regions where it is hard to reach. But to be honest, i'm glad it is not focused on that. Like it or not, the adult industry can bring in some serious cash and attention to good projects. After that is up and running, who knows.

I've just checked out the one-pager and you guys have got me interested. I can see how a rating system would be very valuable for companies so they don't need to spend a lot of time and money to find qualified people for any task. I'll be checking out the full white paper. Good luck with the project!

Wow, the team is really huge. And nice to see a lot of them have good complete linked in profiles as well, always nice to check credentials, which is sometimes a problem with russian or chinese teams.

Found this thread because of the Crush Crypto video and i must say the ICO so far really meets all the requirements i have for investing. Especially that they have been around so long before the ICO and had a successful business! Will go through all the information myself before i invest, one week until the pre-sale ends!

Wow, very big goals they have. But it's good to see they gathered a massive team to work on all aspects. Rarely see such big teams

Great to have an inside view of all the brilliant mind working on this project. Looks like you have a professional yet relaxed atmosphere going on in your offices. Very slick video, gives me confidence on the project. Seeing the short demo of how the payment system would work on a retailers website, really gives a clear view on how useful it could be once more retailers use the api from Utrust.

In here there is another article, more like a review i found quite interesting to read, its quite a detailed analysis and comparison between UTRUST and other similar systems https://smarticoinvestor.com/utrust-ico/ If you dont have time to read it or you are too lazy to do it here is a shor recap: I was pretty excited for Monetha, but UTrust appears to have solved a lot of the issues which I didn’t even realize they had at their core. I had a really great interview with Nuno, he was very, very open about the project and answered all of my questions. I think the project actually has merit because of it’s applicability in the space. While I may wish that the token would have more use, its not a traditional ecosystem to have a token. I’m extremely interested to see how their token sale goes and will probably be taking part. I wonder what he want's more for token use then the current state? I mean as UTrust is a payment platform and you can minimize your fees with it, what else would make sense for the token? People got crazy on dividends tokens lately when TaaS showed the first dividend and Coss give dividends every sunday. Maybe he wanted dividends for Utrust but there's no reason for that Well dividends are nice, but nothing which would be useful here as the transaction fees are really low and there will be not so much money generated. I think dividends is something more for exchanges or so. While Utrust doesn't have dividends, they do burn tokens. Looking at some other crypto that burn tokens it doesn't always seem to have a direct effect of a price increase. But Utrust does the token burn more gradually instead of in bulk like FUN or BNB. So it will have a positive effect on the price.
