Study some technical analysis and use support, resistance and trendline break on higher timeframes like Daily (D) or Weekly. This timeframe is good for longtime hodlers like you. Sell if the chart is about to go down and buy at the bottom. Follow your plan 100% and dont get emotional.

NO I dont like airdrops again as I used to do. Is time consuming. I will spent time filled several forms, and subcribe to a lot of telegram and they keep spamming me. Most importantly majority of airdrops don't pay. They just use to do advertisment and they reap all the profit and run.
Yes its mostly airdrop not pay the participant and going away. Most of them do that and it mean its not all like that. There are some very high potential like deep onion and other. I got one token also worth 0.1 etherium and its amazing for airdrop. |

Yes, newbies are always a red flag but cant say it's a scam. I have seen many good ICO's managed by newbies. They are good. You will have to see the whitepaper and team behind the project to make the decision. You said that they are good but why you said that newbie is red flag. I dont understand. I think this 2018 may be the year of Ethereum. Will not reach the levels of Bitcoin at least this year but I think it will grow more than the king of cryptocurrencies and in a few years could exceed it
I will still hold on to bitcoin because the value and use of bitcoin is far more than ethereum. Even if bitcoin is decreasing the worth of its price for now, the mere fact that many people and big organizations chase the chance to buy this is coin makes me still choose bitcoin over ethereum. Yes, the use of bitcoin is higher than etheriun and you can see that in marketcap of bitcoin compare with etherium. But as investment, i prefer etherium. Why? The price is still cheaper compare than bitcoin. Every move price we will have higher profit rather than if we hold bitcoin with the same moves of price. |

Nobody knows when to sell the altcoins at the best price. It is impossible to find the lowest price to buy and it is very difficult finding the highest price to sell. So i'm trying to find an average price to sell the altcoins according to the roadmap and the developments in the project.
I agree with you. there is no time that right sell or buy alt coin because we can not see the future, we can only predict the most important not lament make the decision that you have made. So how you predict so far? I mean how you decide sell your coin so far? What factor or indicator do you use for making decision. In my opinion, i set my profit 2x or 3x from buying price specially ico, and i sell it whatever happen later i dont really care because i have my profit. |

A coin removal means that they are not allowing this coin to be trade on the exchange. So yes it means delisting...
I had a lot of issue on Bittrex, and I suspect some tentatives to steal the customers money as much as they can using legal but immoral things.
Like locking NEO wallet for months, using the excuse of 'development process', and keeping for them all the ANS stacking... etc.
Does this mean that delisted coin is bad coin? Or something happen between developer of coin and bittrex? Can we still believe that this coin would be boom in the future? Need suggestion. |

AND don't forget the most important question: what actions should we -- the ordinary humble traders -- take, in such situations, to stay SAFE, minimize loss, or even possibly make big profit?? Panic sell all crypto for fiat immediately upon detecting the Tether crash? Sell for fiat NOW when the crash hasn't happened? Or HODL, with the possible danger of HODLing into a giant bag, or 3-year bear market?  I don't believe in a 3-year bearish market at all. My choice is to HODL anyway. In 2018 the crypto market will attract even more money than in 2017 so there is no opportunities to sink very deep imo. I dont any other good choice than holding. I know every choice has their own risk and nothing is no risk here so we have to be wise to do something here. If we think the money that we invest here can afford to loss so i think holding will not hurt you as holder. |

( I never invested in this system if you wanted to know) Would like to hear your thoughts about it. First, i dont think government will refund the money to that people although government has a fund to do it. Second, its his mistake to join very high risk investment with saving money. I think would be better if we spare money from salary at any percentage so we dont use our earlier saving to invest. |
