For coins where price is very small and 8 digit precision is not enough to calculate transaction amounts correctly in direct way we are using 1/price values (which are displayed in every trading transaction on history page). That's why to verify your buy/sell transactions on cheap coins you sometimes need to use 1/price values because they give much more precise result.

After wallet update we have several BTC withdrawals being processed very slow by blockchain. The reason is different fee mechanism in new 1.4 version.
Even while we have settxfee 0.0002 it calculates "optimal" fee according to amount of inputs and thus transaction size in KB which turned to be not enough for fast processing.
We already tuned it to fix this issue and currently it works good.
Also we are rebroadcasting slow transactions manually. All those withdraw TX whould have confirmations. Just need some time.

Our delisting policy is very friendly. We always give mandatory 2 weeks and even more time (sometimes months) for withdrawals after we announce coin removal. Usually it's more than enough time to arrange withdrawals and resolve any possible issue regarding it (our support always answering within 12 hours - usually much faster with maximum 48 hours limit).

Xenix coin removed. Blockchain broken.

Xenix coin community blockchain (which we were on) is broken. It has unconfirmed transactions which appeared to be confirmed before. Those transactions are result of successful double spend attack on blockchain which brought many user balances including our exchange balance to incorrect values. We have to remove coin from exchange because there is no way to fix this issue from our side. Please, note - C-CEX exchange is completely fine. XEN user balances was not compromised on C-CEX. The reason is only broken blockchain which does not have coins anymore. Please, note - when you trade coins, you trust not ony an exchange - you also trust developer who made this coin. In this case wallet had weaknesses which led to blockchain inconsistency.

No. We never had coins or private keys. We was never informed about any assignment or genesis block. HEAT dev promiced to develop fully NXT API compatible wallet. Once we will be able to run it - we will request them to send their HEAT tokens for C-CEX users.
