The mighty Turks visiting France is also a very interesting match up, knowing the former beat France already in their home turf. Now it is France turn to defend its home. Turkey only lost once at Iceland 2-1. I want to bet on the French but I am not so sure if 1.39 is worth it. Looking at the players one by one, the French should win this. France only lost once too but it was against Turkey. Repeat or revenge?

The mighty French you mean, right? France team is a monster machine at all positions,,, and even the 2nd and 3rd strings are all great players at their respective clubs but on the other hand not even half of Turk team would be able to say the same thing about them.

French won't lose at home, they will at worst draw.

I already have my bet on Les Bleus. France will never let this Turkish visitors to reign supreme in Stade de France. But missing Pogba and Mbappe is making this game a little exciting and tougher to look. And with the highly regarded Turkish defense, we will see how Les Bleus will attempt to break it. I think this will be a 2-1 or 2-0 for France.

Happy birthday Litecoin and congratulations to the team and its community. People aren't very active anymore in this thread. The price continues being stable and is moving slowly. 24 hour change is 1.4% up. Is there a special event on this founding anniversary? Maybe we can moon in 3 days? Grin

Coming up next will be Demian Maia vs Ben Askren. Is Askren the same after suffering that brutal seconds first round knockout? There's possible psychological effects and that was also his first lost on MMA. If Askren is back with his mindset 100% then he wins. The location is also in Singapore, where he had many memorable fights. Maybe he will feel at home in this fight and boost his confidence.

Oh wow! Cheesy. Lol, when I saw "which duo will dominate this season" I instantly thought like there was a bet on statistics. Like you would list 5-6 duos and then ask us which duos PPG would be higher or something like that Cheesy. Didn't realize it was the good old fashioned "which team" type of deal Cheesy.

However, if you end up doing some sort of duo future bet that would be super sweet as well, I would definitely gamble on something like that. Looking at the futures, people still do not give Rockets enough credit, Clippers literally have Kawhi and PG that's it, when PG was at OKC he wasn't seen as a superstar, he was a good player of course but he wasn't "he will make you NBA champions" level Lebron/Durant/Curry levels, when Kawhi was in Spurs people overlooked Spurs (looking at odds, people still think Spurs will be bad, spurs will prove otherwise for sure) and even in Raptors at the start of the season same applied. Now that they are together all of a sudden everyone thinks clippers will be champions.

I have been watching NBA for 20+ years now, Clippers is not THAT good, sure they could be champions but they are not clear winners to me.

There isn't enough credit on the Rockets because everyone is still doubtful on Harden-Westbrook partnership. Clippers has the best duo in PG and Leonard. But looking at the Lakers roster, it is filled with good players and experienced former superstars with Lebron and Davis as their center duo.

What about the East? Everyone's ignoring them. Will Giannis and the Bucks shows improvements? Are the young 76ers and Celtics squads better without Jimmy Butler and Kyrie Irving?

186  Economy / Economics / Re: Venezuela's central bank is holding Cryptocurrency! on: October 14, 2019, 04:52:40 AM
Even if the country's central bank hold stash of cryptocurrencies it won't save the nation from financial crisis and starvation. The collapse of their economy is out of control, holding Bitcoin thus not guarantee profit in the future if a certain country rely on cryptocurrencies worst thing can happen. It is unfotunate for Venezuelan to suffer like this, cant Imagine an Billion dollar oil producing nation plummet economically.

Venezuela suffers from American economic sanctions. And because Venezuela is not as powerful as North Korea and Iran they simply cannot stop American bullying. On the other hand, the USA is doing this because Venezuela since the past has always been against its policies. And as we know, the USA always flexes its muscles a lot especially when they felt threatened in side the western hemisphere.

This website is doing a giveaway of 5000 IOTA just for signing up which is free https://iotatalk.org/index.php

Lol. Where is it? I cannot find what you said in your given link.

Do you know how much 5000 IOTA is? That is approximately $1,400 dollars. So tell us why IOTA will give that amount to anybody that can easily sign up? A thousand sign ups will be worth over a million dollars already. That's ridiculous.
188  Economy / Economics / Re: The re-accumulation period is in on: October 13, 2019, 09:47:36 AM

The chart clearly reflects the fact that the price grown strongly during the halving periods of Bitcoin. Also grown and all the major altcoins, I also tend to believe that Bitcoin will overcome the milestone of $10,000 and maybe even rush higher. After all, the essence of halving is that it will become 2 times more difficult to mine BTC, and this already indicates an objective increase in the value of Bitcoin in the eyes of investors.

I'll start accumulating more bitcoins again and just hodl it to avoid headaches. There were many good news on bitcoin lately too. The big question on my mind is if bitcoin can reach the trillion dollar market capitalization within 2022. A trillion in US dollars means we are probably more than 1% of the world's total money. Will that be easy?
189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 13, 2019, 09:12:32 AM
Liverpool should win at Old Trafford but they are fierce rivals, I am sure Man Utd will put up one hell of a fight.

What a streak by Liverpool. One more week before visiting Old Trafford. Man United will give it all but this will be a comfortable win for Liverpool. Worst case scenario a draw. If Liverpool will have an easy work here then someones gonna get fired on the Man U side.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shit Exchanges, an end to good projects. on: October 13, 2019, 07:39:44 AM
Shit exchange is not wrong with the end of good project, but why dev developer and CEO of ICO want listed their coin on shit exchange? Shit exchange give offer with lower price for listing all of ICO coin on their exchange market, many dev ICO want to listed on shit market because they have pay lower money than have using big exchange market, why many good coin become lower price because dev want to pay with higher amount for listing with big exchange market.

You don't know that exchanges are free to list their coins of their liking? While developers needs to request and needs to pay especially on big exchanges. When a decentralized coin and token is launched then no one can stop anyone from purchasing it even criminals, the same with exchanges to list them on their own markets. Maybe this was mentioned already here because the topic was created nearly a month already.
191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Often Do you Bet on Politics? on: October 13, 2019, 07:03:11 AM
I am interested but I haven't experienced it. I remember during President Trump's election. He was a big underdog because the media is too bias on Hillary Clinton. The election was close but the odds are seeing it differently. I was surprised too when Trump was leading in the last quarter of the results and was few hours later he made a safe margin.

Another partly political issue now. Is Britain really heading to Brexit or these delays will lead into readmission to EU?

Anybody betting on Switzerland against Ireland? What is your take on this? Because I am thinking of a draw or Ireland. Switzerland looked highly favored here due to playing at home maybe?

I got lucky on @big_daddy's calls. Maybe I will wait for his say on this match too. Cheesy
193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 10 Years From Now on: October 13, 2019, 04:42:49 AM
For me it is very hard to predict this one. Bitcoin maybe overpassed by an altcoin or more altcoins with better technology. There are too many altcoins that have too much potential and more are coming soon, though they need to prove if they're doable and if they can achieve their goals.

If bitcoin stays on top by 2029 then it is probably worth $100,000 by then. Hopefully even more. Grin
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alts you won't invest in on: October 13, 2019, 03:05:36 AM
There are thousands of altcoins made and you want a list of those that are not worthy to invest? Maybe you will burn out picking them? There only about 5 percent that are worth following and not all of them are worth investing.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra partner drop out on: October 13, 2019, 02:39:08 AM
Visa, mastercard, ebay, paypal, drop out from libra..
will libra still continue ...? why one by one partner liba drop out.? https://twitter.com/coindesk/status/1182747730248118280?s=21
As far as I know, the reason is that US senators have sent letters to some financial companies, noting that these companies may be subject to stricter scrutiny from financial regulators. , if those companies are also involved in Facebook's crypto project.

This is the exact answer. Those companies value Libra's very high potential. But because of the US government warning involved companies for stricter scrutiny forced them to backout.

Are these companies scared to be scrutinized? Maybe they know that out of their millions of transactions there were many times they failed to act according to anti money laundering? Why so scared if they're doing well according to laws and regulations?

England ended up losing the match 2 - 1, I had England to win and I was pretty confident that they'd win the game  Angry

I didn't watch the game so, I don't know how they fared yet, Id probably see some highlights later.

That was a great come back win by the Czechs. I am kind of confident before the start that they can score at least even one goal but I didn't think they can win over that tough English squad.

While it was not a valuable lost to England, it may served as a reminder and wake up call on their next games, especially the important ones.

It was not a valuable lost to England by it was for the gambling community.
I wonder how many people expected England to lost this game against Czech Republic. Personally I lost my bet as I expected them to win with a score of 1-2.

Yes. Many lost their bets on that game. It was supposed to be an easy to predict game, the odds proved it too. I wanted to bet on England too but I just went for both teams to score.

We dont know the future status of CONNOR so its almost not worth talking bout him at this point in time.

Agree.

Connor is never the same again even after the Mayweather fight. It was more than a year layoff when he fought Khabib so do you guys think it was his prime? That TKO Mayweather inflicted in him alone brought him back to reality as was made a fool and was just toyed by the old boxing legend.

He earned more than $200 already. He is inactive again for a year. He will end up losing again even more badly if he won't cherry pick.😅

I thought Joanna cannot make the weight anymore? Did her opponent just accepted a heavier opponent?

I like Joana, she's talented and exciting to watch but this time I want her to lose. She changed a lot after relocating in the US.

199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poll for Gambling Domain Names! on: October 11, 2019, 08:13:43 PM
Bettors means gamblers. CoinBettors is the same as saying Coin Gamblers..So now you understand why CoinBettors.com is so appealing to many people.  Better coin has nothing to do with gambling
LoL. Funny. It does looks like your talking to a kid.
The other 4 options is more appealing than CoinBettors.
When you're going to create a Project,... Domains does have a key to success but it doesn't mean you always have to go all the way for that.
snipped

Yeah, and besides when you are a project owner you also have to consider not just the pure gamblers but also who just visit the site. Whats the point of being in public if you're just going to consider the Gamblers ideas and not the others. Not all has the same aspects, even if you were a gambler, once the project has been a success already would you still mind the name? Guess not. But we will be able to remember simple things just like that.

I can also tell BetterCoins, if I were to use this on for a Gambling site, LoL it does give some fun just by saying it.
Example:
"Hey mate, have you ever played with BetterCoins?"
Double meaning isn't it?
Unlike CoinBettors... LoL I may be like Mr. Bean when saying that. Just Imagine. Simple things are always easy to remember.
P. S. No Offense, JM2C

My friend, I think you know nothing about gambling here or let us say 10% and that's me being generous already.

The main market are the gamblers hence the need of a domain appealing to them. Non gamblers can pay visits but most of them won't gamble so that is not logical. And bettercoins sounds like gayish to gamblers.

You don't like the term "Bettors" but isn't funny that most popular betting sites are using its root name "bet" on their domains? To name a few:
Sportsbet
Cloudbet
Wolfbet
Bet365
Directbet

And you cannot say the other options above are better than CoinBettors because it's actually second in the voting. Cheesy Aren't you realizing that BetterCoins is not even in the voting list? Because it is irrelevant. You probably don't bet my friend. Or maybe you only bet dollar in cents that you don't have the same imagination with gamblers.

200  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏈 Earn 0.005 BTC* on NFL Game of the Week Parlays on Nitrogen Sports 🏈 on: October 11, 2019, 07:16:14 PM
Preseason is still a decent thing to bet on, I know it is not a serious competition at all but do you really feel like regular season is serious competition anymore? Looking at the regular season games the teams are not even trying anymore, some teams are naturally more talented so they win more games but nobody gives 100% anymore so preseason is not really THAT different than the regular season.

I also love to watch these new kids like Zion play so well on the preseason and make a difference. It is just a matter of supporting the game you love to watch as well, I love watching NBA and I want to bet on everything about it, hell I would bet on which team a Free Agent would go too, like which team Kawhi would go could have been a great bet. So all in all whatever I can bet related to NBA, I would check it.

There will be a significant difference between preseason and the early regular season games. Good teams will try to their longest win streaks and stay undefeated. But after that short period the competition won't be that tough anymore as teams will try to protect their star players to stay healthy. Late regular season will be the start of another tough competition as teams will try to take the home advantage in the playoffs. The best competitive games in the late regular games are those that are contending in the last spots. Then comes the playoffs, the best and the toughest games in the NBA.
