I dont put that much expectation for bullrun because if it doesnt happen to my desired date i will just be disappointed, better off without that expectation, although a bullrun happens every halving it's safe to say a bullrun will happen at 2020 (just by graphs), but don't put expectation or you'll be dissapointed. My only regret is not taking the full of advantage of bitcoin price at that time, i could have bought alot of stuff at that time.
