761  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: September 23, 2018, 03:07:12 PM

762  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: September 23, 2018, 11:05:45 AM

EDIT: dalawa na yung expired invoice ko at may naka sent ng btc hope i get my refunds asap or atleast get my refund

763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple the next bitcoin? on: September 21, 2018, 06:44:04 PM
Forget about Bitcoin. Ripple is not even capable of replacing Ethereum as the no.2 crypto (in terms of market cap). Its association with the banks has tarnished its reputation permanently.
well it already replaced now i dont think it will would ever hold the number #2 spot for too long it will go back to #3 after it drops, ripple is centralized which is makes bitcoin better because its decentralized nothing can control it unlike ripple they have the power to control it.
764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you still continue? on: September 21, 2018, 06:19:51 PM
This is what happened to me, I lost many bitcoins and money because of my gambles. What I did was, I didn't gambled any money again. It's hard to take those money back. How I wish to never gamble again.
At least you have learned your lesson, it might be a painful experience but I guess it is part of a learning journey to make people realize that gambling is not a solution to get rich, it is good to see that you are trying hard to restrict yourself to play in a casino again, as you pointed out, it is hard to recover losses from a casino, and you have made the right decision to move on with your life.
yes it is part of the journey you have ever done in gambling, at least you can understand that gambling is very risky if you do not master it and can easily lose the money you are risking. even though most people play gambling rely on luck but someone who always wins the game they know the strategy that must be done to play

Those strategies and mitigating risk by proper bankroll management, creating many sessions, and pre-planned bets to stick no matter what. This is mitigating risk and avoiding someone to engage into rage betting.
the thing is strategies doesnt work on gambling but if you follow your maximum bankroll it can decrease the risk of losing more money, you only need to keep your cool and dont get tilted so you dont go out broke in the casino you can always control yourself if you keep your cool.
765  Local / Pilipinas / Re: It's a bear market. Are you ready to go full time? Ano ang magandang gawin? on: September 21, 2018, 06:09:15 PM
If you consider trading for a living, then you should ask yourself during a bear market when things are in chaos and the atmosphere is filled with fear. Not during times when the fields are green. If you can confidently tell yourself that you'll be alright with utmost certainty, then

YOU

Are

READY!

766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crime Effect of Gambling - Your thoughts! on: September 21, 2018, 06:00:41 PM
I do not really think so. Gambling has nothing to do with criminal activities. However, you can find a drug dealer who is into gambling. Gambling is just a way to have fun and get more money. That's all. Added to that, people do have their side activities like being drug dealers or go into prostitution. They also can gamble. But that does not mean that gambling incite them to do those things. There are many casino's owners who are not doing shady things.
In my country gambling itself is a crime and the people who are gambling addicted are mostly criminals. It is very hard to lose your hard earn money every time in gambling. To avoid this thing they commit crimes to get some money because they do not want to lose their own money or they don’t have any money. In simple words I can say that gambling and crimes are connected with each other.
Logical answer, but it doesn't menas all the gambers were criminals are spending the illegally obtained money some maybe have earned lot of money or even from their parent's properties so they are chose to gamble for spending their money. But gambling maybe good or bad for some reasons but it is not the reason for any crimes.
government can earn taxes from gambling too i dont see why a country doesnt want more taxes since it would help improve the country after all, people have a will to do everything they want from the money they earned its their decision to gamble it, i dont see a reason why gamblers are criminals that doesnt make any sense why would they label them as criminals its just people spending money.
767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does XRP keep up the momentum? on: September 21, 2018, 05:54:44 PM
dont keep up your hopes too high since there is alot of people hold ripple it would drop alot after the hodlers drop their bombs, it'll be better if you just buy after it reaches all time low and start holding, we dont know how long will ripple keep increasing after its drop maybe its still not the end of it. can still reach 70 cents or 60 cents.
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple took second place... on: September 21, 2018, 05:49:18 PM
Is ripple XRP the next big thing??    It just went ahead of ethereum on cmc.. is it too late to invest??...
Right now is literally the riskiest time to buy man(in the short term), sheez don't get FOMO so easily. If I was anywhere even close to a ripple shill I could probably find two articles or pieces of news to encourage you to buy and then you would most likely be holding the bag.

I agree. This is the riskiest time to buy.

This is the time to sell.

Remember that on the last Ethereum rally, earlier this year, the situation was similar. Ripple took the second place, then Ethereum moved from 300 to 1500.

Ethereum is already second, but because ripple just lost a few cents.,,,

I think nobody should be buying ripple now. Ripple is a very promising coin, but stay in the sidelines is better for now. You will have other opportunities.

the risk it offer its not worth it for the return you get, yeah ripple might have dethroned ethereum for now since people will start dumping their coins the price is already up so high people will start selling their coins, decentralized is better than centralized.
769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why not play games online instead of gambling? on: September 21, 2018, 12:51:21 PM
Many but not all gamblers are claiming they gamble for fun and pass time. I was just thinking. If it is the reason why people gamble then why not play online games? There is a lot of good and challenging onlne games wherein you can interact with other people online?
there's a certain feeling where you can only get from gambling which is thrill not just a ordinary one, you cant find that feeling most of the time by playing video games and you rarely stumble across it, that's why people find gambling fun the thrill they can just go back and experience it again even myself find gambling fun too because of the thrill and that feeling also when you ended up winning. just my speculation.
770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is the beginning of the 2019 altcoin'll be back? on: September 21, 2018, 12:29:42 PM
There is no way to tell. That is how it has always been with the market and that is how it will always be. No one can be able to predict what will happen with the coins, it makes better sense to actually just hold the coins and wait for better prices. Who knows, you might be right and the altcoins might end up going up in the beginning of next year
people have been like this for a while just putting random date and state it will rise in that time giving themselves false hope, no people can predict how and when will the market rise that's the reason why crypto is good for investing, either you go rich or broke, just like the sacred text say HODL.
771  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: "New Newbie restriction" ano masasabi nyo? on: September 21, 2018, 12:21:04 PM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5028967.0

Natumbok mo kabayan!

774  Local / Pilipinas / Re: SEPTEMBER NA, DAPAT BULLRUN nA ITO PERO BAKIT GANITO.. on: September 21, 2018, 11:59:22 AM
Nagsimula na to sa pagtaas ng ripple. Sa tingin ko maaaring maranasan natin ang pagtaas by the end of the month kung susunod mga investors sa naging trend ng #3 sa crypto market. Xempre hindi papatalo jan si ETH kaya yung last dip bumili ako pati ripple nakabili din ako last time. Good timing kasi anytime talaga pwede na mag bull run from top 20 sa Coinmarket cap.
mas maganda pa ang ethereum kaysa ripple and ripple naman eh ay centralized tas madami pang gumagamit sa ethreum dahil sa smart contract babawi din nya bigyan lang ng time, pero pwede padin malampasan ng ripple and eth depende sa hype.
775  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Vanitygen: Gumawa ng Pasadyang Bitcoin Address on: September 20, 2018, 03:22:33 PM
Open source tool yan sir gawa ni samr7
Bali mas maraming characters mas matagal ma generate. Yung ordinary CPU kaya 4-5 characters kaya agad makakuha.

Wink
kahit hindi the same level sa lakasan yung gtx 1060 kompara sa gtx 1080ti makaka hanap pa din yan kailangan lang ng time at saka sino kailangan ng 1080ti para lang mag hanap ng bitcoin address.
776  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Filipino crypto users on: September 20, 2018, 02:26:25 PM

777  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Bumili Ako ng Copper Membership on: September 19, 2018, 11:10:32 AM

778  Local / Pilipinas / Re: EDUCATE Ourself ABout Crypto and Learn Risk Management on: September 14, 2018, 05:25:03 PM
780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction Stories! on: September 14, 2018, 05:11:28 PM
I know some friends who started becoming addicted to football gambling.
Losing tons and still winning out some in the long run.

Eventually they learned they lesson and are still winning big time by betting at only matches they know more about.

That is really sad to hear because people are losing so much money and that too it is not that they are super rich and it wont effect them. People try to make money from gambling and forgetting that hardly few only win and rest of them will lose their money.

Here I can only see such stories about gambling where most of the people have only lost money. in few cases I can see that some people have made a little money from gambling while most of the are lost a lot of their money. so we can conclude the result here is gambling is one of the most difficult way of making money.

Thats the point that it's hard to get money from gambling, that is what all gamblers have to remember that gambling is not a place to get profit because of the enormous level of risk and what determines profit is not you but luck. because in many cases people become addicts because they think they can live from gambling income..
you can make a living off it if you have a godlike luck, people get delusional sometimes they think they can get the things they want if they keep reaching for it same goes for addicted gamblers, not only they think they can make a living off it gambling also offers a different kind of thrill where you dont easily find it.
