KPIs will be included in our long-term development plan. By now we have come up with a more realistic strategy for grading employees. |

As far as I see today's recruitment market lacks a reliable system showing specialist’s performance and assessment throughout the whole career rather than when he/she quits a job.
It's really so, because all the positive referencies are given when a candidate is leaving a company. A former employer does not provide any relevant information about a specialist... We want to create a reliable system showing specialist’s performance and providing assessment throughout his/her whole career. Of course, people quit their job for many reasons... However, we believe that in most cases it's the company’s fault and that any employer can prevent employee turnover with our help. |

It’s natural that people quit their job, but there're hard feelings between a worker and his/her former boss very often.

They can really ruin your self-esteem. Slowly but surely. I quit my job of 10 years a few days ago. Too much drama. Just walked out in the middle of the shift, muttering “I quit” to the boss as I walked by. Living off of savings for a while and catching up on some personal hobbies. Highly recommended. People can quit their job for many reasons.
I left my previous job only for one reason. The reason was simple. I worked in retail, we were extremely shorthanded and the boss started taking 3-4 hour lunch breaks and showing up an hour or two late(often intoxicated or made no effort whatsoever to sleep for his shift). The rest of the employees were adopting his attitude towards work and taking extended breaks and an overall poor work ethic. Upper management refused to fire him, and they would never fire me because I was shouldering all of the work. So, either I had to bear the workload of 2-3 people, all while getting no recognition for it whatsoever, or walk out. Thank you for sharing your experience. |
