181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin, Dogecoin Gain After Musk's Tweets, But Will There Be Another Bull Run? on: September 18, 2021, 06:36:01 PM
So can it really be true? because today there are still many things that can be manipulated by everyone in order to attract all investors to a particular coin, so you should examine this in detail so that the truth can be clearly revealed.
Hmm, well, I think that such data can be checked. And what's the point of developers lying about it? The ecosystem was released in 2018, if I remember correctly.
Currently, Musk factor is working very badly for bitcoin because if he is not doing anything then surely we are going to touch some very good figure in next few months, but this dude is doing his own magic and hurting very badly in crypto his feuds helping scammers not investors.

Now one thing is very sure this Musk is having very good influence in crypto world and his tweets working very quickly in both ways we need to learn some good from this not in bad way because if we are able to avoid him then surely we can do some better in this community. He is businessman and want to invest for more profit, but his hype is creating some serious problems for bitcoin.
182  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you want to quit trading ? on: September 18, 2021, 06:06:11 PM

That's why trading is not as easy as some people think and making a profit is not easy,
besides the big risk, of course there are many factors that make us continue to lose or lose money when trading,
other knowledge and skills are also important
The whole concept seems to be easy but in reality it's not, trading composed by many influenced, easy to say to buy low and sell high but executing the process is the thing that most traders and investors start to lose their money, the timing and the changing volatile nature of this business.

You need to have good skills and knowledge with the market that you are investing your money, without the effort of researching and studying the business, you'll see yourself keep losing your money.
At the beginning of trading every one know about positive and negative effects of this, so I am sure this is not talk, indeed these efforts have more potential to gain profit but here we need strong mentality If you want to be succeeded in this.

If we have passion of trading then few mistakes never enough for doing this like quitting trading if you don't have enough money for trading. Losing is happening, It's nothing bad because this give you some experience we have to more focus and hard worker for more success and better results in trading.
183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin could destroy economy on: September 17, 2021, 09:04:16 PM
What you are talking about is just the shortcomings of Bitcoin. Have you not seen the advantages of Bitcoin at all? If Bitcoin is really bad, will so many countries make Bitcoin legal tender and legalize Bitcoin?
The country bans Bitcoin because they cannot control Bitcoin. There are also many countries that initially banned Bitcoin and later allowed the use of Bitcoin. Don't be influenced by some negative news.
We have this debate for very long time because most of the hatters still arguing about this but are not checking all data which is still available before bitcoin it's never been good and clean we have money laundering we have terrorism, and we have all criminal activities before this as well.

Just because of this we are sure Bitcoin is never going to hurt any country or economy, It's going to destroy by their own policies and system which is helping corrupt and criminal mind peoples. After bitcoin, we have some better and cashless transactions with good speed and security, which is great improvement.
184  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you scared? on: September 17, 2021, 08:32:40 PM
Look at the chart that was provided by @Tytanowy Janusz. There's no way in hell a flash crash will scare me, it's not the worst crash there is so no point getting scare, the only people who get scared are either not looking back into the past, doesn't have a lot of bitcoin or doesn't have any bitcoin, and people that have a short sighted goal.

in fact we don't feel the Bitcoin market is over. People who are afraid just because the market has started to enter the red line does not mean this will all end and be destroyed. Bitcoin is still as usual and is still at a high price. If compared to last year then the OP should know that the current price is not comparable and be frightened.
Mostly newbies are scared with this all because they have no knowledge and basic things about this, but those are in this market for some time they understand this all is usual business and already happened many times sometime back peoples was really scared with China ban, but now it's all settled even we have many other issues which are now part of this community.

Day by day we are spreading and now bitcoin is on high popularity so just because of this no matter of worry even we have too many bad news and negative things around us now no one can stop this we will go through in very good future with this crypto and bitcoin.
185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be more effective in the future on: September 17, 2021, 08:01:53 PM
I would rather say more recognition will be given to bitcoin as the year goes by because of technological advancement in the world. And there is no doubt that it is the younger generation that are mostly into bitcoin.
Bitcoin surely will be more effective in future because now many countries and Tech companies feeling positive about this even we have few serious issues with this which is hurting this badly and main reason for not accepted in many countries.

Price volatile is also very serious issue with this bitcoin and crypto because no one can predict prices can increase and decrease very quickly which is really not good for many.

Few countries feel not good because they have no reason, but they have mindset not to go with better technology and way for their peoples.
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL vs Staking, What is the best strategy? on: September 17, 2021, 06:59:22 PM
To be honest, it is too hard to make a lot of money in staking. You need to stake too much money to be able to get something really serious. There is a thing like DeFi staking also and it is more probable to make more profit in it. However, it is very risky. So, I think the best choice is HODLing. I choose to HODL Bitcoin the most and just enjoy it in the long term.  Grin  I would really recommend it to everyone as we all witnessed what Bitcoin are capable of in a long run.
Hodl and staking both are completely different things and in bitcoin there is no staking so if you want to go with this in altcoins then surely you need to know about project because if you have enough updates then this can give you good profit as you are holding their coins and taking some good profit from staking but as I mention please read about project before doing any invest is real important for you and your funds.

In bitcoin as mentioned no staking just holding is very good because it's giving very good profit in long run, but one thing keep in mind never deposit your funds in any third parties accounts because not your keys not your coins.
187  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19 vaccination becoming a criteria to live in the world on: September 16, 2021, 08:54:01 PM
The idea of vaccination is a good one, but I don’t think it is something that they have to force people to do. Getting vaccinated should be something of choice, you should decide whether you want to do it or not, if you want to do it then you can go ahead and get vaccinated and if not you can leave it. They shouldn’t be forcing anyone to get vaccinated, and more of a lot of people are scared and they don’t trust whether they vaccine is reliable or not and the after effects of it is what you don’t know.

We have heard a lot of bad stories about the vaccines and the kind of effects they had on some people, although I can’t  really say for sure if all those  stories are true or not.
There are way too many people in the world who are either anti-vaxx as a whole, or they just anti-covid vaxx basically, and that is the kind of trouble that we are living right now. For some reason, at one point in history vaccinations turned from something that saves lives to few people saying they are bad into a lot of people saying they are bad. How did something that saved lives of millions upon millions of people suddenly started to see by some people as something that is bad is beyond me. But, the reality is that without vaccination, covid would have been so much worse, so much worse.
188  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dont get sad over what could have been on: September 15, 2021, 08:52:14 PM
Hey guys! I wanted to compile a post from past and current information given to me by others and advice given to me by others.

If you had cryptos in the past and could have made lots, to kick yourself over it. If you get caught up over what could have been, you will go insane. So focus on the current time. Good luck!
When things like this happens to you in trading they are meant to be a means for you to learn new things and move on. There’s no need to bother too much about it. I’ve seen a lot of traders who decide to quit just because of the experience of loss in trading. Instead of quitting it's best to learn from it and then develop better strategies that will help you to do better next time you're trading. That’s why as a trader or in whatever business you are doing you’re always advised to learn patience, because that’s what’s going to lead you to where you’re heading to. Without patience you’re likely going to give up. Then another thing you have to avoid is greed and fear.
189  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto is not limited till buying Bitcoins, it is beyond this. on: September 15, 2021, 06:05:52 PM
We saw threads where discussions sparked about how will the poor take the advantage of crypto and all of them limit their thinking to what will happen if BTC skyrockets. There were lots of great answers, but we have a different approach here in this matter.
Funny thing is that a lot of people only want the price of Bitcoin to skyrocket because that’s the easiest way they can make money without having to work for it. There are so many ways that you can earn or generate income  through cryptocurrency, but due to the fact that these other areas requires a lot of hard work and dedication, people tend to run from it.

So, they just want to invest little amount of money and then the price will boom up and they will make lots of money. But when it doesn’t work this way for most of them they decide to quit, Which is totally wrong. To achieve something you have to be ready to dedicate your time, hard work and be patient towards it.
190  Economy / Economics / Re: Boost of a countries economy on: September 14, 2021, 05:59:45 PM
Crypto is one of the best performing investment during the pandemic but it also creates a mindset for some desperate people especially those who got terminated to their job that putting all money here will be their source of income. They thought crypto can give them a regular source of income without realizing its not how profits works on crypto.
That's so true, really. During the pandemic when many people unfortunately lost their jobs and businesses were slowed down, a lot of them resorted to finding new ways of earning money. Crypto was at a high and that's the reason why so many new traders entered the market but the problem is that these new traders don't understand the difference between a legit and a scam project. Only a handful of these new traders and investors actually realize what they are doing, others are just flowing with the trend.

192  Economy / Economics / Re: What could make a hacker return stolen $600m crypto on: September 07, 2021, 08:28:23 PM
It's not every hacker in the world that is bad. There are the good ones as well, although there are now lots of bad ones. So, for a hacker to return up to $600 million, that means he's a really good person. People have a purpose why they do things, some of these hackers are just doing it for fun, also doing it for a really good purpose, while others are just some bad guys who are looking for those that will fall into their traps.

I have seen hackers who donated it's still in money to a foundation, a typical example of robinhood story I guess.  and  just like some comments here have pointed out, some of the hackers are just doing it to show companies where their security is lacking.

194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tokyo 2020 Men's Olympics Basketball Tournament on: July 29, 2021, 06:51:04 PM
The thing about Luka has always been about how he really enjoys it, like dude is having fun out there and that shows which means that yes he is a superstar but I think the only people I can remember really enjoying being a superstar could be Giannis or maybe Wade.

We usually do not see people who are like always smiling and all, we see the "killer mindset" type of players, MJ wasn't laughing when he played, he wanted to eat your heart, Kobe always worked before you and after you, Lebron spent millions on his body and always cried like a baby, I can continue with this but "happy"? We rarely see happy players on the court, yeah sure they are happy outside obviously, but while playing?

This is the thing about Luka, he could be the best player who enjoyed the game most, I do not think that I have seen anyone in history of this sport that played better than him while enjoying it more than him both at the same time.
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: July 22, 2021, 08:06:35 PM
There is no way that Sterling would be given to Tottenham, you are taking a step back if you do that, and yeah getting Kane is great and all but if you are giving your best players for it then you are not improving at all.

I would say that a huuuuge amount of money could be done by City because they have so much money, and they had this financial fair play problem that caused them to be banned but then pandemic happened and it was postponed I suppose or maybe even cancelled, so they can use all that leftover from those time till now to buy Kane, they really have a lot. They can afford as much as 300 million, not that they will pay that, but they can "afford" that much, so that means it is all about how much Spurs want for Kane and how much City is willing to pay, it is not about if he will leave or not because it is obvious that they could definitely get him if they want to.
196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 22, 2021, 05:45:50 PM
The internet can be brutal at times, look at what I dug up , someone insisting that Arsenal should have bought bitcoins instead of spending that 35 million pounds on Shkodran Mustafi...by now they would have banked one and a half billion pounds. What do you guys think?
That is just way too funny Cheesy A team buying 35 million pounds worth bitcoin instead of a player, lol. I mean realistically that is impossible because let's face it teams do not really care for financial investments all that much let alone bitcoin, I mean when have you heard that they bought a stock neither? I mean does any team that we know own google, amazon, facebook, tesla or whatever stocks? As far as I know there are none that does that, they just earn money from playing and then reinvested that back to players to be better and that's just it, nothing more to it.

I realize that there is a good amount of investment chance for a team that makes that much money but they just don't do it. However if they actually did that, 1.5 billion dollars would mean that you could have bought mbappe, haaland, and some 7-8 more players like that, which would be insane to even think about on the same team.
197  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you see yourself quitting after this bullrun? on: July 21, 2021, 10:15:23 PM
I honestly feel like it rejuvenated the way I invest, I am quite happy about this because it allowed me to closely check it from the inside and that matters a lot to me. The reality is that I wasn't really fully aware of bitcoin and what it can do before the 2014 pump, I was checking it, I was here from 2013 and forward but I wasn't fully in, I was just having fun.

During the 2017 I was fully in, I was fully in since 2016, but when I saw the price reaching 3k I sold all my coins, which was a good day for me, had the best summer of my entire life, went to other nations as vacation, rented a whole mansion like place for a month, I was living like one of those super wealthy people and spent it all because I assumed I would keep making money like that, and didn't end up making that type of money. Now this time, I was in and I made the money and I didn't get out, I am fully long term invested and will not sell until I can retire, it really showed me how easy it can be in a decade or two.
198  Economy / Economics / Re: Only young and naive guy believe in high risk high return on: July 21, 2021, 06:33:38 PM
There is a bit of a miscommunication in the world right now. What we should be focusing on here is the fact that we are talking about a high risk is something you can take when you are younger and have less responsibility, if you are a 16 year old who has to work to help his family is a very different situation then a 40 year old who has a "rich daddy", so it is not really the same thing.

The point here is not really about young or old, it is more about having the chance to risk something or not risk something, if you have a lot of money and no responsibilities then you can risk some money, if you have no money and have a lot of responsibilities then you can't take a risk. In general young people have less responsibility then older people, that is why this was about age but that is just the average, there are exceptions of course to this situation.
199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: LIST of TOP 20 BITCOIN SPORTSBOOKS on: July 21, 2021, 01:06:07 PM
nitrogensports.eu A+ (2013)
So a gambling site with tons of accusations against them, is rated as A+ by you? Please check their profile if you have been living under the rock for a while. Their profile - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=88706

stake.com C+ (2019) sportsbook, (2014) casino.
Seriously? Stake is among the top 3 sportsbooks right now man. I mean they have the best promotions and limits in the industry.

I don't even see the name of sportsbet.io here, any reason for that? I could have made a list 50x better than what you made.
200  Economy / Economics / Re: Can cryptocurrencies replace fiat currencies on: July 20, 2021, 07:21:26 PM
I give no chance for cryptocurrencies in the market to replace fiat money in the near or far future. And actually, cryptocurrencies don't have such aim also. They will stay as a very good alternative to fiat. Even when the digital currencies developed by governments replace fiat, cryptocurrencies' place will stay the same I think.
I do not understand why people do worry about getting to replace fiat currencies anyway, should that be the aim we have? Are there people who want that to happen? I can honestly say that there is a good chance we could stay as alternative and make the biggest noise from this stance instead.

If we tried to overtake fiat as the most used currency, if bitcoin and maybe few others became something so common that you see people spending crypto instead of anything else outside, when they go to grocery store, when they go to a cafe, when they pay their gym membership, when they go to vacation, basically all around the world people are spending crypto instead of fiat, in that scenario don't you think as soon as we get closer then the whole world governments suddenly start attacking us? Why would they let their fiat become even more worthless when bitcoin becomes the main currency? They will attack from all fronts and stop us anyway. So I rather stay as alternative and grow here.
