Marcel Sabitzer, who is currently on loan from FC Bayern to Manchester United, can well imagine continuing to play for ManU after his loan ends in the summer. However, no decision has been made yet and FC Bayern will probably have to agree with ManU on a suitable transfer fee. Sabitzer's market value is currently around €20 and his contract at FC Bayern runs until summer 2025. Marcel Sabitzer would love to stay at Manchester United and United are happy with him, but a decision won't be made until around April/May [@FabrizioRomano]

Danke für die Hinweise zum Node-Betrieb. Ich hab mich auch einmal beworben. Die Kosten dürften zunächst ja überschaubar sein. Ob der Strato VPS40 für 17€ pro Monat reicht, ist fraglich, da ich mit Strato bisher eher schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Oftmals war die Leistung nicht so wie angegeben. Aber ich bezweifle, dass man gerade zu Anfang die ganze Leistung benötigt und wenn die Incentives am Ende etwas klarer werden, kann man ja einfach auf einen besseren Server upgraden. Wie schätzt ihr die Situation (hauptsächlich für das Mainnet, das bereits Q3 2023 starten soll,) im Bezug auf die Steuer ein? Könnte es hier aus Sicht der Finanzämter zu einer gewerblichen Tätigkeit kommen, wenn man einen Node betreibt und eine Gegenleistung (Transaktionskosten) bzw. Kompensation dafür erhält?
Es gab doch kürzlich ein Schreiben vom Finanzministerium, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere. Dort wurde doch mitgeteilt, dass der Betrieb einer Node grundsätzlich in Deutschland als gewerbliche Tätigkeit einzustufen ist. Bei einer Node im Testnetz würde ich hingegen von einem Bounty ausgehen, da man hier ja noch keine Staking-Rewards sondern eine grundsätzliche Vergütung für das Testen des Netzwerks erhält. Ansonsten sollte man sich die steuerlichen Fragen aber vor dem Betrieb einer Node bewusst machen. Hier können einige Fallstricke lauern. |

I mean, all of these are essential basics that every investor/trader should be aware of before investing real money for the first time. And I suspect that there are already countless threads on Bitcointalk on these general tips. At least, hardly anyone here is likely to have learned anything new. Too bad. Learning first, trading later.

Würde auch kein KYC für Mintlayer machen (unabhängig davon, dass man generell mit seinen KYC-Daten sehr spärlich umgehen sollte). Wir wurden ja in der ehemaligen Bounty-Telegram-Gruppe darüber informiert, dass die Founder sich zerstritten und der ehemalige CEO wohl die Projekt-Funds wohl für einen extravaganten Lebensstil raushaut. Es sollte wohl ein neues Projekt kommen, dass von den verbliebenen Foundern aufgebaut wird. Aber auch der neue Telegram-Chat ist relativ tot. Schade, ich denke hier darf man insgesamt nicht mehr viel erwarten. |

This was kinda expected after everything that has happened lately with Paxos and BUSD. I mean, even CZ announced that Binance will simply have to move away from BUSD eventually so no surprise that their biggest competition is already doing that, especially since they have their own stablecoin.

@LeGaulois Are they using some KYC provider to live-shoot the ID like everyone else, or are they just asking for photo ID upload?
I'm not holding my breath, hopefully they're not using some trash ID verification service.
The KYC process is handled by Sumsub, a verification platform which is used by plenty of players in the space, as it seems. Yep, that's exactly how it is. The limits have been around for a long time. I had a short chat via e-mail with the support in 2021( ?) and they confirmed that there are certain limits. Looks like only the note about the limits is new. At least I had not seen this before. But I haven't used Bitrefill for a few months either. who's going to buy $10,000 per month on Bitrefill?

You're right. Nuri (ex Bitwala) closed their doors at the end of 2022 due to insolvency. Does BingX require KYC? I found the following articles about it:
Never heard of this exchange and wouldn't recommend using it. But using Google for two seconds brings up the official support page of BingX. You also find everything about exchange fees or other information concerning the exchange. That's why I don't understand why you use (and trust) third party websites when you can find all the information on the official channels/website of the exchange within a few seconds. Anyway, if you want to trade plenty of (shit)-coins, it is best to use a decentralized exchange of the respective network. Here you don't need a KYC and are on the safe side. For all FIAT transactions then it is best to use a reputable exchange like Kraken or Coinbase. |

Haha, yes! There's no better way to push adoption than to make people aware of hardware wallets. And often it's quite difficult for new users to get started, and the costs of a $100 hardware wallet aren't that low either. So if we can help out a little, let's do it! Well let me know how it turns out.

For the second time I was wrong with my gut feeling. Last time I also bet FC Bayern and lost. This time I didn't bet on FC Bayern and FC Bayern won. I should probably stop listening to my gut feeling when betting. Anyway, FC Bayern put in a good game and won against Union Berlin 3-0. In the next game between FC Bayern and Stuttgart, I'll bet on Bayern again. I expect them to win the game with no problems. Haha, too bad buddy. Bayern actually put in an extremely good performance against Union Berlin. The 3:0 result was fully deserved. Let's see if Bayern can show a more consistent form in the next games. According to several rumors, FC Bayern is not interested in signing Borussia Mönchengladbach's top player Marcus Thuram - even though Thuram will be on a free transfer starting in the summer. Bayern decided not to get involved in the race for Marcus Thuram, despite the striker being available on a free transfer this summer [@cfbayern]  Personally, I also think this is a pretty good decision from Bayern's management, because in the end, I don't think Thuram has the quality to take FC Bayern to a new level. IMHO, he would be an average backup player for the squad. However, what Bayern needs are top players who make the difference in the crucial games of the season. And despite his quality, Thuram is not one of them, to be honest. |

Fantastic. The structure is quite fast, but it should be adequate for a small tournament like ours. for the respective poker tournaments/days we will continue to use this thread and it looks like the first tournament will start in march and then continue weekly (every sunday)
i think as soon as the dates are fixed all participants can register for the respective rounds.
Please announce the appropriate dates early so that everyone can plan their weekends. If it should start already this Sunday (since it will be the first Sunday in March), the official announcement comes quite late. So it's probably going to start a little later, right? |
