1801  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you felt the impact of inflation so far? on: September 01, 2022, 11:37:17 PM
In each and everything it is possible to experience the inflation. In particular, I can remember the food on the streets. Once those food on the streets were affordable, now that itself looks high. This is the best price, but it looks high. With such pricing only the vendor is able to make little profit. Apart from that vehicles price, I bought a motorcycle for $1000 few years back and the same costs around $1800 at present.
1802  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can this be the reason some people are afraid to invest in Bitcon? on: September 01, 2022, 11:32:29 PM
People have moved from one method of payment system to the other. It means from traditional way of using fiat cash, now majority of the people are used to the digital method of payment. This is all because the fiat getting a digital format and nothing different. Here with cryptocurrency they find it different because of this being virtual. Slowly people will understand the technology, until then it's our responsibility to help those people understand it in the right way.
1803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gambling Companies: First Massive Bitcoin Adopters on: September 01, 2022, 06:35:27 PM
Even now people have the same understanding. Bitcoin is developed for the need of gambling companies and are used for gambling and illegal transactions. Slowly this thinking have shrunk compared to the past.

As the thread states, gambling companies were the true early adopters. If they hadn't used it during the early days, it couldn't have got any real-time usage. This helped to keep up the circulation. Following the success of one gambling company the next one started to use bitcoin into their business understanding the ease of access and settlement.

1805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: August 30, 2022, 11:30:07 PM
I don't think this is a very easy task. As it turns out it is a bowling pitch. So it is natural that there will be a low scoring match. 127 runs not an easy task especially in such a pitch. Where in the last match, a country like India was almost overwhelmed by the pressure of runs in a low scoring match. So any thing can be possible.
The pitch condition of UAE isn't friendly for the batsmen. I'm wondering why Bangladesh decided to bat first after winning the toss. They had lost 50% of the match for this decision. Then they lost the match completely for the poor start. Bangladeshi fast bowlers were expensive in the death overs. Afghanistan has qualified for the super 4 from group B. Perhaps, Sri Lanka will be the next qualified team from this group. I don't see any hope for Bangladesh.

I think Shakib knows his batsmen very well. Had Afghanistan batted first and given a target of 170/180, Bangladesh would have been badly beaten. This is why Shakib decided to bat first. This decision is for the Bangladesh team. If Bangladesh were able to collect like 140 they could have won this match.
I think Bangladesh and Afghanistan from Group B will qualify for the next round. Bangladesh's performance is better than Sri Lanka's team. If the batsmen of Bangladesh are able to perform a bit better in the next match, then they will easily win against Sri Lanka.
According to me, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka were in the same scale. A small difference in score is being found and look at the scoring pattern. The last order brought little runs to make it 100+ runs. Think of Bangladesh, if Mosaddek Hossain hadn't taken those runs then the team could've ended the innings in the same way as Sri Lanka does.
1806  Economy / Economics / Re: BITCOIN IS NOT A STORE OF VALUE on: August 30, 2022, 11:23:06 PM
What you're trying to convey. TV, computers and phones were the store of value. There is a difference between store of value and the devices. Innovation doesn't have limits, if gold and silver weren't found we could've made the same innovative devices with something else for sure. Maybe we don't get the perfect outcome as gold and silver, but there'll be a solution for it.

The rare availability makes it more valuable, with bitcoin the limited supply makes it more valueable. Being a store of value is simple, as bitcoin carries a value it is considered as store of value. Even if the credit goes to gold and silver it isn't a big thing.

1808  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be worth zero? on: August 29, 2022, 11:47:51 PM
If this was to happen, then it is too late. During the beginning days or at the transition point of bitcoin towards the next level this could've taken place. For now it have crossed several deaths out of the crashes and big criticism as it is an asset used for illegal needs and gambling purpose. Now it is on the path for which this is being innovated, so it is never to be Zero anymore.

though we can never say that it won't ever drop to zero, but the possibility in the current situation is very very slim. maybe, btc will reach its 0 value, but not in our lifetime. no one knows for sure about this scenario. but we can't totally disregard this situation to happen. so at the moment, i don't think this kind of discussion makes sense. because the current situation in the crypto market, it says, otherwise.
Maybe, but I don't believe bitcoin will reach to zero after our lifetime. Maybe something better in technology could reach the market. From valueless token to such a big market in short period of time will never see a decline to Zero. The only possibility before me is the shut down of entire mining operation, which won't happen.
1809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: August 29, 2022, 11:13:48 PM
There's probably going to be a lot of local security as well, and I reckon any cheaper security from overseas that they can get.

The amount of extra visitors that a world cup brings is insane, so the country must prepare a lot, and security in particular is a key thing to keep in check.

I'm sure they're going to be very organized though.

Security will certainly not be lacking, not least because the danger of a terrorist attack is high.
According to the latest news on the subject, it seems that NATO will provide assistance to the security of the World Cup. As well as Pakistan will provide military support in security.

Even the Indian officials were contacted back for providing security support during the event. 20 IPS officers from different domains attended the security seminar, but there is no official announcement about the personals getting involved with the event anymore.Indian officials to be part of 2022 FIFA World Cup security
1810  Economy / Economics / Re: Education on: August 29, 2022, 10:18:58 PM
Op, when you say about education you have to be specific, that is because no one will likely be successful without education. Let me assume you meant formal education. Well it is not everyone that requires formal education. You can get educated informally by learning skills. You can do that by not even attending any institution . What you need is to be smart and to be adaptive to the environment, focused on evolving technology like bitcoin, AI and you will be successful. Go get degree if you want to be a medical doctor, lawyer, engineer  or other professions that requires degree
Formal education is a must according to me, if not you need to have focus on something from the very young age. With that it is possible to learn out of the market as well as the experience we gain through different failures. When a person have got formal education he can start with some sort of expertise knowledge with which he can lower the chances of failure (End of the day it is all about the hard work and smart work). A person who doesn't have have formal education can master marketing, but he can't be good with development.
1811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin versus Banks on: August 29, 2022, 09:39:51 PM
This difference have created the success, if bitcoin have been innovated in the same way as the banks there won't be any difference. Such pictorial representation needs to be shared often, even now many people doesn't know how the traditional system different from the bitcoin. Majority get into the market looking upon the growth and the profit it can through its volatility and the long term growth. But they fail to understand how this growth is happening and why banks weren't able to deliver it.

It seems that dominic thiem is having a huge trouble to get back some of his former shape he is losing badly to carreno busta in the us open he lost the first set and he is going to lose the second one 6 1, it seems that being away from competition for more than a year did some numbers on him.
Carreno Busta is always a tough opponent to play against, especially in a Slam. Thiem has started the 3rd set on the right foot as he managed to break Busta twice already while being broken once. Leads the 3rd set 4-2. Just needs to hold a couple of service games and guarantee himself some fighting chance in the match.
In every match Carreņo Busta gives his best. Carreņo Busta have managed to make his regular game. Thiem gave made a comeback in the third set. For now the match is going to be more interesting, but the physical condition of players always make unexpected outcomes. This time most of the matches seems to have similar fightback.
1814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: mine a Bitcoin or buy a bitcoin? on: August 28, 2022, 11:33:10 PM
At the current price, it would be best to buy a Bitcoin unless you already have mining hardware and software in place in order to avoid overhead costs, which can be thousands of dollars,  At top bull run prices, mining may perhaps make more sense.
Yeah, at today's market it is good to go with buying. What you spend on mining could get you the best profit just by holding. With mining the advantage is a regular earning which varies according to the difficulty. As said, it'll get you good revenue when the market is completely bullish reaching ATH.
1815  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin do $19k again before a bull market? on: August 28, 2022, 10:29:03 PM
Bump and dump were part of the market. We always need plans to withstand all form of market changes. Already the price have touched the $17k previously, so reaching $19k is highly possible.

The market have got its demand, yet the market fluctuation is connected to various factors. For now the upcoming announcement of interest rate is predicted to make the price fall down. Any kind of fall ends with growth, but to experience it we need patience to hold without getting into panic.
1816  Economy / Economics / Re: State Of Corruption In Nigeria Amidst World Corruption on: August 28, 2022, 10:23:58 PM
Nigeria could've recorded good growth in its economy with all its available resources. But, the reality is different. The government is highly corrupt and the same makes the country go downwards in its economy. There is big difference between the rich and the poor, and with time violence is increasing. Unemployment keeps increasing with time. The same lands them to create scam things and make money. For now if the political scenario Change to a clean situation then big growth happens.
1817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: August 28, 2022, 02:09:07 PM
Very first over itself quite interesting. Bhuvanesh Kumar had a huge shout on lbw of Rizwan. Umpire raised his fingers and Rizwan went for the review. Finally it wasn't a wicket. By the end of first over Pakistan have managed to score 6 runs. Probably the viewers on this match counts much higher than any other Asian Cup matches.
1818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: August 28, 2022, 11:45:26 AM
ZIM vs AUS the 1st ODI of the Tour no doubt that AUS is a very powerful team right now against ZIM according to the current updates the Match is ongoing and ZIM is opening with the 64 Runa on a loss of 1 Wicket and excitement goes on with the 16 Overs. Seems like ZIM is struggling for the Runs but heavy play by the players appreciated as Partnership is far more important then the Runs Rate in the first 25 oblvers and ZIM is trying to hold down the Wickets
Now Zimbabwe is batting.  They are playing much better.  Zimbabwe have lost 5 wickets so far.  They scored 186 runs in 44 overs.  Looks like they can score more than 220 runs in this match.  All their good batting outs.  Now they have to face many problems to get runs.  Wesley Madhavere scored 72 off 91 balls.  I think he played very well.

There has been an end to the Zimbabwe vs Australia match. There was no doubt that the match between these two teams was very one-sided, as we all expected it to be. With five wickets in hand, Australia won the match with almost 17 overs to spare. Despite Zimbabwe's best efforts, the Australian team was unfazed by what happened, and they walked away with the victory. As a result, Zimbabwe simply did not score enough runs on the board to win the game. In addition, they got all out before the 50 overs were fished. The Australians did not have any problems whatsoever during the whole process.
The opening from Zimbabwe is good, but the middle order failed to score. If Munyonga and Raza have managed to score little runs. Zimbabwe could've managed to add more 50 runs to the total. Raza is complete disappointment, because scoring 5 runs facing 24 balls in an ODI is poor performance. Anyhow it was good Zimbabwe played well and it'll improve in the coming matches.
1819  Economy / Economics / Re: Sri Lanka Economic Crisis is Getting Worse on: August 27, 2022, 11:59:25 PM
Corruption is generally engulfing the economy of every country plagued by problems including rising inflation, huge public debt and draining foreign exchange coffers the country is unable to import basic necessities. Food and fuel prices are skyrocketing to get rid of this situation corruption must be prevented. If not the situation will worsen due to fuel shortage in the country, an increase in food prices.
Corruption is a big issue all around the world. Apart from the same Sri Lanka suffered the mismanagement and the internal war between people. If they've united long back, now such a worse scenario could've never come. When there is no unity among the people, the same is used as a way by the rulers to take benefit. Now the new cabinet have made some changes to the policies, hope things turn good. But it takes atleast ten years of time from now.
1820  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Overcome a Bear Market in Cryptocurrency on: August 27, 2022, 11:28:30 PM
Even when the market is bearish there'll be fluctuation in the price. This means, you'll be able to make some profit and increase the holdings if you were able to observe the market movements and make buy/sell decisions. Here it have got risk, but it helps increasing the holdings. Moving to stablecoins is good, but the same can cause loss if the market turns bullish unexpected.

Best choice is to keep watching and find a way to buy and sell making use of the small variation happening. This will give profit depending upon the holding volume.
