Betting early is for the time bonus because its hardest to do.   I will add a little at first and more if I feel confident in what I had thought possible is actually happening, Im not arrogant enough to think just because it can it will.   Till we break range that already established area is most likely I guess.
Its strange for 37k to have lower odds then 35k, start of the month the odds are immature.

FUN token is harder to say, big bias that it just stays within range.   BTC rose last 30 days and FUN went roughly sideways, I do think it goes up if anything as a bet but its not as likely to develop or at all surprise.   My ideal is always I predict end month sharp detour we suddenly move (after close) and reach the high odds area, I rarely manage that.
1822  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: April 01, 2023, 11:19:29 AM
Boltz and Fallen on Imperial, nice result for them to beat Col  congrats.  I hope  Fallen is making a comeback, he was one of the greatest IGL in the game and thats my preferred position, skill in csgo to observe.  Also AWP of course, the combo being deadly so obviously Imperial have great potential.

CS2 taking until spring next year is correct and proper way to do it as it involves alot of change and possible bug fixes.  Gives teams time to adjust to whatever small detail that always has large effects in CS.  I hope it all makes for greater viewing quality which I think is possible.

Right now I bet Fnatic to beat Spirit though Im often biased to Spirit as an upset team for their great aim the odds dont support going against the recent success of Fnatic and better ranking.   Spirit could win Overpass, they have the highest % on this map but seems odds given already includes and accepts that.  (Safest bet here might have been 3 maps but I arrived during match)
1823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most likely category of people to become Gambling addicts. on: April 01, 2023, 10:41:29 AM
Quote
Poor people get addicted to gambling very easily. Since they don’t have the brains to get rich

Plenty of poor clever people exist.   A lack of variety or experience in large gains would make the gambling larger then life so be more disruptive perhaps.   A rich person in theory is gambling a lower percentage of their net worth, a greater amount of wealth is not liquid so cannot be gambled perhaps.   The poorer parts of an economy or population tend to have far higher worth in purely cash positions, weekly wages etc. so in that sense more harm is possible.   Poor people also suffer most from inflation for example.
1824  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and others urge AI pause, citing 'risks to society' on: April 01, 2023, 05:34:36 AM
Seems like nonsense as a warning this is not new, gpt is just automation of some kind and all those things were already possible.   Fake photos are not new, its the iterative process and ease of access which could be labelled as new.  Its easier to make combination or imagined photos even for people with no particular skill in that area, ditto many other processes long possible these can be implemented in this automated way.
Its a good thing overall, not really a risk or danger imo anymore then it was prior when the same tools existed but more obstructed and slower to use.
1825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Skill Based Slot Machines on: April 01, 2023, 05:26:36 AM
Its not the skill based idea which gets me whether it was actually there or not, its the story and theme to a slot that really makes me come back or not.  Maybe the music & the overall style and feel to the game.  The gun fighters dead or alive was perhaps my favorite theme for a slot even if its still just luck and maybe my luck wasnt especially good on it.  Great setup for a game anyhow.
1826  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: April 01, 2023, 04:34:42 AM
Most times I would agree BTC operates within a range.  If we're near the top then expect us to return to the lower end of the range and repeat that till we break the boundaries.    We could be said to be near the top possibly, however its already had enough reason to sell off and not taken it.  Instead we've established a higher level with smaller range or movement near the top.  Seems like price could move to 35k and test the levels there and we could spend the whole of April doing that, it is hard to say where we end the month of course.  Overall BTC seems to remain bullish ongoing since year start thats been a fair call.

Most simple view is where did we most often go sideways, it is 35k more then 30k.  30k would be tail ends of weekly candles, 35k is where the body of many candle terminates.  Its the bulk of the body that counts more then the tail when counting bias or I believe thats correct.   I will have to count 35k as greater gravity for the moment.

1827  Economy / Economics / Re: How Long in Years Should I Wait Before I Close Down an Unprofitable Business on: March 31, 2023, 10:53:23 PM
3 years is enough to use up all your money, that might be the less theoretical point to this balance in any business.  IF you want the full time scale then 6 years is the full amount of time before some business will become profitable hence why so many start ups have alot of debt.   To operate some mines for example can require ten years of investment, there is a strong bias to large business in that way which is fairly inevitable.
1828  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Neymar Loses €1M in Casino in Just an Hour on: March 31, 2023, 09:24:52 PM
Large numbers dont impress me anyway, I dont see why it should though obviously it gets viewers and grabs attention.  Its always going to be about the percentages and gains vs original amount deployed that matters and translates to every size player.   Too logical I guess, the whole world operates on Hype;  I wont blame Neymar for that its just the way its always been.
1829  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is ageing and old people part of bitcoin? on: March 30, 2023, 11:17:51 PM
Incorrect way of thinking of it really.    A person could be 20 and incapable of taking on something for various of reasons, some just wont sit still and think about anything much for more then 10 seconds.   Regardless of gender or age or any other reason a good product will be applicable in some way.  I hope BTC will be universal one day but not to the same depth for everyone.
1830  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expectations for March?! on: March 30, 2023, 08:19:49 PM
Someone in the comments for this data points out, what is the worth of winning a bet against a default scenario if the payout is in Dollar currency possibly massively undermined by the failure scenario.

Not that I think that happens, this month or maybe ever but absolute default as a fear is easily jet fuel for BTC and a reason why a search for alternative assets exists amongst other reasons.   BTC always to do better then I expect but this kind of ongoing failure is part of why I think.
1831  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Skill Based Slot Machines on: March 29, 2023, 11:35:37 PM
How about a slot machine with a pinball element to it, I doubt that exists but it should as that would surely qualify as a skill based game.   I can faintly remember something kinda like that but its an unlikely combo because it would have to be flat and take more floorspace possibly.
1832  Economy / Gambling / Re: Satellite Betting (Low Delay) on: March 29, 2023, 10:26:50 PM
I dont believe you can beat the feed tbh.   This is like the plot to a famous movie The Sting maybe, I suggest you save the money and just enjoy a good film instead.   Its not a bad idea to just watch classic gambling movies for ideas and The Sting had this kind of plot to it of early results but in fact it was just misleading.   Its more fun not getting involved in schemes like this tbh.
1833  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are We Going To See $30,000 Price Before the End of This week on: March 29, 2023, 12:35:28 PM
Good rebound in the last 24hr and its now back above weekly average, appearing quite positive.  However price stays within the same range it had prior, the reason for hesitancy will be the resistance that proved support both in 2022 and 2021.   We have been sideways since Mid March and prior for many weeks at this price, it can easily take that long to beat this ceiling on the way back up.
A recovery above 30k wont be overdue until yearly average is trending higher, thats still some time yet; 200 day is gaining so some might think this is enough for a push higher right now.
1834  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: March 28, 2023, 11:59:04 PM
The odds on the email are often off for some reason, I just take it in good humor tbh.   I'll take note of title when I next notice it, maybe we can ask for the odds to be honored Tongue

So far as the FUN price is concerned, my strat wouldn't be to absolute trade it like many other things people attempt.  I was talking more like dollar cost average type approach, accumulate rather then speculate.   Someone said they might sell some of the returns they get shorter term, that could be smart and more easily done then the core capital deployed.   When it gives 25% over a year or whatever term they are really compensating for not trading it which is fine by me as I dont have time to be looking at charts all the time for this particular asset type.  I can use it, gives a yield and Im on the site already so its not a big deal to convince me especially.
1835  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can we experience $80k this year? on: March 28, 2023, 09:02:33 PM
yes, $80k is still relatively low when compared to ATH 2021

It should be compared to the 2019 peak, a mid term rise rather then a final price.  We wont get a ATH price this year because its too soon and lack momentum, years following is far more likely then now.    the halvening target I saw most recently for pace of gains towards the known block change will bring us to a block reward change in just one year.  So 2023 isnt too far off, it could be soon after but Im not thinking this summer or anything like that.
1836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In 38 Days, Freebitco.in is going to give out $200,000 in BITCOIN!!! on: March 27, 2023, 10:59:33 PM
Great site overall for the whole ecosystem of Bitcoin because of the no risk element to the site with gambling combined with a faucet it really helps encourage the weary to place a bet or just collect small amounts of BTC and be involved.  Though this might seem a small unimportant effect, the newest growth in the ecosystem could be said to be the most important for growth and long term health of BTC.    Many will be told and also personally be apprehensive about BTC for alot of reasons, having the ability to enter the space and find out its not the terrible thing made out really breaks down barriers.
Any site which helps to encourage the smallest of players is vital imo
1837  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Random Number Generator and it's importance in Online Casinos on: March 27, 2023, 10:49:56 PM
Random number when used by lottery in large instances takes a real world data point randomly generated by elemental results rather then attempts to emulate by a computer.  I think there are serious flaws by computers in this task that undermine gambling.
1838  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: March 27, 2023, 10:06:36 PM
It's funny that people seem to put Elon Musk in anything related to technology.

They even claim he is Satoshi Nakamoto  Grin

Highly unlikely sadly as that might be some use considering all the resources and money he has to hand.   He is just taking twitter out of open source into a closed pay to use API and apparently already broken its ongoing usage while doing so.   Hardly matches the idea of Bitcoin on multiple fronts, its practically an insult to insinuate as much.
1839  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambler Loses 1.4 million USD in a bet with lower than 1.01 odds! on: March 27, 2023, 09:34:45 PM
There is no requirement for the operators to rig the game to make money.  In fact any alteration or suspicion like that would reduce profits in a larger sense.  I could only suspect a rigged game if it was done on a small scale, an admin working both against their own company and obviously the player by skimming off profits they are not due in any way.   The big companies will do their best to ensure visibility of factors to increase confidence and degree of playing, if people play the operators will make money by the plain rules of thee game the house will get a nice percentage from bets of 1.4m done regularly.   Its too tempting with these odds to think its 'free money' eventually it really isnt.
1840  Economy / Economics / Re: The impact of Russian and Ukrain war on world economy on: March 27, 2023, 09:12:48 PM
The gas price and restriction in supply has greatly effected fertilizer production which does become a global problem quite easily.   I already thought food production was a bull market this decade and the next but this unforeseen restriction has and will continue to cause problems in many countries.  It also restricts self production and requires countries to import even more foreign food produce, more stress on the dollar and global trade.
Apparently Ukraine was a source of gas of another kind used in chip production.  Some stocks were stored for this event but eventually it will require alternate sources to appear or again the whole world has a constriction on chip supply and design or so I've read.   Again the market was already tight and disrupted in order flow by covid.
