861  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2024 US Presidential Election on: October 14, 2023, 11:38:32 PM
You have that back-to-front

It was Trump who crossed the border, not Kim.

Not the first time that Trump was the immigrant :p he was the son of an immigrant in some quite great irony, his mothers second language was english.  For all the fuss he made over Obama his lineage in terms of generations born in the USA is exactly the same level with only one parent USA born, I thought that was quite funny it was off that nonsense this all started.   Ted Cruz white as he may be he is the most questionable candidate as he is born abroad but was raised as a citizen hence qualifies to run for president under the exact terms required.

The middle eastern problem is they have tribal divisions going back forever, I think almost any country I think of has that potential division in its ranks.  The civil war in Libra is tribal and makes no sense as the nation is so rich if diving its oil production between all people they are all well off.  The current Israel problem is between 2 tribes again with both people originally tracing their origins to that ground.  I believe neighbouring countries should just take on the Arabic areas on their borders within their governance even if only as a territory not union, formalize the protection and potential war between all parties in that location

862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ENRG]Energycoin will be connected with StakeCoin for value creation! on: October 14, 2023, 02:11:46 PM
I was just watching a video I realized it was again Netherlands who are ahead of the game developing an all electric tractor that the makers havent even released yet 300 kilowatt hours of battery power.  Also storing solar power, just a general point some countries remain behind in making the most of technology but I think everywhere it makes sense for efficiency and development.   Now Solar cost of production went from like 70 dollars per kilowatt to 70 cents cost I think its been that dramatic a change.
https://youtu.be/FVxEOETTWnQ?t=357
Anyway just a mainstream video that reminded me of energycoin and that I must setup a machine for the staking.  Im just about to see installed a housing system to power electrics peak hours via car battery production and storage; this was first done 12 years ago in the energy blackout Japan had after its tsunami they made up gaps in the network via car (and other) battery storage.  Taken this long to propagate into becoming normal and its still mostly unknown to many.    The far lower costs to capturing cheaper off peak energy and using it during the events such as the natural gas peak high and just any normal busy city peak hours cost makes all these projects worth doing.  Wind farms often produce alot in dead of night, hydro and tidal power can end up producing off peak also meaning any who can utilize that source and an increasing efficiency of the technology should benefit.

Sand Battery, less efficient then many other batteries perhaps but cheap and highly available Smiley

1300 golden is a giant amount to me.  I'd be optimistic with a tenth of that, 13 is more like my range which requires interstellar type odds to win off but is never impossible I agree.   The biggest holders are the largest users of the site, its fair enough they get a Lambo in their change back from the cashier and its not quite as big a deal for them. Thats why most will take the cash, its just part of the winnings and they'll get a Lambo from a mate local to them if they are already betting in that size no doubt they know someone wanting to sell on a model :p   I know someone who got a F40 during the big recession for 200k and that has to be worth ten times as much now because its Enzo's last model, he does the shopping in it Shocked

As far as the monthly price bet goes I will bet high rather then a break down.  However Im waiting for some trigger, right now its bouncing on prior highs for support having pulled back from the most widely watched measure such as 200 day average but thats a virtual line, ie. its mind games stuff perception not reality as such hence we can certainty rise and I'd like that bet to pay off this month.  Ideally like 30k+  but I may wait for the touchpaper to light
32k is 10x and less then 30k target Im not as interested but we only had like 6 weeks in this year meeting that prerequisite.
864  Economy / Economics / Re: Agriculture vs oil on: October 13, 2023, 11:44:56 PM
Ironic point here not known to all is that agriculture can also provide fuel to rival Oil.  The main drawback is mass production efficiency, oil is a finished product almost.  We have not yet perfected the technology but biodiesel is quite a real thing for some time now, its far easier to extract oil enmass and refine it easily but biodiesel can be about recycling waste.  A country without oil but able to grow alot of oil based plants could make do in a pinch, in the world wars gas was extracted from waste decay which is also something done now.
865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who among you here is gambling at work? on: October 13, 2023, 08:16:06 PM
Gambling on a mobile cant be that rare nowadays so its a given it will happen in work at least sometimes.  I'd say no personally as I find it too distracting however I would certainly read the sports pages and discussions on bet potential.  So its slightly hypocritical of me to say I never bet when actually I'm thinking about betting, placing down a bet on break is about the furthest I think its safest to go without the habit becoming a problem of interference and distraction.   Also its bad voodoo, earn money in work not spend it :p
866  Economy / Speculation / Re: Michael Saylor predicts Bitcoin can go to $5 million? on: October 13, 2023, 06:55:37 PM

. All his talk about bitcoin is just for his personal gain.

I doubt BTC is about to be derailed by the greed of capitalism or people like Saylor.   I'd say his mistake is holding BTC too simply, not using it as capital or deploying it especially unless I missed that point.    Holding any commodity is usually with a cost to that holding, cost of capital the market demands a return.   So his plan has a flaw imo, its a bit dangerous to just say buy more.   People can say this so long as they dont over-allocate but I think he takes too much risk relying on FIAT leverage to support his ideas.   If it was an investment trust I believe they have no obligation to sell assets, merely the price moves to a discount where as ETF or a stock can have demands made upon it to sell when market wants and BTC sells off and calls peoples bluff.
867  Economy / Economics / Re: Fed on brink of fifth(?) round of quantitative easing on: October 12, 2023, 11:50:12 PM
I've lost track of where the FED might be however I think its a given they will always operate an easy money policy.  The present 'high' rate rises are surprising but temporary is my take, purely because the government cannot afford to service its debt at this level.  Calculate the interest payable long term if these rate levels were forever and the interest exceeds the amounts spent on defence and other large items so far as I know.
That will be too much, the far easier road to take is always the rates are lower then inflation and this is how debt is repaid.

we can't possibly let the billionaire banks fail.

Primary dealers are banks who create the demand for the treasury debt sales.  Last thing we can afford is any lack of demand for the national debt or it'd not be the FED who decides the rates but the market; ultimately that is what always happens.

I'll give a source, any time macro economics is mentioned people defer to the genius of government because its seemingly above the station of any person to discuss the immense gravitas of generational effects.   Im no phd but also its not impossible to decipher imo:   https://youtu.be/4hQ1HvwaeTk?t=151
868  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for October on: October 12, 2023, 09:53:58 PM
Seems more likely to test 26k near term and until it does that we should not expect higher.   At present its in a lull between moving averages but I think neither can contain the BTC price action instead 26k seems more likely support test then whats happened the last two days which is the 50 day moving average was the low.   Since thats only an indicator not actual volume by itself I presume we do move past to find a better foot hold for any future move upwards.
869  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Gambling affect your relationship? on: October 12, 2023, 09:15:45 PM
It could do the opposite if you can find a good game to play together like Bridge or something.  I like poker, that could be viable when playing together depends how seriously you want to take it but its only divisive when talking about money imo.
870  Economy / Economics / Re: Agriculture vs oil on: October 11, 2023, 11:59:47 PM
Even more so then production, the supply and retail of the food goods relies on oil for transportation.  So the two commodities are quite heavily related in a modern economy because distribution and marketing are quite vital to the successful best price found for those goods.    Both would be correct but I had only one guess, I would say oil is quite vital and cannot be done without.

China and India lacking oil is a substantial point of note, securing adequate route of supply for the oil influences their entire country.   I think part of why China is so aggressive in the South China sea outside of its recognized borders is to do with tankers supply oil through those potential routes, hence military bases on tiny islands etc.    India is trading with Russia for its oil in the middle of its war of aggression though the currency transfer is limited.

If we're mentioning Agriculture I'd want to mention fertilizer and any technology which can promote crop yield, I believe this becomes more valuable over the next twenty years.   Every country can grow and harvest crops to some extent, quite a few countries lack a good natural supply of oil only through trading.
871  Economy / Speculation / Re: Even Seasoned Analysts Can Get it Wrong on: October 11, 2023, 11:47:18 PM
We're in the region of 23k so I dont see its especially notable that he didnt hit the target precisely.   Anywhere close is ok enough with a volatile asset like BTC imo, the price tends to be elastic and recover some of its prior movements.   A price moving in only one direction is more volatile then the more normal behavior of repeating and range based movements.
We didnt break down to the 23k price point because of very likely support found at 25k.  More of a small wall then a speed bump, we have to really want to go in that direction to keep pushing downwards when we meet support.   In his analysis he should state why that support will be negated to most convincing.
The wider market itself is trying to find some balance in adjustment to rate rises vs economic news which has not been as negative it could have been; just noting this would be enough to be less bearish I think
872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: October 11, 2023, 11:33:59 PM
They are updating regularly and the landscape with the netcode will be changing some.  I believe it makes the results more volatile as the game is uneven meaning teams who should win may be upset by any detail of the new game not yet known by all players.
Im more likely to put down 3 maps instead of just guessing 2 on that basis.  The results arent especially justifying that at present, maybe the shorter game rounds makes a come back less of an occurrence per map;  thats another detail Im not sure sticks exactly depends on the pro players maybe even if Valve perfers it.
Spirit beat Movistar but both we beaten by a unbranded French team with 'Lucky' on there.   I dont know them especially but now I have to watch them, the last player by Lucky I knew played as a sub for CLG back when Tarik was a player years ago.

Monday is Intel Extreme Masters Sydney 2023, a proper test if this game floats or not?
873  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Up Move Incoming on: October 11, 2023, 06:24:20 PM
Interesting formation today is the peak fell from the 200 day average to meet the 50 day average below,  if we remain in that gap bouncing between them I think it remains quite a bullish setup.   A trader I follow said the harder pullback was a better setup for a future rise because it wrings out the sellers before the buying later which is ideal for a larger move upwards, ideally we dont want to repeat BTC prices we want to break that upper ceiling to movements in price.
We've been repeating since August 2 months already, we got these moving averages which are both important but also not real fixed resistance.  If true and they are just shadows moving we should be fair to regain 30k
874  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will reach all-time-high before halving. - BitQuant on: October 10, 2023, 11:59:39 PM
If you take off the glasses and look at the chart in a unfocused way for a minute, the general movement of price this year did one simple thing which is to follow 200 week average.  In this first part of the year we managed to stay above the 200 day but since August now we've been below that measure though today we are close to both.  I dont find that closing above will trigger much higher targets.

BTC has done ok, its some recovery its no negative but there's nothing there to say Bitcoin is poised ready to ride a rocket to the stars.   We are mediocre performance right now, its not truly only sideways so I remain bullish in a calm patient way but nothing justifies this headline prediction.  It is hype and almost certainly way off base, if BTC were to do well like has happened in the past you will have to wait till after halvening.  Its a fairer guess more likely we see later in 2025 will roll around before we are into any hype inducing territory.

When there's any demonstration or suggestion in pricing of demand in waiting, its worth predicting where we then might go if unleashed till then people write stories to get readers & this is the purpose imo.
875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you not gamble on women sports? (tennis not included) on: October 10, 2023, 11:49:28 PM
It doesnt have to determined by gender exactly more likely the population and size of the games.  A larger more mainstream game is far less volatile a result then the smaller type games, regardless of which league it might be.  Some people might go for the more changable outlier type games but the majority of bettors will stick to the mainstream big games.
876  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Lady Cried After Losing to Sports Bet. Gambling is Not Your Mate. on: October 10, 2023, 08:10:00 PM
I think in some cases people should only gamble for tokens, just play the game for a prize like the ticket sales they do in arcades sometimes.  After you win you go up and pick a prize, that might be the better choice then the money management required for big gambling so as to avoid confusion on just adding more money in order to chase the win.
If the money isnt spare and ready to be all used up it shouldn't be gambled, spending the money to enter a game and win a prize big or small makes it clearer the money is spent; less upset.
877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: October 09, 2023, 05:52:43 PM
The proper term to consider would be the Biden administration not the singular man though it might all hinge on him.   I think he does have impairment by age but this isnt shocking news, USA has elected a president who had a terminal medical condition yet they wanted the man to sit as President anyway because his positives were greater then any impairment he was suffering.
I would only judge Biden in the same way, for sure he has more challenges at his age then a man 20 years younger.  This is part of life, you wont always be 20 and with perfect health but also its true plenty of 20 year olds act like idiots waste their talent and good health and have awful judgements, arent reliable, etc.  People are obviously not (re)electing Biden because he is perfect just in preference to others and their decision process etc.
On next election I dont think Biden loses from this health factor, many voters are also old and accept the conditions of his office.  If he fails in some way like poor management then that'll count more.   Imo so far I will guess Biden remains favorite to retain office.

If we're being honest Biden's own Democratic party wanted Hilary to run and win this office not him, I bet they were thinking of age.   Biden only got vice president as an immediate counter to Obama who barely had any experience in top office, Biden was quite vital but to the Democratic party this his was use and it was gone after Obama left.
To treat Biden as one and done kind of used up was a kind of betrayal imo to not let the man run, in the end Biden was correct and Hilary was not popular enough; it was a bad step by the party to back these doubts as the most important consideration by which to exclude Biden.  I think in a parallel universe of Biden not Hilary in 2016, Biden wins that.

I have other accounts with gambling, casino and all that with also a faucet, I wouldnt state this is a unique situation exactly.  However FBC is one of the most established long term and as far as I can remember the only site where its not so defined by loyalty faucet but purely just turn up every hour and you can collect something.
In addition there is a loyalty bonus element but probably its the backbone of every hour no matter what a free roll is given thats been a long term thing.  Thats more of a true faucet setup then most, we did used to have alot more faucets on an hourly basis like this but most of them did not last long term.
I think last year it was I found another faucet site and it was advertised and discussed on this forum however he needed to add in so many adverts and capchta checks it was a terrible hassle for the little bit given.   I did use it for a while but obviously in the end I barely have any chance to ever utilise the faucet amounts and it'll sit on the site forever even if it did last long term its mired in hassle and forms to fill to check you arent a bot.  The most trouble I get on this site is a quick fashion week dress length appraisal or something funny, I think it was find the stairs recently.   Almost entertainment picture variety tbh Cheesy
879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some Popular Themes for Online Slot on: October 09, 2023, 06:29:42 AM
I actually own a set of Wild west playing cards, with each card comes the stats of their  'career' to the Gunfighter and then the story of their life on the back and so on.  Great set of cards and worth collecting imo, anyhow one of the best slots would be set around a similar theme as that with the wild gunfighters etc.   Thats my fav type, the Egypt theme is great and maybe ancient Greek also is very cool designs usually.
880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I can’t cope on my own. What do you think I should do? on: October 09, 2023, 02:22:28 AM
Try to formulate your own bets and stop making it all about money.   Play to get a good record of betting on games, often doing well with sports betting is knowing when to balance or cash out early on a game with excess risk.  Some games you bet early, some I would only bet live during the game because of uncertainties.  Basically you need to build up your own experience & alot of it I would equate to emotional management of win vs loss with sound judgement it is a skill imo, so I dont see the tips service is more then a crutch.
I have used a group like this myself but only for one month and mostly because I knew the person running it and wanted to support them either way.   My experience was ok, in fact to fully use this group I would need to have the phone sitting in front of me 8 hours a day to jump up and immediately place before the odds changed.  I got sent so many messages it filled up the memory, my phone was sorely lacking as was my own level of commitment to be involved all day.  Super intense and its work basically, alot of people its not suitable for, even the good groups.
