What I use to convert altcoin to btc is poloniex. Poloniex is the biggest exchange we have available. After converting, I withdraw to coins.ph, the last time I made a withdrawal from poloniex, tx fee is only 10k sats. Don't know if it has changed.

Is there a way to recover my account without knowing the email? My 2FA is still enabled and working but I forgot my password. And I can't really remember setting my mail address in the account. Went to change client seed. So I hit edit>pasted my preferred seed>save Got error notification, An error occured.
If this is a known issue, I am very sorry for my stupidity.

Hi, client seed needs to be < 25 charaters and can only be alphanumeric. Also can't be blank. Might that be the problem? That profit is correct. It should be 98.049, you can test on on JD, BD etc too. The calculation is for profit, not amount returned so: (bet amount * payout) - bet amount. Profit is minus your stake. Thanks I placed my btcadd as a seed, it is longer than 25 characters. But I have used this as seed on other sites too did not have a problem. BTW I was able to save the seed with only 25 characters. Yes, I realize my mistake about the calculation. although correct me with this one, the max profit is 100 right? It seems deposits aren't working, and as you offer no faucet or play money, there's no way to give any opinion of this site other than it doesn't work.
As of now, my deposit has 3 confirmations and the deposit page claims that 1 confirmation is needed before a deposit is applied to one's balance. My balance remains at 0.
Additionally, your login page suggests 2FA is available, but no option to enable 2FA exists in the settings page. That said, there are two links to the settings page very near each other, this is unnecessary and feels awkward to the user.
Your withdrawal page sends an email to the user to enable the ability to withdraw. It is more familiar to the user if you instead send a confirmation email after the user has requested a withdrawal. What you're doing isn't wrong, it's just weird.
The fact that you collect and require a user's email feels unnecessary and off-putting if this particular community is your target audience. Unless you intend to comply with AML/KYC regulations, I have to assume that you intend to collect email addresses either for marketing or this site is acting as a honeypot for bitcoin gamblers (you collect pt passwords rather than hashes, its better to hash the password client side and send that).
Finally, the default bet is 0.1. That's probably higher than most people who want to play on some random dice site will even have. That seems set up to cause an erroneous bet and drain a user's balance.
I would typically report problems like this in private, but as of now I believe this site is likely a scam.
