You are right that the person has no account to sell. It is just to scam people by the name of account sells. It is known to everybody that the price of the seller can be earned within a month by the signature campaign. If that person had any account to sell then s/he could offer a higher amount or work on a signature campaign or take a loan and default the loan. Legendary accounts can get a higher amount than the offered price.

As you have already got the transaction ID it can't be a scam. If you have little knowledge about crypto then you should no that once it is published on the blockchain the fund is on you if the sender doesn't cancel the transaction. And if it happens then the transaction will be failed. For now, you should wait for the confirmation though I have not checked the transaction which might be confirmed already. I think better if you lock the thread.
