1861  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can you combat market gloom? on: August 11, 2021, 04:40:39 PM
I remember when I was chatting with my friends about crypto and including to TA, and I was reminded of one thing by my friend who said
"Experienced traders will generally always survive from bearish to bearish, and generally can take advantage of bearish momentum to gain large amounts of profit. As for season traders, their career as a trader is born in bullish times and will die when bears come"
interestingly, after I saw and compared and measured skillfully in analyzing between experienced traders and seasonal/beginner traders I could not distinguish a significant difference between the two and almost the same in analyzing.
then what is the difference? it turned out that after I looked further it turned out that there was a real difference, namely in the skill to wait.
Because to be able to profit tens or even hundreds of percent in the coins we buy, all we need is to wait from a bearish trend to a bullish trend.
Everything needs to wait, in trading the time we spend waiting I think is far more than the time we spend buying, selling or analyzing.
but ironically most traders are not aware of this and think this is trivial even though if observed this will make significant changes
1862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anything like excess gambling on: August 11, 2021, 04:21:06 PM
if we think in the real direction it is probably a reflection of yourself because everything that is done by each person tends to be different, as well as in gambling everyone has a different perspective depending on the person himself.
because if we look at people who gamble it can actually be said to be in 2 categories.
the first is people who gamble who only fill their spare time and in this category they gamble in their spare time which can only fill boredom due to work or others and they are not affected by addiction or anything else.
and the second is gambling for profit and here are usually those who are already at a different level or can be said to be pro in gambling and they have calculated and planned well in terms of capital and plans to place bets where and the profit target to be obtained.
and in the case you made in your thread i think it is amateurs who don't pay attention to it and i think it is stupidity that should be changed for gambling using lust and greed
1863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Can We Expect Gambling on Axie Infinity? on: August 11, 2021, 03:46:31 PM
I don't think so because as far as I know axie infinity Axie Infinity is a Pokémon-inspired blockchain-based digital pet world where players can earn tokens through games. Players can battle, collect, breed and build an empire for their pets.
and here if you look at what has been so far there have been no bets, they just play using the NFT they have and are assigned to win in order to get a reward.
I don't think this can be said in the gambling category even though from the start they made a deposit but it's not a bet
1864  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: August 10, 2021, 07:41:38 PM
I'm concerned that Messi's move from Barcelona will affect La Liga in no small way. Messi brings a lot of value to La Liga. Imagine Barcelona without a Messi? On the other hand, I strongly believe that Barca just wants to groom youngsters,  Frenkie de Jong or Pedri instead of having to renew his contract. Well I hope Messi is able to do in PSG and  the french league what he has done in Barca (as he is such a transformational player, I who  drove  the club's prestige way further in his 20years stay) and the Spanish league.
I think your worries will come true now.
regardless of bad or not, but the impact of messi leaving for PSG now will at least affect the market price and commercial value of Barcelona and La Liga itself.
because at this time I believe there must be some people who have started to change direction from the original supporters from Barcelona, now they will move to support PSG because of the effect of Messi joining. And this is not without evidence, you can see the official PSG Instagram social media account, which originally only had 28 million followers, has now drastically increased to 40 million when I last checked.
and it will indirectly hurt La Liga and Barcelona and I glimpsed an article that said Barcelona must prepare at least they lost 11% of all their commercial income after Messi left Barca.
1865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins on: August 10, 2021, 07:19:26 PM
I don't really understand what you mean about gem coins, but let's be clear maybe what you mean is an altcoin that does have good prospects in terms of fundamentals and volatility, maybe that's because I can only conclude that way.
and talking about altcoins which do have very good prospects for the future I think you can see it on coinmarketcap. because a little more you will feel helped there because there is a ranking and you can find sources and do research there.
but if you want others to suggest altcoin issues to you I think you should consider bnb, eth and cardano should at least be on your coin list.
not without reason because I think these three coins in the future will be able to benefit you BNB by burning the coin. ETH with the innovation of ETH 2.0 and its Hardfork and Cardano which now many people are starting to talk about.
I think this coin would be great if it was on your list
1866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The reason Paris Saint Germain Fan Token (PSG) on: August 10, 2021, 07:02:41 PM

Till now all are just nothing but Rumor. If Messi really comes to French club Paris Saint Germain and sign an agreement with them then there is a possibility PSG token will increase more, but what happens if Messi accepts the proposal that club Barcelona sent last night?
it seems that now it is not a rumor anymore because it has happened and now messi is in paris france and quoted from fabrizio romano's upload on his instagram account which said that PSG had announced that messi had become a player from PSG with a contract agreement until June 2023 and an option for an extension until 2024. and this indicates that the rumors have come true.
and for the PSG token and those who hold this token, of course they will benefit from this messi transfer because more or less there are definitely many people who are starting to be interested in him even though if you look at it now I think it's too late to buy because it's too high
1867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what you worst experience on crypto on: August 09, 2021, 05:55:06 PM
Back in 2017, there were a lot of scams, and the ICO craze became the biggest ponzi fraud since tulip fever. It's no different this year, with a slew of moon and dog coins launching that claim to make you money if you work together. I believe that most individuals never learn about crypto and think of it as a way to make quick money, instead relying on their luck, which I believe is completely incorrect and a fault in crypto investing.
I think those who are still here are people who are basically new to crypto and are just beginners who join the hype. not everyone who is here especially old people still see coins like that because indeed they have learned from mistakes a few years ago.
I myself am a fairly new person here and am still learning about everything in detail about something, but I know about 2017 where at that time almost 80% of iCOs were scams and this is certainly very detrimental and I always see from all parties about coins like this because this is just a coin that still prioritizes pump and dump which for me personally I will not enter into coins like this because I believe I will not benefit there
1868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Effects of Greed in Gambling on: August 09, 2021, 05:43:01 PM
for now, gambling is indeed one of the reasons for some people to seek pleasure and profit from it.
but this is not too much and do not be greedy with you gambling because this will not be profitable for you but on the contrary will trouble yourself and make you lose.
do it naturally and don't get carried away by lust when you are in this realm, but what you get now is often different, both in defeat and victory, sometimes people at that level become forgetful and don't care about anything. when he wins, he will continue to gamble again and again in the hope of increasing profits so that even more and when he is in a loss phase no matter what is at stake in the hope of returning the losses he received.
but this is wrong because something that starts with greed and lust alone will bring you in trouble and loss
1869  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do poker and sports betting skills correlate? on: August 09, 2021, 05:21:56 PM
I think there is no clear correlation between the two, both in poker and sports betting, both have different characteristics from each other and this cannot be equated because there is no correlation.
but perhaps what the two betting options relate to is that they are easily accessible online with many of the top sports betting and poker sites. The convenience of online betting allows sports bettors and poker players to play using a smartphone or computer whenever they want without having to pay extra to a local casino or sportsbook.
only that, nothing more

1871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what you worst experience on crypto on: August 07, 2021, 05:00:34 PM
I bought 4 eth for $1,000, then sold it for about $1,800, and then it went up to about $5,000.
I don't think this is the worst thing because you still make a profit from your purchase and it's not that for a small amount $800 is a pretty hefty amount.
and this happens because you are too hasty in selling your assets so that you experience it.
but on the other hand it is an advantage that you should be grateful for and an experience so you don't rush into doing anything and I think you should be grateful for it not consider it a loss
1872  Economy / Economics / Re: The Role of Government in Crypto on: August 07, 2021, 04:47:40 PM
Regardless of what sort of government regulations get imposed, they are not going to affect the autonomy of any decentralised crypto.

Fact of the matter is that crypto's decentralised nature is really backed up by hard code, and there is no one that can change that. Even if economies that have huge crypto holdings and control most of the hashpower decide to ban bitcoin (e.g., China), they are not going to affect how this is run.

The government has no business, nor ability, to run any decentralised blockchain unless they control all the hashpower (impossible). So that's that.
the point is that the government can't do anything when we use blockchain in the sense that the government can't touch or create a monopoly here because we are still using blockchain with a decentralized system.
but what the government can do is make regulations for this so they can at least control it even if only a little.
but this is the only option that the government can run considering that the decentralized system cannot be touched by anyone what they can do is with regulations that can benefit them such as in taxes etc.
1873  Economy / Economics / Re: Ukraine is the "island of crypto freedom" in Europe, what to expect ? on: August 07, 2021, 04:34:26 PM
first i want to say first that ukraine is a country and not an archipelago Smiley
but i agree with the title of your thread which says that ukraine is not an island country which is identified with crypto freedom. because it's not without reason because ukraine is always open with crypto especially with blockchain and even i've read that there are officials who have btc assets of 46,351 BTC, worth more than 75 billion hryvnia (ukraine currency) and this is proof that the government there is always open with regard to crypto, although until now Ukraine still has no plans to make regulations for cryptocurrency mining because it is considered to have a big risk for the country, but until now, Ukraine is still one of the good countries for cryptocurrencies.
1874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: investment and loss anticipation on: August 06, 2021, 09:50:57 AM
the first step we must take is a strong determination, ready to take the risk when losing, and also knowledge about crypto, if we want to invest we at least have knowledge about trading, at least understand some trading analysis to avoid the risk of failure
it's not a matter of losing or winning because we have to be able to distinguish between investing and trading because they are almost the same but it's not.
because if they really become investors they are not too interested in the price whether it is going down or up, they are only interested in the future prospects of whether the coins (for crypto) they invest will be successful or not.
because they aim for a longer timeframe in contrast to trades that take a relatively short timeframe.
and here investors usually look for coins that have good volatility such as bitcoin or for example eth in altcoins.
they don't really care about the short rise and fall because they care more about the span of a few years whether it will be profitable or not
1875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a safe haven? on: August 06, 2021, 09:38:40 AM
i have read some of the same threads asking if this bitcoin is safe or not? and most answered almost the same mentioning nothing is safe.
and it's true that there is no safe word here because we know that bitcoin is an alternative that can be used by many people and I emphasize that here it is alternative and volatile so it will be very difficult to guess where it will go.
from here we understand that it will not be completely safe when you hold this coin there must be consequences that we must accept such as from an increase or decrease in price.
1876  Economy / Economics / Re: Is money the root of all evil as the poor to thinks? on: August 06, 2021, 09:25:52 AM
money is powerful in all things , but if it is said to be the root of evil , I do not think so . because money is only an intermediary of the thoughts of people who have the nature of envy. and don't want to be rivaled, so the root of the crime is the man himself, opens money
yes it is true because basically it is as a means of transaction in life, only that nothing more.
What makes money very important in life is of course human intervention and consciously or unconsciously, humans as facilitators make money depend on their desires and one of them is money as a crime itself.
but of course not everyone who does this is only the thought of bad people who do it because of course everyone is certainly not all good and not all bad
1877  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Low, Sell High on: August 04, 2021, 04:08:12 PM
People who buy from the dip always win sooner or later. Bitcoin price skyrockets after entering a bull market and then there we have a huge profit. As long as Bitcoin doesn't die, this will always happen. People who buy like this will always make much more profit compared to the other type of investors. This is my way of thinking about this topic.
it's true that things like this will certainly get huge profits but here observations and experiences that have an important influence because with careful observation and research and seeing from previous experience of course this will not be difficult because they can estimate at what price they will buy and at what price how much you will sell and this is very important and very difficult to do because they need to at least research the market whether it will be bearish or not.
other than that they have to wait and take advantage of the existing momentum if this is to be done because basically this kind of decline doesn't happen every week or every month
1878  Economy / Economics / Re: Is money the root of all evil as the poor to thinks? on: August 04, 2021, 03:56:40 PM
It just depends on everyone who uses it. when people treat money as a tool for evil yes it will be like that but when people hurt it as commonplace as is often the case, i think money is evil.
what makes money evil is that some people use the money for crime and fraud.
even if we are rich or poor it is not a benchmark and you cannot judge that every poor person considers money as the root of evil.
if you think that all poor people imagine this you are certainly too naive because basically there is no difference between poor people or rich people what distinguishes them is the mindset and without us realizing the thread you mention is like creating a dividing wall between the poor and the rich which makes all poor people so bad in their image
1879  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin mining isn’t a waste of energy? on: August 03, 2021, 05:15:09 PM
the fact is it is true that bitcoin has a very large impact, one of which is mining which consumes a very large electricity consumption, but if you think about it it is very worth the results received.
because with the current bitcoin price, I don't think it's a significant problem in mining that consumes a lot of electricity.
the problem is the calculation and the amount of electricity supply that is available today because the longer the electricity used automatically gets bigger and it's more or less a problem in the electricity ecosystem in the future it will be hampered and will speed up the electricity running out.
although on the other hand bitcoin will experience profits in the long run but the power supply will be threatened. and that is a consequence that must be accepted
1880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can altcoins be divided into mainstream, non-mainstream, and junk coins? on: August 02, 2021, 02:24:50 PM
at least if you want to classify altcoins into several, as you said you should start by determining what classification and standards you make in classifying these altcoins because I quoted you saying that all altcoins have different functions, different founding teams, and have the support of trust which of course is different. therefore what standardization is used to view and assess the classification.
and if you look at the case you said in the thread you made I think this is about personal judgment and in essence it is shown from the research you made because here there is no recommendation or prohibition to buy certain coins if you want then buy if you don't want then no, but at your own risk.
