I don't quite agree with you. We explain to children many things they should stay away from, even if they don't understand their dangers because of their age. For example, after parents tell a child about the dangers of electric current, he stays away from the electrical outlet. So if you do not want your child to gamble, you can educate him in this way. The child's behavior and passions depend more on his parents.
But at least providing more knowledge about gambling and the effects of gambling is definitely better than teaching children to gamble as directed by @Rufsilf in my previous quote.
Giving knowledge about what gambling is and what the worst effects are and how to avoid it or do it doesn't seem too much of a problem because indeed when the child grows up they also know how important such things are so they can distinguish what is good for him and what is not.
As for keeping them away from gambling, it is clear that this is very unlikely because when they grow up, especially when they are in a transition phase and always want to try something new, they will sooner or later find out, so that instead of them knowing for themselves and trying it firsthand, why don't we tell them? course from the start. As for the decision of the child to want to gamble or not when he grows up, it is his choice because we cannot also restrain children from doing something when they are adults.
1022  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minor Protection From Gambling on: June 29, 2022, 07:21:51 AM
On the other hand, as parents, we could be a perfect example to our kids. As to happen that kids are also encouraged to try gambling for this is what they saw from their parents, some had also been taught by them. But of course, the constant guidance of the parents helps to prevent this unwanted thing to happen, the earlier we stop them from having an interest in gambling and educate them is way better not to get into the point of addiction because it is really hard to stop.
Actually, in this case I slightly disagree with you because even though children cannot be separated from gambling because when they get older they will definitely know it but teaching gambling is of course not a good thing because it is compared to teaching. providing knowledge and an overview of gambling is much better because it is clearly taught that this will also lead children in a more negative direction

Brazilian player, Raphael Dias Belloli or Raphinha has made a deal to become a Chelsea player for £60/65m total fee.
We got this information from Fabrizio Romano. We are very happy that Raphinha chose us over Arsenal.
Finally they started to move and do some hunting after a while just being passive and continuing to let players out for free.
This is something quite good for Chelsea who did manage to sign Rapinha and there is a lot of heartbreak about Rapinha it seems for now Cheesy
He was still pretty good last season with Leeds and indeed for now Chelsea do need a striker who is quite capable.
1024  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 29, 2022, 06:21:56 AM
If you look at some of the news now it looks like it's almost at the end considering if we look at the news that Fabrizio Romano delivered a few hours ago it seems that €65m plus add-ons now is the most likely option to bring the Dutchman to Old Trafford next season.
This is a pretty good thing, apart from for MU, it's also good enough for Barcelona.

It was quite a long and tiring process to buy Frenkie de Jong, because Barcelona wanted to sell De Jong at a high price. Meanwhile, Man United
knew Barcelona needed money, they wanted to buy Frenkie de Jong at a lower price than the price set by Barcelona. Therefore several times
the offer given by Man United was rejected by Barcelona, finally now the negotiation process is in the final stages, and reportedly the two teams
have met a price agreement. This means that Frenkie de Jong will soon join Man United. If that happens great for both teams, Barcelona got
the money they needed, and Man United finally managed to bring in new players to strengthen their squad for next season. But Man United still
have to buy a few more players if they want to compete to win the Premier League trophy next season. Moreover, Man United has lost several of
its players due to the expiration of the contract, therefore Man United must buy at least 3 new players.
But actually this is a win-win solution for Barcelona because even with this there is still a big enough risk on the financial side, but this can be used as a tool to smooth out them bringing Lewandowski.
As for Manchester United now it looks like they will focus more on finding a midfielder but I still hope they also see their defense line, which is still a lot of gaps
1025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 28, 2022, 10:27:10 PM
Manchester united have not been active so far because no new signings have been announced yet but a lot of times we have heard and read news of potential deals to be done and bids made for several players. The new manager wants to replace a number of the first team players and have some name like De jong, Timber, Anthony, Martinez etc on the list and I believe they are working on these deals even though they have not come close yet but sooner or later some deals will be announced.
Manchester United have so many potential players on their rader but yet to sign any. Their top target in the transfer window is Frankie De Jong who's yet to agree verbal agreements with United. Barcelona are demanded for a whooping sum of €65m and €20m add-ons. Frankie is worthy of the price tag which the catalans place on him but United are still in discussion with Frankie's agent inother to get deals done and completed. This contract have taken up to a week and have is still pending as the Dutchman is still waiting for United final offer and conditions.

I am at a loss here and I think a lot of people are as well. Cristiano Ronaldo is clearly not happy in Manchester United and even though he is a really good player I don’t think a lot of teams are very interested in him. Even though Cristiano Ronaldo is a player of high caliber at this moment it feels like he’s not going to be good in any top tier team composition. This is a really weird situation to be in especially when he does not have too much time left in his career. I have always been thinking that he should not stay in Manchester United but right now it does feel like if he is able to play well in Manchester United and Manchester United also produce some good results, in the next season (the season after this) it will be really great to see him play in the champions league.

Regards

Duke
What do you say? Is Ronaldo not good for now? this is a joke dude. Saying he is not good now and is not wanted by any club is clearly something that is the opposite because putting aside the productivity or performance issues that made him big now.
Rumors about Ronaldo's displeasure at Manchester United have now become the subject of conversation and are now widely associated with big teams. Imagine if he made a statement like Lewandowski, for example, who didn't want to play again at Bayern. I don't think even a club that has the money and capacity will be involved in thle hunt for his signature.
1027  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: June 28, 2022, 09:12:47 PM
Well, if so, then Ronaldo is just a spoiled player who continues to be given assists to score goals by his teammates. Therefore, I've never been too fanatical about idolizing a player because basically, football is about eleven players and not just one. If they only rely on one person, then in my view the great is the other players because they can control their ego, that is a difficult control when in a match.
Regardless of whether it's spoiled or not the fact is that he always gets it and when he doesn't get something like this he will get used to it and make it complicated.
But apart from that, he also has a pretty good figure for a player because he can lead to positive things even though there are some that cause controversy but I think his advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.
1028  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: June 27, 2022, 01:55:58 PM
For more than ten years, Ballon d'Or has been dominated by Messi and Ronaldo. We saw Modric winning the prize four years ago which was the only time a different player winning it in this time period. However considering the previous season, I think the most deserving players are Lewandowski and Benzema. I'm a little indecisive between them but I assume that I will vote for Benzema in this.  Grin  Because it was a great season he had with Real Madrid. They became even the champions in the Champions League too and Benzema played a huge role in this as well.
It's true that this dominance has lasted since 2008 and only Ronaldo and Messi have always been the decorations for the Ballon d'Or winner, except in 2018 when Modric managed to transform into a player who could stop domination even if it was only for 1 season.
It would be very nice if there were other names there, but most likely it will be like that especially now that Messi and Ronaldo are actually under in terms of performance, although they are still giving good performances, they are still below Benzema or Lewandowski.
1029  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: June 26, 2022, 11:44:10 PM

Perhaps Robert is not a player who adapts very quickly. But I'm sure it won't take him very long, the first two games, or even one will be uncomfortable for him, but I think before the season in training he can already feel at ease, so I'm not worried about his game. He is a very talented player despite his age, it will be a very good acquisition for Barcelona
It shouldn't take long especially with Lewandowski. Btw but before going to the adaptation issue they now need to increase the price in their proposal to attract attention from Bayern's side because indeed the transfer issue is still uncertain right now why bother about adaptation issues not necessarily he will be in Barcelona too if they don't raise the price for the clause Lewandowski.
1030  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 26, 2022, 10:57:56 PM
AC Milan had a good season and were rewarded as Seria A winners last season for the performance. It now looks unlikely for them  winning it for the second time in a role as other rivals are active in the market this summer strengthening their sides for the next season. Inter Milan are close to bringing back Lukaku who was indeed a threat to other sides before leaving for chelsea, if they are able to get the deal through they attack will have more fire power also Juventus are bringing in reinforcements too so it will be a tough one for AC Milan next season.
This season even though they got the Scudeto there but this also couldn't save them from the financial crisis.
Their lack of good management makes this difficult for them so it's quite natural that they can't be active in looking for players in the season to prepare for next season.
It looks like this will happen once and will get another trophyless season for them next season if the crisis is not rectified properly.
1031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 26, 2022, 09:07:04 PM
It looks like for now City and Leeds United are in the final stages for Calvin Phillips and it looks like it will only be a matter of days before an agreement is reached on this player.
On the other hand, the big teams in the EPL now seem to be passive in the transfer market, only Chelsea.
Almost all the teams in the top positions have made some transfers and what Chelsea are doing at the moment is just selling their players off and letting them go.
1032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 25, 2022, 09:38:59 PM
Seriously, Origi is definitely not a "legend" in Liverpool at all, he was not even like used as a starter most of the time, he was only there for replacing players that needed resting, and even during a brief period when he was really good, that wasn't really a legend deal at all. In the end, there is just one name I can think of that became a real legend and will stay a legend unless something marginal happens and that is Salah.

Even after Mane left, Salah is still there and if he stays there for a few more years, then he will become a club legend for sure. It's going to be probably a hard thing to become a club legend if you are a player of Klopp, because he likes to get players for rotation and change the line up constantly.
His status at Liverpool is only a rotational player and it's not really appropriate to say that he is a legend Cheesy But maybe now he will be one of the pillars at Milan, because Milan is currently in crisis for the striker position especially Zlatan is injured.
Btw for Mane I will probably include him in one of the legends list there. The latest news is currently a lot of information that says that Salah will follow Mane's footsteps to leave Liverpool.

They again raised the fee for this player but if you open the link you provided there it is clear that Oliver kahn as Bayern chief executive still insists on saying Lewa is not for sale. Seeing this, I doubt Bayern will accept the price and will still be at the same price tag as before at 45 million to 50 million.
But indeed in this case I like Barcelona's efforts to continue to insist on bringing Lewandowski from Bayern but indeed even if the price is raised but I still don't feel it will be easy unless they pay the full clause.

Barcelona just needs to take a decisive decision to take Lewandowski at all their financial risk. If in the future it can be much better because of the encouragement that Lewandowski can give to the club. rather than not having new additions at all next season, Barcelona will only have difficulty competing. The Bayern manager is clearly not going to sell for a low price for a Lewandowski, or when an offer can't be agreed, it could be another club offering a reasonable price tag.
The Bayern side did not even intend to sell him at all because even though there was a price there, they continued to refuse with all the proposals submitted on the pretext that they would only sell Lewandowski with the full clause.
This clearly becomes difficult for Barcelona which does have a fairly low financial strength.
But I agree with what you said, if Barcelona want to make Lewandowski at the Camp Nou then they have to be firm and be prepared to accept all the consequences.
1034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 25, 2022, 08:49:15 PM
Agree, it is not too far from the expected price but €10m isn't a little money, bro. I assume €10m is very meaningful for Barcelona, especially with their current financial situation. Because of this, I doubt if Barcelona wants to deal with the current offer made by Man United (€65m). Well, maybe if Man United makes an offer €70m, Barcelona wants to let Frenkie move to Man United.
Yes, if you look at the current condition of Barcelona, it is really not wrong because Barcelona is in need of a lot of money, so whatever the difference is, it will obviously mean a lot to Barcelona who are in need of money. And on Man United's side, they are also saving a bit of money in terms of buying new players because Man United need some great new players for next season and not just one player.
This will make the transfer take longer because both parties do not want to give in for their own reasons.
Currently Barcelona are still in quite a crisis condition so it is quite natural for them to continue to hold this De Jong price but if it is near the end of the transfer closing I think they will loosen up to let De Jong go. Because indeed they also need quite a lot of money now considering their condition is not possible.
1035  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 24, 2022, 05:32:42 PM
yes it seems so, I'm also not sure they will be able to defend the Scudetto next season. So far, they haven't been hunting for quality new players to improve their squad for next season, unlike other Serie A teams, which are very aggressive in bringing in quality new players.
Even if they wanted to buy players they couldn't and had to tighten their belts and start saving money.
They are in a crisis that puts them in danger now because of the reckless management of finances that have made Milan difficult now which makes them inevitably bury their hopes of being able to get big players.
I agree with you when this cannot be overcome then it is very likely that the Skudeto will disappear next season.

https://www.transfermarkt.com/barcelona-submit-bid-for-lewandowski-ronaldo-lined-up-to-replace-him-at-bayern-munich-/view/news/406635

There is fresh news about the possible Lewandowski transfer to Barcelona. It is said in the source that Barcelona have made their official offer for him and it is worth 40 million euros. The transfer fee is 35 million euros and there is a bonus worth 5 million euros too. I think that it is a quite favourable offer for Bayern Munich now. But they still seem decisive about not selling him until his contract expires next summer. This is making things really difficult for Lewandowski as he wants to leave now. If they block his way then this might reflect on his performance badly too.
They again raised the fee for this player but if you open the link you provided there it is clear that Oliver kahn as Bayern chief executive still insists on saying Lewa is not for sale. Seeing this, I doubt Bayern will accept the price and will still be at the same price tag as before at 45 million to 50 million.

1037  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 24, 2022, 03:31:30 PM
Yes it's true what you say, this is the Premier League anything can happen here. Things that are considered impossible often become possible here. But the first thing we see in terms of who has the upper hand is the squad as a whole, the coaching staff, the players and so on. Manchester City have it all that can take them to the pinnacle of glory.
But in this case we also cannot rule out other teams. Even though Manchester City are so strong overall but at the moment they still have a strong contender and Liverpool are performing for that which makes them a contender in the table position.
I think it will be very good to see how they move in the next season. This season they fought until the very end which shows how strong and how determined these two clubs are. now they have advantages and disadvantages like Liverpool lost Mane and most likely City also lost Gabriel but there are Haaland and Nunez being the replacements now.
1038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 24, 2022, 08:29:08 AM
I agree that champions league is a huge factor is determining his next destination but we have to also consider the reason why he is leaving and that reason happens to be for more playing time. With Haaland joining Manchester city it is almost certain that he will be playing from the bench and going to Tottenham also won't solve the issue of playing time cause Harry Kane will be ahead of him in the pecking order, in conclusion Arsenal is the best option now for playing time with Aubameyang and Lacazett already out he is sure of getting game time he wants with Arsenal.
Now it seems that City and Arsenal have reached a decision regarding the transfer of Gabriel and it is very likely that Gabriel will play for Arsenal next season.
Even though it is only a verbal decision and there is still no further confirmation but there are some rumors saying that the transfer of Gabriel will be completed in the next 7-10 days.

Yes, in fact there are no transfer agreements yet, but so many rumours don't just happen, most likely he will move to another club, just a matter of time(although if you remember Mbappe's story). I think Arsenal need to acquire someone else to prepare more thoroughly for the season, one player is not enough, as strange as that may sound
Although indeed anything can still happen there but if you see now Arsenal's Intense Approach it seems they are one step ahead of other clubs now.
As for the other players and their readiness, it is true that they have agreed on Vieira and now the front line is clearly Gabriel being one of the things that must be considered, especially since there are only a few steps left now so it would be a shame if this hunt was released.
1039  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 24, 2022, 08:07:05 AM
Nick Pope have sealed a move to Newcastle this summer for £10m. The 30year old would have feature in the Premier League for a long time and knows everything concerning keeping in EPL. He's one better goal-keeper Burnley has before selling him to Newcastle. The team on the other hand have landed another new signing and are focusing on bringing more players. Nick Pope will surely make his dispute for Newcastle in the coming season.
Even though he is already 30 years old, Pope is a pretty good goalkeeper last season, even though Burnley was relegated, but he is one of the goalkeepers who saves quite a lot and indeed the number of goals conceded is quite small for a relegated club. .
He will be a competitor for Dubravka now and I still feel that he will be in a prime position at this time.
1040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: June 23, 2022, 10:45:18 PM
I still favor Brazil for the trophy. but when it comes to dark horses, Senegal and Serbia will make it difficult for the seeded nations. Senegal will be in the opener against a strong Dutch team. we'll see how it plays out.
Brazil is a pretty solid team in terms of performance in their qualification to become the leader of the Zona Commebol qualifying standings, and have a good record and even won their last 17 matches they played so it's quite clear they have a big chance to be strong candidates for this world Cup.
As for Senegal, this is also quite interesting because they came apart from being underdogs, they are also AFCON champions, whose strength is beyond doubt.
