1861  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling awareness for adolescents on: September 13, 2021, 09:21:51 PM
Early sensitisation in the form of awareness can very effective in curbing the increasing number of compulsive gamblers and people with other vices in the society.

Curiosity has driven many people into many things they didn't know that will later be a problem to them especially at an early age. The importance of talking about these things like gambling to adolescent is very important, not just to expose them to it, but to create an atmosphere where they are free and comfortable to verify from you what they hear from their peers and others around.
This is way better to educate them as early as possible and let them understand the possible risk of gambling than to know this activity alone in online site which put then on a bigger risk. The generation that we have right now is very different, they can access online anywhere they want and without the proper knowledge, they might ended up into addiction very badly. UK seems more concern about gambling activities, spreading such information at the early age is fine as long as the purpose is to educate them and not to force them to gamble.
1862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people still using DeFi on Eth? on: September 13, 2021, 08:59:09 PM
What do you think about DeFi on ethereum at the end of 2021? It doesn't seem to you that this is an absolutely bottomless pit living your money on transactions (unless you are a millionaire, of course)
Heard about DeFi on Solana or Near? When will such blockchains completely replace the losing Ethereum Network?
ETH network is still one of the best that we have right now and it can’t easily be replaced by any network, there’s still a lot of good project under ETH network and we should know that. Many project still prefer ETH network for some reason, and even if there’s a new option with SOL they can’t just ignore the success of ETH and some of them still want to ride with it. I see a bright future with SOL but still, ETH network will stay.

Anyway, I’m not biting into this trap, I’ll never pay any tax for my axie profit.
1864  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Concern about the the problem of online underaged gamblers. on: September 13, 2021, 08:19:51 PM
What are your thoughts?, What are the possible solutions to the problem of the rising number of online underaged gamblers?
Everything is possible in online world, and it’s too hard now to track the activities of many young people and they are really exposed into this kind of industry and even the government can’t handle this anymore, so I believe this should start from the parents on guiding their own child and educating them about the possible risk of being into gambling, this may not look easy but it can still be stopped. Gambling is not meant for them, their emotions are too weak for this and if they didn’t control themselves anymore, that could be result to a bigger problem.
1865  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading VS investing: pros & cons you should know on: September 13, 2021, 07:58:49 PM
There’s a lot of things to be consider before you actually understand what’s your goal in this market because many of us are doing the same things, trading and investing simply because we already knew how the market works and we’re ready for the risk. Both of this strategies have their own risk level, everyone should know it and analyze if its work for you, though trading is not that easy but it can be more profitable than to investing, depends on the skills that you’ve got.
1866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [WARNING!] For gamblers using coins.ph on: September 13, 2021, 12:22:55 PM
Also, we all know that gambling money isn't allowed in the first place, so I'm curious why people are still transferring money from a gambling platform to coins.ph, putting themselves in danger.

Withdrawing money from a gambling site to exchange seems less risky.

The alarming one is sending money from the exchange to gambling sites. It's easy for exchanges to monitor and detect the output of the outgoing transaction compare to when receiving funds.

But either way, let's make a regular habit now, especially for those who are just gambling casually, not involved gambling activity in exchange transactions.
Centralized exchange have their own ways to detect this one, better to learn from no on not to use any of them because they can track you and of course they can freeze your account anytime they want. There's a lot of other options to withdraw and deposit to you crypto gambling account, choose the less risk option even if its too slow or even it pays you more fees, its better to be safe than to cry later on.
1867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it wrong to be a long term holder on: September 13, 2021, 01:17:56 AM
It's depends someone know potential  the project, that's why they hold for long, but Some people Don't know about project or potential they just being greedy
This is the risk of holding, not knowing the whole project and purely rely on the hype so when the price collapse, they are not able to take profit because they believe on the wrong analysis of someone. Holding takes a lot of courage to do so, and also you have to analyze the coins you are going to hold. With regards to Bitcoin, you can just hold it with a minimal analysis since its the top coin and many hold this one even without analysis, they are too confident with Bitcoin and I cannot blame them for this.
1868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spain bans betting adds - no celebrities, no sport sponsorship, no daytime adds on: September 13, 2021, 12:54:15 AM
As explained, this is not a long-term solution but it will help to spread the gambling ads. In Romania's case, the government banned Twitch due to gambling streams. Underage watchers are affected heavily by those fake money streamers and the advertising goes wrong badly. Probably Spain should find a feasible solution rather than banning it.. The gambling sponsorships target young individuals for obvious reasons, so having strict rules can reduce the effect significantly.
This may be the start for the Span government to regulate more gambling advertisement, and we can really say that there's a lot of false advertisement that affects the life of many young people. Strong implementation should be followed or else gambling casinos can still find a way to advertise illegally, I hope those casinos will be more responsible and advertise the right way, many young people are already into gambling because of those advertisement, this could be the start to prevent it.
1869  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: MI4 crypto game in playstore on: September 12, 2021, 11:17:18 PM
1870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uniswap Labs investigated by SEC, what is your opinion? on: September 12, 2021, 10:49:32 PM
in my opinion the sec is overrated as well as its assumed influence in the rest of the world, they are trying to impose the same aml / kyc restrictions that have been placed at binance but trying to put the mandatory kyc procedure on a defi, decentralized platform seems to me ridiculous
They are looking for a bad side actually and an opportunity so they can run after the project, I don’t really think they are just protecting the investors here because its not and we all know how corrupt SEC are. I don’t think this issue will affect that much on UNISWAP as they alreadt answered this, I’m confident they can settle this one.
1871  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prayer and gambling. on: September 12, 2021, 09:55:16 PM
Have you ever prayed before placing a bet (gambling)?
Did it work?
I pray a lot and I'm also praying when placing a bet or rolling a dice, it doesn't matter if I win or not the most important is I am putting faith in my belief and the almighty, you can pray in any situation any place and any condition, it's beneficial in both body and mind and I don't see anything wrong why you should pray when gambling.
Yes, indeed. There will be up to you or people whether they want to pray to God and ask for help to win the games or never pray to God when they are gambling. If they believe that can help them and give them confidence, they can still pray without listening to what other people say. When we play gambling, we are free to do what we want, as long as we do not break the rule in the casino.
Don’t see anything wrong here since we all have beliefs and we have to respect it, though this may look greedy for me but still, this is a gambling choice and honestly, we always pray for a positive result even on our trading activities so technically, we pray to get what we want but in reality we should not expect that much by just praying, you still have to act.
1872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spain bans betting adds - no celebrities, no sport sponsorship, no daytime adds on: September 12, 2021, 08:54:48 PM
I think Spain government has taken this drastic measure because it has seen a huge spike in gambling from young people of age 18-25 which is the future of the country being impacted by those ads and not being that effective in their society and work. Most teams in Spain are sponsored and has always been sponsored by such ventures, gambling ones and they will lose a good portion of their revenue.Spain has taken this measure because it is affecting its economy by taking a huge portion of the youth absorbed in gambling as I see no other explanation to be such aggressive in a new law.

Unfortunately this is not a long term solution.

The root cause of young people gambling is definitely not this. People don't feel the urge to gamble just because they see a celebrity/athlete wear the banner of a certain sportsbook company on their jersey.

Rather, there is clearly some underlying greater economic issue that needs addressing. Why are people finding the time/motivation to want to gamble? Addressing the symptoms is not a good way to tackle a problem.
This is indeed not a long term solution because sports is not the only place to advertise gambling, this may affect many but if those casinos was able to find another way, then the government will go back to the basic again and they might totally ban the advertisement of the casinos which can affect everything. The government have to think for a better solution to prevent young people in gambling, this can saves their lives.
1873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana blockchain on: September 12, 2021, 08:35:45 PM
Hello guys
Is this really a good project to invest in Solana?Any price prediction in future?
Mainnet is coming in Q3.
Please suggest me...
Thanks

Solana is one of the fastest growing blockchains compared to some other blockchains. The price of SOL is currently increasing by more than 100%+. I think the Solana coin will hit $250 in the near future.
Lucky if OP invested the time he posted this one and if yes, I’m pretty sure he already earns a lot of money because of the current pump with Solans and reaching its new all time high. SOL is still new and trying to compete with the top project, not that they are able to do so I hope many projects will be created under SOL, we’ll see this one.
1874  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going to $53k or down to $48k? (Bullish Scenario) on: September 12, 2021, 01:52:29 PM
At the moment the BTC price is trying to break the $ 46,000 level again. A break and hold above the $46,000 level would give Bitcoin some upward movement. On-chain analysis shows that both accumulation addresses and accumulation balances are increasing, indicating a possible bullish move ahead.

We're currently at the price of $45k as of posting, and if the accumulation starts again we can expect for the price to rise again but for now, the price should stabilize and hold into this level or else, we might see any bullish trend again this year because we failed to stay above the resistance. The price is getting more unpredictable, any trend can happen at any time, always know how to act accordingly and yes expect a more up and down with Bitcoin as we try to stay on a good level.
1875  Other / Off-topic / Re: Corruption and Sports on: September 12, 2021, 01:18:25 PM
yes, surely everyone seems to be against corruption because it steals and violates the rights of others, especially for the sports industry which has a large scope. and even defrauding athletes, sponsors, governments for personal gain I think that's a very evil thing. what else is done by people or groups who are already very rich.
We're all against corruption especially if it's with our favorite team and sports. But those groups are rich enough and untouchable. They really are hard to be caught.
Those corrupt people that are keep doing it under the sports management, they really don't think of anything but only wants to gain for themselves.
That's full greediness, corruption usually came inside, may it be coming from the management, the players, or the refs of the game. I followed basketball most of the time, and there's a theory that says NBA is corrupt, and I somehow believe in that but there's no proof that it's really corrupt by rigging games.

Actually, sports are so corrupt more than we ever see, that's the reality.

The reality that we cannot prove due to conspiracy inside, and sports is own by private businesses, so they'll always protect their interest which is to make money, and they can only do that if they will make their sport popular and continue to maintain the good reputation.
Corruptions are every where and yes those business owners will not take such risk if they are just gonna lose money because even if they didn't win the title, they still make money. I'm pretty sure many officers are into corruption as well especially if a team is suffering financially, now that we are still in pandemic, many teams are suffering yet they can still survive simply because the owners are making a good deal with other people, we may not have the proof but corruption is indeed happening.
1876  Economy / Gambling / Re: planetofbets.bet Register and get Free bet ( bet with BTC , Cryptocurrency ) on: September 12, 2021, 12:15:29 PM
Hello Friends ,

PlanetOfBets is a relatively young bookmaker, which premiered in 2006. The bookie operates worldwide and is focused on international audience. It declares itself to be one of the leaders of the world betting market.

Hello Scammer,  why do you claim your bookmaker is "Relatively young" yet it "Premiered in 2006"

I checked the domain information and your domain name was only registered last year.
Interesting findings, fortunately I don't need to put extra effort on confirming if this site is good or not well he might done this intentionally and 2006 is indeed suspicious to me as well. Has anyone here already tried playing the game and get the bonus? Any insight about how the site works because as I can see, there's no players on this site and yet they are claiming to be here since 2006.
1877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Starting / creating a new type of token on: September 12, 2021, 11:39:51 AM
What's the purpose of this topic? Are you gonna build your own token and offer a great service?
For me, all of them are great the only difference is your purpose and if you are serious about making your own project or token, then go for the best option that you can deliver a good service. Creating new blockchain is not easy, it takes time and a lot of money so better go for another option, like creating a new project under BSC. Well, again know your purpose and go for the best.
1878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice multiplayer theory on: September 11, 2021, 11:51:44 PM
It's easy, just throw the dice and hope that you are in the right time and right place that it lands on your number, I think that's the only way there is, theory won't be useful because it's a game of chance.
You don't understand what the OP was saying because she was not referring to a real multiplayer dice game where people roll the dice and the highest number roller win the bet but she's talking multiplayer dice introduced by an online casino which people have to just select a certain range of number they believe the dice result will be.
This is why we need to post the correct questions to avoid getting any invalid information. I also thought this one are not regarding to those gamblers playing with the other. Many suggestions here are correct, hope that OP will read everything. Theory is just a theory and it in not guaranteed, don’t forget this one as well.
1879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you guys think on: September 11, 2021, 10:51:45 PM
I fellas I have two questions to ask crypto experts and investors in this forum today

1. Is this a good time to build crypto portfolio?
2. Do you really think that bear market will be a dipping as 2018?

Now that crypto is gaining more investors day by day and crypto adoption is increasing massively I don't think that the next bear market will be crazily low like 2018/2019, what do you think?
1. The real question is, are you willing to take the risk? Because you can buy anytime as long as you are ready. I just bough today with the good coins, I’m confident that the market will recover again and its already happening.

2. Bear market was different by that time, and this year we already experienced that bear trend now is the recovery phase of the market and if we are able to break the resistance, we can go further.

Don’t think too much about bear market, that is an opportunity to buy and actually many are waiting for that trend again.
1880  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand the market in advance on: September 10, 2021, 11:58:18 PM
Hi guys I’m new to the forum and I’m new to the crypto world.
I would like to know if there is some method on how to understand when the market is going to dip or when the market is going to pump.
Thank you in advance to all of you
Welcome and it’s good that you actually ask for this one because most of the newbies here are asking “What to Buy” without asking “How”.

Anyway, there’s a lot of ways to understand the market and how it works. You can look on the technical or you can also look on their fundamentals, and the edge of every project. This may take a lot of time as a newbie but its good that you don’t skip the learning process, also know what do you prefer, to trade, to hold or to do both.
