Worst performance from England. Winning by an innings and 12 runs is a big win for South Africa. I thought the team will score better runs than the first innings, but it ended at 149 runs. Among the 149 runs 15 runs came out of extras. Atleast England could've managed to last the test match for the fourth day. Losing the match in home ground is another thing that makes England develop better strategies to win the next match.

Being a entrepreneur needs a mind thta has the will power to withstand at any situation and come out with the best. Very few stay long while the majority drops in between. Nowadays it is possible to see Women crypto entrepreneurs which is really appreciable. In several occasions men try to suppress or doesn't help her make her dreams come true. This need to change.
1863  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How often do you use Bitcoin? on: August 18, 2022, 08:44:49 PM
In my region we don't have much of services in exchange for bitcoin. The only choice is to convert to cash and make use of it. I used to do it atleast once in a month. The increased usage of bitcoin for me is online gambling. I'm planning to start a service that help new people turn bitcoin as money without much difficulty.
1864  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: August 16, 2022, 02:54:06 PM

I agree with you’ll as Pakistan tackled the situation very well, and instead of playing risky shots they played slow and steady cricket. Lastly Pakistan have scored 282 runs and they yet have three more overs left, therefore I believe that they can easily reach 300 runs and I also doubt that Netherland’s will be able to chase this big target against their strong bowling lineup.
Finally Pakistan ended the innings scoring 314 runs in 50 overs losing 6 wickets. Now Netherlands have begun it's innings and they've lost 3 wickets scoring 77 runs in 16 overs end. I had a close look upon the players of Netherlands. Other than Wesley Barresi, Tim Pringle, and Vivian Kingma were expats who have settled in Netherlands. Most players were from India, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

I can understand your frustration since I experienced similar stuff several times already so far. The worst one was watching some random dude turn 10 bucks into 100 grand when I couldn't even win a 1.02 surebet.

Skill does help to some extent, but luck is the bigger factor in comparison when it comes to sports betting and this is a lesson that I learnt a long, long time ago.
Even when we've chosen the odds after hard analysis we end up losing, but the person who went with the higher odds enjoy the win. This is where we need to understand luck is more important same as we do skillful things to choose the odds. I've experienced 10+ odds win in tennis match, but I don't remember the player. She isn't popular, I chose in a random manner and made good profit. Those are days when bitcoin was around $4000.
1866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: August 15, 2022, 02:07:33 PM
Afghanistan vs Ireland 4th T20I Match today after a few hours. Hoping for good as im supporting Afghanistan line up against the Ireland is not that strong as required still lets consider the prediction to be true. I am curious to see how far Ireland Survive the Bowling strength of the Afghanistan. Match with super excitement here as probability as always Low to High as Afghanistan with higher strength in my view.
If Ireland wind this match then they will win the series and if not then the 5 match will be worth watching. The way Irish team has played in this series I guess the chances of them winning this match is also good. But, it is T20 which means highly unpredictable. If Afghanistan wants to win this match then they need to bat first and set up a good target for the Irish team.

There is no doubt that this has become a lot more interesting now. I would have to say that if I had to make a guess, I would say that today's fourth T20 match will be won by Afghanistan and that it will eventually come down to the final match to decide the outcome.
I'm sure this match is going to be a win for Ireland, because it have got two matches to play. Among that it needs to win one match to win the series. So, the team will play with less pressure. Same time Afghanistan is in compulsion to win the match, to level the series marking a win in today's match and the last match. This is a pressure situation, and the same will cause unwanted wicket loss. Even a small mistake can change the match outcome.
1867  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy Independence Day - Indian Bitcoiners on: August 15, 2022, 01:45:51 PM
you do know they were independent for thousands of years before the brits invaded

it should be "happy prison release anniversary"
(im british white, but even i see the irony in calling it an independence day)

What you say is true. This could've been celebrated as a prison release day. The country have wealth, manpower, diverse culture, and so many things that attract the outsiders. Maybe this is true with some people.

Apart from this certain group of people have an understanding that if Brits haven't invaded India, we couldn't have developed ourselves good in education. Maybe I'm wrong, because not everyone accept this. Myself have heard it from old people, and many people say we've got better education system than theirs. I'm among the one who believe that education is good because of Brits.
1868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: August 15, 2022, 11:39:19 AM

So, it will be great for certain players. Well, it is likely to be very beneficial for most of the players that will play in this tournament. However, I believe it is going to make the use of 14 players for the national team a lot easier. And another thing is the way They are handing out money, players are going to be very interested and this might be one of the biggest very quickly.
In this tournament we will get a little bit different especially in terms of player involvement. In this ILT20 League will have more foreign players. Out of 11 players, 9 foreign players can be taken in each team. But two players must be from UAE or United nations. It it be a tournament of big budget, naturally good cricketers will want to play here. According to their announcement this game will start in January or February 2023.
UAE have planned to make the league a big one same as IPL. The UAE population is close to 10 million. Among that only 11% UAE nationals whereas the majority are from the Asian countries. Amongst Indians are about 3.5 million and Pakistanis 1.2 million. This makes UAE strong in cricket audience. So, expats of India and Pakistan playing for UAE seems to get opportunity through this league.

To some extent the governments will try to limit the usage, fearing the control. Beyond certain point, only option is to regulate the usage. At such instance governments will find ways to regulate the usage and start making revenue out of the taxation. This is what happening with my country, now we're having the highest taxation of 30% on the profit.

Apart from this governments were also developing their own CBDC which is a digitized form of keeping track of every transaction of the common people. Through this privacy gets disturbed, but government find it good for administrative needs.

HAPPY 75thINDEPENDENCE DAY

On this day I would like to add something related to the freedom of money, bitcoin. How the freedom of money have progressed in India with time.

2013 - RBI issued 1st circular on cryptocurrency, mentioning the risks associated with it. This took place as a result of more cryptocurrency exchanges starting its service in India.

2017 - During this time period RBI announced that virtual currencies weren't considered legal tender, because there happened a good increase in the usage of cryptocurrencies as it is the beginning days of Indian population moving towards digital payments.

2018 - By the beginning of 2018 draft scheme was submitted for the ban of cryptocurrencies and this came with the banks stopping the cryptocurrency associated transactions. This caused a big fall in the trading volume on exchanges.

2018 - End of the year #IndiaWantsCrypto became a trend. This campaign was started by the WazirX founder and during the month of July, 2021 the campaign crossed it's 1000 days. More Crypto enthusiasts joined the campaign during those days. Even now the campaign is more strong.

2020 - The ban on banks to conduct transaction associated with cryptocurrency were taken by Supreme Court and this helped in the boom in the crypto market.

2021 - During this year Indian government announced it'll create a bill for cryptocurrency. More teams were formed for the same and discussions took place with blockchain and cryptocurrency associated experts.

2022 - This year the taxation on cryptocurrency is announced and till date no legal status of cryptocurrency usage is announced by the government. Yet, India serves to be a strong market for cryptocurrency with increasing usage and users.

One more Crypto accepted platform gets added. It's time to enjoy some bonus. The free spins is really interesting. Right now few games were added to the platform and I tried it through the mobile phone. It operates without lag and the interface is simple with the sign-up and listed with the games on the order of Dice at the last position.
1873  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Know the right crypto project to invest in on: August 14, 2022, 11:58:30 PM
The top list is always the good choice. Apart from that nowadays things weren't good to choose. It needs lots and lots of effort to identify the right one. Many are getting lucky to profit out of new projects and investing after hard analysis sometime fails.

Nowadays most of the people keep themselves ready to invest based on the movement influencers make in the market. During the dogecoin and Shiba push by Elon Musk, most of the users who followed the trend were enjoyed the best out of it.
1874  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hold your bag when you can on: August 14, 2022, 11:57:00 PM
The market of ethereum is at its best against the market of bitcoin moving at a faster phase. By now there used to be more swapping of cryptocurrency holdings from bitcoin to altcoins. Right now it is time to hold and enjoy the outcome as it looks like a bullish trend change.

Bitcoin that moved above $24k have dropped down close to $23400 and the ethereum price have come near to $1900. This is common to move within specific market price for a big push. Crossing the $25k mark will let the investors enjoy a steady movement of the market without much of fluctuation.
1875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Describe what Bitcoin has done for you on: August 14, 2022, 11:54:49 PM
Bitcoin is everything for me. It have given me life, but my mistakes made me unable to enjoy it. Things can change and in such as a way once again expecting an opportunity same as that happened in old days.

Bitcoin have made me understand the value of money. It has also taught me not to be greedy. Because, I had good holding of tokens and I never cashed it out or changed to bitcoin. Later it went unused as there is no market anymore. So, through bitcoin I've learnt many things. Initially I now it as a coin for gambling, even I introduced to friends in the same manner. Later started to realise it's true need.
1876  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: August 13, 2022, 02:36:32 PM

I won't say West Indies are bad in their cricketing history where they won T20 world cup in 2012 and 2015-2016 but their level of play has gone down a lot. Anything can happen they can lost but normally I do not agree that West Indies will lose to Bangladesh and Zimbabwe in T20 cricket.
No team is bad in their cricketing history. Every team seems to be performing good at some occasion or during specific leagues. In that way, West Indies have performed well during the T20 World Cup matches. Maybe the same can happen with the upcoming T20 World Cup.
1877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: August 13, 2022, 01:56:40 PM
Under -17 FIFA Women's World Cup is scheduled to take place in India. This is a big news for us, because being a cricket dominant country to host the football event will increase the fanbase of football in the country. The host team isn't a participant, still it boosts the young generation to become football players.
1878  Economy / Economics / Re: Are CBDCs good for the economy? on: August 13, 2022, 11:24:48 AM
More countries are into development of the country's own CBDC. Few of the countries are Bahamas, Nigeria, India, Pakistan, China, USA, United Kingdom, Mexico, Jamaica, Russia, Sweden, Canada, and it goes on. Among the mentioned countries few have already launched their CBDC. Did these CBDC have made any impact over the economy? No, and it have made the governance easier with each and everything under the control and helping in the taxation in a better way.

Although gambling is legal in many countries of the world, it is illegal in Bangladesh. I don't understand how a national team player gets a contract with such an organization. Moreover, Shakib was restricted for a year due to not informing the board even after receiving the Fixing offer. He should not involved in such a betting platform at this time. This is certainly defamation where he is only the responsible.

It maybe unintentional. Shakib probably thought that what he was doing is legal and his manager didn't informed him about the finer details. Anyway, this is a closed chapter. Without much mud slinging, the issue was resolved. BCB reacted in a more mature way this time, and Shakib also did the right thing by quickly pulling out from the deal. I hope that from now onwards, the BCB won't create unnecessary issues by preventing him from playing in franchise leagues. He is nearing his retirement, and it is his right to earn a decent amount before he does that.
I agree with you. As long as a player stays in the national team or plays international games, his value in the world of cricket is high. But when they go into retirement, their value decreases day by day. At this time they will naturally want to earn some extra money. Anyway I think Shakib has realized his mistake. I hope, the cricket board will not hold any grudge against him.
Right now Shakib is like face of the Bangladesh cricket. To me, when we talk about the Bangladesh cricket team first name that strikes me is Shakib Al Hasan. Anyhow he have cancelled the deal with the platform. The cricket board will consider it. Quite often he gets into controversy, but he comes out of it.

El Salvador’s ‘My First Bitcoin’: How to teach a nation about crypto

If successful, the “Mi Primer Bitcoin” program, which recently rolled out in El Salvador, could be coming soon to a school near you.

The grassroots Mi Primer Bitcoin, meaning “My First Bitcoin,” program has picked up steam in El Salvador. The first cohort of Bitcoiner-come-students began studies in May. Founded by John Dennehy, an American activist, and journalist, the program also has the support of the Salvadoran government.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/el-salvador-s-my-first-bitcoin-how-to-teach-a-nation-about-crypto
Bitcoin education in El Salvador is on the increase and I like the way the government is handling the education of its citizens on Bitcoin because this is the best way to protect the people and also build citizens' trust in Bitcoin. As we are well aware of the protest that happened during the early days of Bitcoin adoption in El Salvador, one of the main issues raised during the protest was the cry by the people that there was no proper awareness and education of citizens before Bitcoin adoption in the country.
During the protest there is no cry from the people stating no awareness, but the prime reason stated was there is no transparency in the creation of crypto law and the development of Chivo Wallet. Further is for the usage of tax dollars for bitcoin investment. El Salvador lacks awareness and education about bitcoin, but in 2019 itself the village El Zonte had adopted bitcoin as payment once after receiving $100k worth bitcoin from anonymous donation. Country now focused on educating people on its usage and how it can improve the economy.
