1861  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: April 03, 2016, 03:51:46 PM
Well altcoins made several people earn and keep making people earn insanes ammounts with it,soo thats why they keep and will always be.The main fact is all altcoins has the xxx/uᴉoɔʇᴉq  .I believe if were only uᴉoɔʇᴉq we could see some manipulation at the uᴉoɔʇᴉq value ,and well less people thinking its a scam project, but well altcoins are supporting the uᴉoɔʇᴉq earnings.

I think altcoins just preventing bitcoin to evolve and grow maybe i am not right but that's what i am thinking.

With the help of alt coin bitcoin can integrate some part of other alt coins so that bitcoin can evolve in to a better coin.

the question is HOW

i don't think altcoins have any benefit for bitcoin, correct me if i am wrong but there has been no change in bitcoin that was caused by altcoins!
If there hasn't been any change or improvement in Bitcoin, dont blame altcoins. Alts have lead the way in more secure algos, faster and larger blocks. There has been the learning that comes from 3000 independent experiments that Bitcoin could been cherrypicking.  Instead, Bitcoin is bogged down by stubborn in-fighting, those freakin' tiny & slow 10 minute blocks.  There's a lot that Bitcoin could adapt and use from the altcoin world to improve itself,  if it wasn't so institutionalized, paralyzed, and dominated by a few vested interests. Bitcoin will never last with its impractically slow confirmations. The world will simply move on one day without Bitcoin if it doesn't get its shit together and absorb the best of the altcoin experiments.

i never said there has been no change in bitcoin, there is a public change log and anybody can check to see the improvements over the years.
1862  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: April 03, 2016, 03:45:59 PM
it is safer to use, more convenient and harder to be lost. Its value is ambiguous too. So you can buy things when BTC's price is quite high. It's gives customers and advantage moneywise.  Smiley Wink Smiley

At other methods of transaction, bitcoin transaction is a one with much ease of accessing if people were aware of it
agree but why many people outside say that using bitcoin will be very difficult,
I've offered my friend to join in bitcoin, but they say that bitcoin and internet is difficult to use and confusing ?
LOL

I believe some people feel this to be difficult as well not understanding. This is a group of people who doesn't have much interest in internet activities.

it is mostly because they are too lazy to learn about a new technology so they stick to their ancient fiat and never look for anything better.
also there is a lot of FUD being spread by media that creates fear in some of them.
1863  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: April 02, 2016, 03:55:16 PM
Try trading and just keep away from the gambling and ponzi sites and the casinos because it's really risky ways

i agree, the best way of making more out of your bitcoins that everybody can do is trading. but unfortunately it requires a lot of time to find a good coin to buy and finding the best price to sell at.
1864  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: To blockchain.info wallet users, Be aware of phishing sites on: April 02, 2016, 03:50:22 PM

thank you for your info this is very important because people sometime not checking address bar when opening a site, 1 other way to keep safe maybe bookmark blockchain wallet link every want to login in wallet

Yeah I agree with you, putting the site in the bookmarks is better than searching on google and facing these kind of phishing sites

You can also notice this when u log in, the wallet id is always already showed if u login on the real one.
If you go to a phising site, then it will not be filed in automatically.

This depends on if the user is storing his browser cookies or not. I always browse in incognito mood so this difference will not work for me

Then u can make a file with the correct link in it and block all phising sites of blockchain.info

I am going to search for a few phising sites, so people will not fall for it.

you just need to check that green lock icon thingy that is on the left side of the address, in chrome it is a big green section saying "Blockchain Luxembourg S.A.R.L [LU]" that way you can be sure you are at the right place.
1865  Economy / Economics / Re: Best website to give out loans? Btcjam or ? on: April 02, 2016, 03:43:37 PM
Well i had joined btcjam because i saw blockchain banner, soo i believes they were all safe investements, till i fund some projects and see no repayments ,soo i havent lost a penie since the funds i made had covered those defaulteds. But were more then enought to me get out of it,as i borrower they arent safe to your capital,if you wanna to make something well they can fund you,but well high fees involved,i would take a loan here and repay better then go there.

well, you should never make decission based on the advertisements that you see on different websites, they usually don't audit the services they promote (not saying it is scam or anything) just risky
1866  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will bitcoin reach 500 USD again ? on: April 02, 2016, 03:37:04 PM
End of 2016 is the best choice in my opinion, because halving is planned after few months and we predict highest price after this event

we may end 2016 with $500 but the price is going to get there much faster and stay above $500 before the end of the year for sure.
1867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto project besides bitcoin has the biggest userbase? on: April 02, 2016, 03:32:55 PM
if you are looking for biggest number of users of an altcoin and if the social media like reddit is any indication i will go with DOGE
1868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: April 02, 2016, 03:26:58 PM
gambling is very difficult to leave. if we want to really leave the gambling then the most powerful way is "leaving the internet". because now stems from internet gambling.
Leaving the Internet is not a solution, that is just a temporary solution. An addicted gambler will find that it is extremely 'painful' to quit gambling. It is because you do not want to stop. If you have a strong will, it's pretty easy to stop within a few weeks or less. I have a very strong will, and that is why I seldom gamble anymore.

Yes strong will power and following great level of discipline can help you to stay away from gambling or else its very difficult to quit gambling if you are addicted to it.

it is half the battle they have to cut their access to money so they can not gamble with the money at all. this can be done by investing the mney or putting it away in a bank account under your wife's name for example.
1869  Economy / Gambling / Re: PrimeDice, FortuneJack Dice Method with autoroll only on: April 02, 2016, 03:22:05 PM
....We spent three months on calculations and tests in increasing the time to play and win...

where have you been all these time?
why didn't you sign up here and report your progress?

it is not still late, share your history of three month betting with bet numbers here.
1870  Economy / Speculation / Re: Did any of you buy thanks to Mike Hearn's discount yet? on: April 02, 2016, 03:18:43 PM
I sold all my BTC one hour after he posted his blogpost and more then doubled my investments because of that. Too bad you guys missed that opportuniity, but hey, you can't win them all. I certainly haven't but this one was golden.

BTW I think BTC was and still is overvalued.

you are lucky, i knew about it but i could only sell my hot wallet coins, since i couldn't access my cold storage at that time so the amount i doubled was smaller than it could be Sad
1871  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WallStreet beginning Massive new Ponzi Era with ScamChain on: April 02, 2016, 03:12:45 PM

wow
that is just a full on FUD article, i don't know to laugh at some parts of it or to get angry.
1872  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: April 02, 2016, 03:04:51 PM
I wish i could buy anything I want in this life with bitcoin.
so I wish of having lots of bitcoin soon.  Grin

exactly this is my wish too Cheesy

i really like spending bitcoin instead of using Paypal or my credit card in order to make a purchase online, for offline i still prefer credit card since it has no fee and i receive annual profit monthly on my balance too.

1874  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin goes to 1200-1300 (within a month?) on: March 31, 2016, 03:47:09 PM
we are all waiting desperately for the price rise to come.

and especially waiting to see another all time high from bitcoin this year but it doesn't look like this is happening soon which is sad.

but i haven't lost hope yet. there is still my 5 year plan.
1875  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: March 31, 2016, 03:41:21 PM
I suggest you go with trading. So far so good for me, you just have to call the right shots to earn. If you got a big cash right there in your pocket, try bitcoin mining as well. Though I might not recommend it that much since we're almost there to the 21 million bitcoin limit mark and the electricity costs may be a burden, at least you get to have your own bitcoin

I also need more suggestions as I am also looking for more options on where I can put my money as well.

Tootles!

try an approach professionals in the world of stock exchange and they will advice you accordingly. just waiting there you will find your self not growing.

stock exchange is so much different from bitcoin and altcoin exchange (all crypto currencies).

that is a whole diffent world with bigger market with small similarities. crypto market is smaller so the manipulations are happening more because it is easier to manipulate a small market.
1876  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice vs Slots on: March 31, 2016, 03:38:29 PM
Whats your first choice when it comes to gambling and why?
What would you choose dice or fancy slot machine or another game?
My pick is dice because of fixed house edge and more advanced automated betting.

whevever i feel like gambling i choose Dice, because it is easy and like you i always prefer the automation of dice games with their autobetting system
1877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: March 31, 2016, 03:32:16 PM
you can earn a lot in gambling But you need to know how much you can lost in gambling. Because there's not that much people earning a lot in gambling. We all know that in the long run you lost big amount than won.

yeah the possibility is there. you can always win a big amount of money through gambling if the site is not rigged.
but since there is a house edge, house always wins and we lose so in the long run we can't make money through gambling.
1878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your gambling stats? (Profit/Loss) on: March 31, 2016, 03:27:32 PM
it is a little hard to tell.
my stats are all over the place.
on different casinos with different stats. but i think the total is up to 0.05BTC maybe more maybe less
1879  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: March 31, 2016, 03:22:24 PM
To get rich you need to invest in business that you have a background with, know all the necessary things needed before you start one.
As time pass by your business will grow then if you are making the right decision you will become rich.
yes invest in business but if you want to invest you need to think whats best, or to get rich you need to work hard money is easy if you do that.. Smiley

investing on its own is not guaranteeing the success, you will need a real good investment that is both legit and pays a lot. you are sharing in the profit after all.

so i think it is best if you are the business owner not investing someone else's business.
1880  Economy / Speculation / Re: 420 on: March 31, 2016, 03:19:37 PM
No worry mates! My average buy price is around $600+. If you believe in bitcoin, you should feel lucky that you bought some at the current price in 10 years' time.

when the price is stable everybody is complaining why is it boring.

when it moves everybody says why did it move. and it doesn't matter which way and even if it comes back or not there is always somebody complaining Cheesy
