That is what I wanted to see, why call a foul if it's clear that there's nothing happened or the opposite player didn't mean to bump the opposite player. Also, it was an intense game and the referees cannot afford to call if ever it was a flop. Both teams have defended well but it's the Celtics who have those advantages, in-fact, the Celtics missed many important shots especially Marcus Smart. Luckily, he have a team mate who he can rely unlike the Heat that Jimmy Butler is the one who is carry and Bam, the others were not consistent.
Correct, refs got stricter and avoided soft calls, I loved it too. No one stepped up their game for the Heat except Butler who had been doing it at every win they make. Perhaps he will have the mindset to pass that ball if he saw someone going hot in the three or just having a good night, but none. Almost every player on their side is missing important shots too. Free shots, actually. Who wouldn't love that play, right? The game was too intense and I'm sure that even the referees are enjoying the game too. I just hope that we can see some fair and square referees again this upcoming Finals, we already have a good teams playing with different capabilities and we cannot afford to see some refs to give unjust calls. |

IQ is important whether they are inside or outside the ring, instead it's more helpful and needed outside the ring because that's the most times where they decide whether it's time for a fight or if it's futile to go for it. Having the ability to be patient and balance things is a must have, Romero and Lopez surely don't have those qualities. They are just looking at the picture where they need to defeat heavy opponents without seeing the whole picture that it's too soon for them.
Lopez was a champion before he fought with Kambosos, he's risking all of his belts for nothing. I believe he suppose Kambosos is easy boxer for him, though I'm not sure either Lopez cherry pick Kambosos, or Kambosos want to challenge Lopez at that time. I think Lopez is a good boxer, but he didn't expect Kambosos will beat him as we can see he fallen on the first round. Yea, I remember that fight. That was too embarrassing on Lopez's side because the fight was held at his hometown yet the underdog Kambosos beat him good and managed to pin him down on the first round and eventually the latter won the match by a split decision. I don't have a doubt about Lopez because he was and is still so good, it's just that he committed few mistakes on the first round by coming so hot and aggressive but when he tasted a good left hook from the challenger, he slowed down. He can still get a revenge on that fight because he is still young and I believe he can upset the new lightweight champ. |

Bookmakers show Golden State Warriors more likely to get the trophy. They are more experienced team and they were in this position plenty of times last decade. But Boston want to be in this place for years, now this is a great opportunity for them to show their skills. It will be a big test for Tatum. I'm especially happy for Al Horford, he can see final series in his career at 36. It'll be a really exciting finals and I don't expect it to finish before game six.
It's GSW handsdown but I'm with the underdogs to pull a miracle upset so I voted for them. I thought I would be the only one who would think that way but there are four others apparently hehe. Tatum always had the talent and he has matured now. He also reminds me of how Curry and Thompson were when they first reached the Finals. Boston is not consistently shooting well game to game. They have great defense but I think Curry and Thompson will have a field day on 3 pointers. Warriors win in 5 is where I'm at with this years Finals. That is right but that is because mainly they are a defensive team but as we saw, they cannot even defeat easily the injured Heat when Butler was the only one doing the thing for his team. They already had that advantage but they still barely win especially on the last 3 games. Now that they are up against the hot Warriors who have rested well enough, we will see how would they limit a team consists of offensive players. Well, this is a battle of Defensive team vs Offensive team. And yes, maybe the Warriors can even close the series in Game 5 but for me that's too soon, maybe in Game 6 but that is a road game for them so I think it's Game 7. |

Lets discuss game 1.
Current point spread now is -3.5 for the Warriors, they are playing at home and have never lost a single game. I think it's an easy call, even if they are the public play, I still think they'll win this game.
Also, the total is only 211, over is easy here, hopefully not a trap.
It should be an easy win by the goldenstate Warriors at home but Boston Celitcs have already won several times at away games in the playoff series so i wouldnt be surprised much if they won again. This is game 1, Celtics has not won a game 1 on the road IIRC, and the Warriors has never lost a game at home. I will stick with what I believe, I understand that Celtics are a good team but I'd go with the trend until it gets broken. Plus Celtics are 2 games more tired, and they will play so quickly whereas Warriors are resting. I have to say, it's clear to me that we are talking about Warriors here, they have been great before KD and did great this year again. I am quite happy to see them do great this year as well and I am not seeing them losing this series as a whole, let alone the first game. However, if there is ANY team in the league right now that could stop them, it's the celtics. Who are the great players in Warriors? The shooters, who are the great defenders of Celtics? The guards. It's clear to me that Celtics will be defending like hell and will not make it easy. Celtics are not gonna slow down the shooters of the Warriors, if they are good defensive, it's impossible they can stop everyone. They cannot even stop Butler which is the only pure shooter of the team, how much more the Warriors who are moving the ball very well and they have a lot of shooters that could spread the floor. I agree, yes the Celtics is a defensive team but they cannot just limit and slow down the shooting average of the shooters of the Warriors. Well, it's not that I'm saying that they cannot do it at all, what I mean is sure they can limit some of the key players but the problem is that almost all of the starting players of the Warriors can shoot everywhere in the court even long deep threes. Now, how can they stop that? |

Congratulations to the Celtics for winning the ECF. That was a hell of a game, Heat almost made it, if only Butler did not rush his decision, he shots a 3 point instead of attacking, I don't know what he was thinking, maybe he just want his team to be ahead, but his shot is not a high percentage shot, there's a better shot than that. What a waste of effort, they could have a comeback win.
I seriously think that Butler didn't rushed that shot, they cannot make it through the end of the game if he forced an OT. That is why he suddenly tried to shoot a long three even though he can make a 2 point shot if he chose to attack the paint. They were already tired and Bam Adebayo cannot force himself in the center because he was also busy on offensive while the others cannot make a shot. Congratulations to the Boston Celtics especially Jayson Tatum for winning the ECF MVP award. Jason Tatum deserves that award, he was a big contributor to the success of their team, so now it's going to be Curry vs Tatum as they are the best players on their respective team. It's a different kind of ball game, back to zero, and hopefully, a game 7 is possible again. I'm indeed happy for him for having that MVP award and including Al Horford, he is now 35 years old and at last he now made an appearance in the NBA Finals. As a leader, Curry and Tatum's mindset will be a big contributor to the team's success but without the help of their respective teams, their contribution and energy will just be wasted. As for Curry it's vs Marcus Smart and for Tatum it's vs Wiggins, yes I hope that the series will reach Game 7. It was a good decision to take a three to win the game at that moment but he made it tough for himself. He took it too quickly even if he's already tired and his teammates weren't set to help in rebound if he misses. It wasn't even a long three but he almost airballed that one. He could have made one more pass for a little breather and look for a screen.
As you said, they are already tired and we can really see how exhausted the whole team was especially Bam who cannot even do his thing because Butler needs his ability in offense. For sure they've talked about making that three point shot whenever they have an open shot and Butler did it but it didn't go through. |

Pretty much I think that Gervonta Davis's experience really paid off from that calm and patient guy for the right timing, really did kill Romero's momentum, and after the fight, Rolando Romero doesn't really know what happen so the referee stop the fight, and still, Romero is still stubborn enough that he has won all rounds with points and he wants an immediate rematch,
Experience will always pays off and that's a fact. As for Gervonta Davis case, he is already battle tested and he's been through many battles, some of those boxers are much stronger unlike Romero. It's undeniable that the latter have some impressive records including his high knockout ratio but the thing is, those boxers that he defeated is not one of those strong boxers that's why mostly he defeated it with KO and TKO easily. Nevertheless, Romero was good and he showed his talent that he can do more but this is not his time. He is too early to be facing the Tank, also, he should change his attitude and learn to be patient. |

Great game 7 between the Celtics and Heat. I was a little worried at the end there but the Celtics came through. A great game by Jimmy Butler, but he was one shot away from being a hero at the end when he missed that three. Still, the Heat had a great season they can be proud of. Now we’re set for the Finals between the Warriors and the Celtics.
Still kudos to Jimmy Butler, as his team won't go this far without his brilliant performance and that made this season something memorable and something that they can be proud of. Now, Celtics are off to the finals which will give them a big break if they can beat the battle tested Warriors. These two teams deserve a good fight, so i just hope that there will be no serious injuries that's going to happen in the finals. But expect that there will be unexpected twists that will surprise everyone. They're just unfortunate because they were having some injuries along the way, mainly Tyler Herro who could help Butler carrying the team as his offensive performance is also good. But, the Celtics were also dealing the same thing, it's just that the Celtics have more advantage this time because their injury is not that bad. Yes, I hope that the Finals will be an intense and fun game without having some serious injuries. It will be much more fun if both teams will be healthy as they battle each other through rounds. However, as you said, it's better to prepare for these things as there will be some twist. |

Lopez was not smart in that fight, we cannot compare him to Haney because Haney is a technical fighter, it doesn't matter if he will bore the crowd as long as he controls the fight and in the end, he will get the judges decision. The only way Kambasos could win is to stay aggressive, and pressure Haney until he commits mistakes that would lead to an opening for a clean shots by him.
You cannot be great if you're not smart, ring IQ is very important you don't go inside the ring only thinking that you will knock out your opponent this has caused Lopez and now Romero, overconfidence is good, boasting about what you will do inside the ring is not, going back to Haney and Kambosos, its a game of wait and see as both fighters are known to be very patient, but like what I said Haney should take the initiative and should make it appear that he is a more superior fighter, he is up against a hostile crowd and a hometown decision. The fact that these operators of E-Sabong been have some deep connections are already given as they are continually operating on a daily basis in other platform even though there's a ban implemented. That was a heck of a game. Like watching the 80's.  Low scoring (didn't hit the over 197.5), brutal defense, and officials not calling fouls even when bodies falling on the floor. I can say I love that Game 7. Also lost the Miami Heat ML bet but I enjoyed watching it pretty well. No hates to the Butler 3-point decision. Here I think it is difficult to determine the winner in advance, yes, Haney is younger than Kambosos by 5 years, but at the same time he has more fights 27 against 20, he also wins more often by knockouts and therefore he should spend less time in the ring, but this is not so because he wins by knockouts usually in 3/4 of the fight. So I think in this fight the chances of boxers are about 50/50
kambosos is too much for Haney. His punching speed, foot work, stamina are highly underated. And although he throws punches in an awkward angle, he's got good counter. He is indeed a student of Floyd. Unless Haney is smart enough to counter kambosos fast handspeed and good at cutting distance, there's a huge chance that he might be KO. I like your confidence on Kambasos, because looking at the betting odds, looks like Haney is too much for Kambasos, but of course, let's see if who will win becasue this is definitely a great fight between the two undefeated champoions. I agree that Kambasos is underrated, I hope he will prove to us that he is a legit champion so he will gain the respect he deserve. I think these boxers have an equal chance of winning because of the fact that they have their own different skillset, it will be just a matter of timing and correct execution to make a successful punch that could lead to a victorious but. Anyhow, there's also a chance of KO in both boxers but the chance is just slim as this would likely result into a UD. Expect a good fight people because I bet that's what we will see soon. Might be a split decision for Kambosos? He did it against Lopez and actually in his 3 last fights. So this might likely be the case, going to the judges card and Haney winning on one judges and the other 2 giving it to Kambosos. I'm not seeing any knockout because both have a not so good percentage. But for sure this is one interesting fight, the war has started as they have been talking trash outside of the ring already. I got the Warriors to win here, they are the experienced team and they are a well-rested team.
Whatever the betting odds, I'm still confident on taking the Warriors, but not gonna bet with a handicap, I'll take the odds on what the bookies are currently offering.

I am thinking that the price will fall because if it will recover, it has already recovered now. When the market is in a bearish trend, we have to follow the trend as most likely the price will just dump. The current price is $29k+, we had some minor recovery but I have a feeling it would fall back in the coming days.

Awesome win by the Miami Heat 111-103. They surely wrecked the majority of the bettors, especially on the handicap.
This surprised me too and even think that the Celtics will now close the series. We can see that it's only Jimmy Butler who saves the day. There's really no problem with him regarding consistency but the team will go nowhere if they will just rely on Butler although a great hassle plays courtesy of his teammates during the last minutes. That was an exhausting game for Butler but good thing they have won.

I am prediction a low scoring game tomorrow as it's going to be physical both teams wanting to win.
Both teams played a defensive game, so most likely it's a low scoring game again. The over/under line now is 201. Last game, they only have a total of 173 points, so I think that 201 is already high and the under looks very attractive. This will be a hard battle, Heat will surely not give up on this easily and that low scoring game are more possible. We know this two teams are great in physical plays, it's just a matter of proper execution. Below 190 points are more possible, this could be a safe points to predict. Warriors will surely look into this game and watch the team that they are going to face in the finals, Celtics is on a good position here. Warriors are always ready for whoever wins the series. As a fan, I like to see the best to face the Warriors so both teams will have even support from the bettors. The Celtics are likely to win, question is if they can cover the spread since I'm a bit doubtful because of the past result that the Celtics have beat them via blowout. I and many of my friends have our own mantra before and after we gamble, I just discovered this when we have a drinking session we find out that many of us have our own mantra before, while playing and after or even in the middle of playing.
Mine was "This is my lucky day and I'm claiming it" and when in the middle of the game "I need to play money that I can afford to lose".
How about you do you have one and when do you recite it before, while playing or after you gamble.
Well it is not a mantra but more of a ritual- before I gamble, I used to put a penny inside my shoes and I stepped on it before I gamble my resources away. As for my brother, he always say the phrase "win or lose, at least I had fun." Though these mantras or rituals may have no effect on the gambling odds/chances, it somehow gives the players this comfort and motivation that everything will be alright. This kind of effect is similar when you give yourself a pep-talk where it somehow boosts your confidence before you do something. We all have our own unique and different mantras, ritual or sometimes it may be also called as a superstitious beliefs because these things are not tested and proven after all. We just believe on it because it helps us to be more calm, confident and more relaxed while playing/gambling. Yes, some people may see it ridiculous as there are also gamblers that doesn't have any kind of beliefs at all. Just let them be because these beliefs helps us not be so serious and illogical. |
