WDC is better then any other current altcoin, including LTC
I think it has a serious security flaw with this fast a block time. + Those who endorse it treat it as ap&d sceme, or so it seems. People talk about WDC 1,5 gh/s but remember FTC had reached 5.5 GH/s once it entered the first trading site. It is now that profitability will decrease that true coin-loyalty will become visible. Why do people keep talking about loyalty? 99% of people treat mining as a buisiness. The goal of a buisiness, is to make money. period. |

Only complaint I have is that it was launched early. You mentioned GMT -4 but you launched it GMT -5. Agreed. Should have been launched when everyone was told it would, no earlier. I can't stay awake all night so I had an alarm set for 7. By the time I even had the client downloaded someone was almost to 6000 coins. Looks like a bulk of the early coins still landed in only a few pockets. back to WDC I go at least until a stable pool is up. I solo mined for over an hour, starting when shares were 1.02k, and only made 66 DGC with 910kh/s. I had 15 total transactions, 9 of which were orphans Same here. Got only 22 with 750kh/s. 1h late because of early release and messed up github. How is that fair early mining? This is the worst launch for me. This is a carbon copy, of WDC. It will never go anywhere, because people have already adopted WDC. People already adopted WDC, really? Funny your definition of adopted Care to elaborate, or you just going to talk out of your ass? Oh, btw, network hash for WDC, is 1.3GH. I'd love to compare it to the hash for Digicoin, but noone has bothered creating a pool for it yet  |

First of all, this project has been ongoing longer than WDC has existed, so it is not a copy in any way. Just because they used a similar setup doesn't mean anything. Although I rejected a similar configuration to theirs due to security fears earlier in testing.

Those who bought on here at a rate of 3 LTC / 100 WDC were I think perhaps a bit naive and overoptimistic
A key thing to remember is that miners have ZERO loyalty to any of these new scamcoins. As soon as a new coin, i.e. digitalcoin or nibble, is released many of the miners will abandon WDC and move on.
Once difficulty gets high enough, all the miners abandon the scamcoin leaving it a dead cold corpse with day long confirm times. The developers then scramble to save it, begging people to throw GPU at it or by releasing new clients.
Rinse and repeat. This will be the cycle for months. We'll probably see 500 coins before it is all said and done. One or two might make it.
Good miners, mine what ever coin is profitable at the present time...WDC diff goes up, LTC diff goes down. When LTC is more profitable, people will switch. Rinse, repeat. Shitty miners, will jump to things like Nibble, and Digitalcoin, even though they are practically carbon copies of WDC, and, only like, 1 in ever 10 new ALT coins, make it to a reputable exchange. Oh well, more profit for me |

I'm sure once RYC, Franko and PWC start trading here, the real exchanges will then be eager to pick them up Exchanges make money skimming on our trades they don't care what the coin trades at just so long as it trades if there is an exchange that carries coins that yours doesn't that makes it easier then they lose volume and they will pick it up. RYC has a decent following still and I cant say for sure but the fact MCXnow picked up WDC hours before the cryptsy launch probably isn't a coincidence. It doesn't have PWC, that adds some credibility in my books. I'll certainly keep an eye on it, but I can't see people switching to yet another exchange. I think you'll see volume, in the other currencies other exchanges don't want, and that will probably be a whole lot of sell orders, wth very few buy orders |

Also, look at LTC difficulty, it's going down. If worldcoin did happen to fail, which I don't think it will, there is a possitive side.
