Anyone test this ?

Did some research, it seems like the site is a scam.

1903  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best place to buy iTunes gift cards at a reasonable discount on: July 13, 2015, 05:21:31 PM
Buying them with bitcoin, or fiat?

If you want to buy them with bitcoin, there are some sellers in the "digital goods" section that are selling iTunes cards that they don't need, they usually will give a little discount. Make sure that the cards were bought legally!
1904  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: cloudminr.io sold his 79,267 Database username and password on: July 13, 2015, 05:19:30 PM
"cloudminr.io sold his 79,267 Database username and password"

I thought they just celebrated their 100,000 user and come up with a promo for buying ghs and now only 79,267?
What happened to the other 20,733 users?

I guess that's a bluff that a lot of people fell in for. I don't also trust the OP due to his negative feedback on his profile and this thread comes with just speculations without a solid source of where he got the news.
I get the news because my name is in the list of there proof that they really have that database.
Proof sent to him anybody want proof let me know

Then why not just post the proof here instead? I know some guys who are registered in cloudminr and never got the same notice as you did.
I don't want scammers to go to that site and try to do hack that's why i'm not posting here

Look you can hide your credentials and post the announcement you got here. It seems that you and the others that are included on that email are the ones who only got the announcement. Plus, the announcement is a manual email? Sounds fishy IMO.

Passwords have been leaked. See this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1119828

OP is not the only one, there are a lot of threads in service discussion regarding the database leak.

Sounds great! Just one question, is it OK if we do not use white in our color scheme? White does not show up well on the forum. EXAMPLE
1906  Economy / Services / Re: :: SIGNATURE Ad DESIGN CONTEST :: $25 AMAZON Gift Card OR .10 BITCOIN to WINNER! on: July 13, 2015, 05:01:12 PM
is this still on or its over

any word on this and is there extended time for this

I'm not sure about it, since he dont respond my pm yet and his last active is 8 July

Closed, this contest is most likely dead. OP kept extending the time of the contest, then probably forgot about it. Unless OP posts here saying the contest is still on, don't enter.
If he does come back, he should use escrow this time so he doesn't keep extending this contest forever.

just in case you guys want to know
another site claims of being hacked
no payments was made
site is now down
but looking at the website registry, domain is registered until October 2015 only

Hello!

We will have to stop accepting new orders until a new version of CLOUDMINR.IO is made from scratch. Our developers have estimated that it may take 2 - 3 weeks.

What we can tell now is that we have been hacked, and the hackers were able to access our source code and database, as well as editing it. Right now we cannot be sure that the payout addresses are the correct ones, as well as emails and other data. We do have backups but we need to know when exactly when the hackers gained access to our server.

Part of the bitcoins went to hackers addresses instead of our own payment addresses. Currently we are looking for any logs related to the hack and estimating the losses.

We need to create a new website from scratch on new servers as hackers usually leave backdoors for later access.

Stay tuned. The website should appear blank with a similar warning text to this announcement soon. If it's changed, please do not trust it.

Yes, cloudminr.io has likely collapsed. Being "hacked" is a common excuse to use.

1918  Other / Meta / Is it possible to use [td], [center], and [table] in full member signatures? on: July 09, 2015, 09:38:25 PM
I'm designing a full member signature, and I want to know if it is possible to use the table, tr, td, and center tags in full member signatures.
The official signature rules don't say anything about this. I would test it out myself, but I am a senior member now, so I can't check.
(I'm not putting [] around the tags because when I do, it says "INVALID BBCODE: bad table usage")

Ugg I am sorry hopefully a MOD will move this thread - thanks for the heads up!

You can move the thread yourself, at the bottom left of your screen there should be a "move topic" button. Use that button to move your topic to digital goods.
1920  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit.com -- The Social Gambling Game (formerly moneypot.com) on: July 09, 2015, 08:52:15 PM
Since everyone is talking about the faucet, my idea has always been to have one of the worst faucets and instead offer pretty much the best house edge.

I guess not a lot of people realize this, but while faucet users while add a lot of site activity, they tend to add a lot of support load and over the last 6 months I've actually put a huge amount of effort to deal with the majority of tickets within within an hour (there have been many exceptions, and I do sleep as well) but spending less time dealing with faucet abuse and people who lost their password on a faucet accounts definitely makes my life easier.

So really, the faucet's purpose is to allow people to try the game before they deposit, but it's not really an integral part of the game play =)

Have you ever thought of replacing the faucet with a "rainbot" in chat? It would get more users to use the chat, at times it can get a little silent.
