1241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the dice hype? on: February 08, 2016, 05:55:18 AM
To me it sounds dice sites need more turnover so they hire some posters to bring more attention to dice.
But also to sport ets. Most of the new topics are around sports betting and dice.

I don't think dice sites need to hire more posters; they need a way to make their dice site unique. There are tons of dice sites out there, why should users play at a certain dice site? You need to come up with a good concept; then you can hire posters to attract users to your site.

Along with the suggestions offered in this thread, try browsing the games and rounds subforum, there are many giveaways and deposit bonuses offered there by casino owners.
1244  Economy / Gambling / Re: Moneypot just took a huge loss? on: February 07, 2016, 04:25:29 AM
today i just went to see my moneypot and the drop is really very huge for me. it is gonna to take months to recover the losses.

I think "months" would very likely be an overstatement. In post #3, ndnhc posted that the investor profit was -27.3 btc on Jan 29. At this moment, the investor profit is only -19.0 btc. With this trend, the number could turn back positive in a month or so, but of course it could also receive another heavy blow. Tongue

And in the first 30 days, the site ended up like +28 BTC, so following that pattern, it should just be a couple weeks for breakeven.

I don't think we should be thinking in months, as it depends who and what amount they bet. Some whale could boost moneypot profit by a few bitcoins in less than a day if they are unlucky and bet a lot, but if no one bets a large sum of money, it could take many months to recover. It depends; investing is kind of like gambling, except of course, it is much safer.
1245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the dice hype? on: February 07, 2016, 04:09:19 AM
I think it so fast and furious for gambling.. independ on you have strategy or not Smiley... make a big money or lose all your money on one click => housing very like this.

There is no strategy in dice; it's a game purely based off luck. Whether you have strategy or not, you still may lose.
1246  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Google Voice Outside Of The US - Your Own Personal USA Phone Number! on: February 05, 2016, 04:33:49 PM

1247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the dice hype? on: February 04, 2016, 05:31:17 AM
I think it was the first game which was made provably fair and because of that it made it famous amongst BTC gamblers. When people lose on a game which is not provably fair they think they were cheated but when they can verify the results, it gives them sense of fairness.

I agree that dice was the first gambling game for bitcoins to be made popular, but I don't think that being provably fair is the main reason, as now if you want to run a successful casino, your games must be provably fair. Blackjack is provably fair, and so are many other games.

I personally prefer other games than dice, but I can see why a lot of people like it; it's easy to play, and it's suspenseful.
1248  Economy / Gambling / Re: paying someone to verify provably fair on: February 04, 2016, 05:26:32 AM
Try contacting keepinquiet, he's the one who found out 999dice's "provably fair" system wasn't actually provably fair.

He hasn't been active for a few days, but it's still worth a try.
1249  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Xapo faucets dying breed on: February 04, 2016, 05:24:36 AM
I have noticed a lot of Xapo faucets on my web page are dying or going in the red as i call it. Anyone know whats going on?

go here and take a look  http://bitcoinfaucetrelay.com

Faucetbox is the provider of chose nowadays for faucet owners, so there are still tons of faucets running, but most of them use Faucetbox, not Xapo.

Xapo used to have these promos for faucet owners if they used Xapo as their faucet payment provider, but I think don't they offer this anymore, which may be the case why there aren't many Xapo faucets. The ones that are dying perhaps have no funds, you can support your favorite faucets by checking out their advertisements once in a while.
1250  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: 2nd captcha for faucets ? on: February 04, 2016, 05:21:03 AM
The situation you're describing gets triggered when you've done too many captchas in a specific amount of time. Which is bullshit on their part, they should only do that if you get too many wrong.  They essentially punish you for something they should be rewarding you with.  Anyways, Recaptcha requires you to solve more than just 1 puzzle basically so it makes you complete another before moving on. You can either wait awhile and it will deescalate back in normal solving mode or you can logout of your google account and log into another and it reset pretty much.

Sometimes, bots are very fast in solving multiple captchas successfully, so this is a built in feature by google to prevent bots.

I wish we could make it easier for all faucet users, but unfortunately, due to the number of bots, these measures are necessary.
1251  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [New] Faucets list on: February 03, 2016, 04:34:12 AM
P.S. bots was banned last week, but limit is 1k satoshi/hour

How did you ban bots? Also, when I went to your site, my antivirus blocked some viruses from attacking. It might be a false alarm, but I think you should still look into it.
1252  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: DOGECOIN FAUCETS OR BITCOIN FAUCETS? on: February 03, 2016, 04:30:12 AM
I honestly think it's up to you; which cryptocurrency do you use more?

Bitcoin is definitely more widely accepted, but if you use dogecoin, go to dogecoin faucets. I personally like bitcoin faucets more, but I am biased as I only use bitcoin. However, I've found that bitcoin faucets pay more.
1253  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet exit scam? on: February 03, 2016, 04:25:53 AM
I've noticed a lot of delays in their service in the past few days as well. They do pay out, but it takes time. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. Perhaps you can bet at a different site for the time being, and come back to cloudbet after the issues are resolved.
1254  Other / Archival / Re: The Faucet Game - Slot's - Black Jack - Dice - Wheel Of Fortune - Plinko on: February 03, 2016, 04:20:31 AM
According to forum rules, you cannot create a thread solely for the purpose of promoting your referral link, even if you offer a non ref link. I suggest you lock this thread, or move this thread to the "archival" subforum.

Good luck with your blog!
1255  Economy / Gambling / Re: looking for a gambling site that is fair ? on: February 03, 2016, 04:16:56 AM
Try CoinRoyale, the site in my signature. It's a provably fair casino that's been around for a long time, and it offers many fun casino games.
1256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: February 03, 2016, 04:07:33 AM
for me the best way to stay away from gambling was running out of funds to gamble with. when you hit rock bottom, there is nowhere else left to go lower so you automatically will stop.

human's greed has no bottom. lose all your money? here, let me lend u some. see the problem? ppl won't simply stop easily, specially at high stage.

that is addiction, they can't escape gambling easily...and some of our pals are pushing us to gamble more...we can't resist it anymore, specially that part of gambling addiction is almost at its peak,..  Smiley only time and trouble could tell when it will stop.. so better control our selves while we can still..  Smiley

I think your friends should be more supportive and respectful of your decision to quit gambling. If your pals are pushing you to gamble more, maybe you should distance yourself from them for a while, so there isn't peer pressure.
1257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any advantages from gambling? on: February 03, 2016, 04:01:20 AM
Gambling can have advantages as well as disadvantages and that depends on how much you invest in it and if you play just in the demo mode, it will be much more beneficial. Experienced players can earn much more by predicting and following the tips of other players and if you learn the basics, you can gain more from the games.
Those users who have their strategy which they use in gambling websites can profit a lot from the games. Usually there are some gamblers who are very good at numbers and hence they can predict what the next number is going to be and for them only gambling has an advantage. Else there is no other advantage as the game becomes an addiction.
No one can predict what the next number/roll could be unless there is an insider giving him info about the seed's etc...It all depends on luck(and variance to an extent for dice).Every game is sort of addiction ,it's just how hard you take it.

Yes, the only professional gamblers who can predict things are sports betters, and even they cannot predict bets 100% all the time. Also, poker requires skill, so if you are really good, you can make some money with poker too.

However, there is no such thing as a gambler who can predict numbers. That's why you hear about professional poker players and professional sports betters, but no professional dice players as dice is unpredictable.

The bet of Cleveland-5 isnt lost. Its an Asian handicap so the money should be returned with no lost and no profit, because it was exactly 5 points spread.
For now the bet is pending. We will try another pick!

That's great to hear, a draw is always better than a loss. Hopefully the next one will be a solid win!

I dont know how to participate,am i need to send btc to the jar?pls explain and guide me further
Normally he posts his picks on the thread but he sometimes does a "jar". He will bet with the money in the jar (funded by anyone who wants to join) and take a cut when that person wants to withdraw. The jar is currently closed.

Yes, keep a lookout for a post from Carles; he will make a new jar post later on when this jar is finished with details of where to send your bitcoin, and how to play. Make sure you have the right address for the jar, as sometimes it might change.
1259  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Google Voice Outside Of The US - Your Own Personal USA Phone Number! on: February 03, 2016, 03:28:21 AM
Well, the anonymous phone number part seems like that's worth it all in itself.  I'll take one, please.  Just let me know where to send the bitcoins.  :-)

Celroc A

Great, I have sent you a PM.

Just received my account, and it's working perfectly.  Thank you very much, Superhitech.  A pleasure doing business with you :-)

Thanks for your great review!
1260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lets try to make 1.5 BTC from 0.013 profit: 0.35BTC **New Social Experiment** on: February 01, 2016, 04:35:17 AM
Great, the pick won! Looking good; let there be more wins to come!

Just one question, when we want to withdraw from the pot, do we just send you a PM? How do we withdraw?

If we win the next game, any participant can ask for his share with the profit. When you ask I make payment as son as I see the request.
Of course there is an option to continue and double the money, or lose it all Wink

That sounds good, is there an option to withdraw a certain amount of the profit? For example, if we make 0.1, we withdraw 0.02, (you take 30% from 0.02) and bet the remaining 0.08?
