1122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling or offline gambling at a casino ? on: March 16, 2016, 03:49:52 AM
Online gambling or offline gambling at a casino ? Or online live gambling ?? Which do you prefer and why ?
Personally i really should stay away from gambling unless im the house xP and to me offline gambling
seems the most dangerous and risky.

I dont really think that is matter whether to choose online or offline thing because this is depends on people how suitable they are playing. From my perspective I can say most people will play online gambling (including me) because it is easier to place the bet and you dont need to take times to go to casino. Btw if you want to be house you could do some investing in casino you will earn some too

Ive been thinking of investing in a casino, i wonder what the profits are like over a decent period of time.

It depends, I've invested once in a casino, it takes a while to profit. The bigger amount you invest, the faster your profits. but also the bigger risk you take. It's kinda like a safer way to gamble really. I did profit from my investment, but it took a while. Also, if the casino you invest in has a big bankroll, you'll have to invest a large amount to make decent profit.
1123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Video game gambling on: March 16, 2016, 03:22:16 AM
There actually is one PvP game: http://chopcoin.io/

However, it doesn't seem to have very many players on, so you might have to wait a while for a match.
1124  Economy / Gambling / Re: Block-Roulette - Bet on the next bitcoin block on: March 16, 2016, 03:20:04 AM
Cool site, I like the idea, however I have a few questions:

http://block-roulette.bit doesn't seem to work for me when I click on the link, however the other two links are working. You might want to look into this.

Are the croupiers real people, or bots?

I will play on this site, but I think that the confirmation thing will take a bit long IMO. Do you have any plans to maybe store funds on your site?
1125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest win with the smallest amount ever bet? on: March 16, 2016, 03:14:57 AM
Once, I bet 0.001 on moneypot, (now bustabit.com) and it reached the 12x multiplier and I cashed out, getting back 0.012. It's not too big of an amount as I didn't bet much to start with, but  I think a 12x multiplier is pretty good, and probably the biggest multiplier I've hit.
1126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling or offline gambling at a casino ? on: March 16, 2016, 03:11:33 AM
I prefer online gambling, as there is less of a house edge, and you can bet small amounts for fun. With bitcoin, you can bet small amounts like 0.001 while in a real casino, you might not be allowed to do this. Online gambling is faster and easier.
1127  Economy / Gambling / Re: Satoshidice fair or not ? on: March 16, 2016, 03:10:02 AM
Satoshimine seems a bit rigged to me, seems when u go all in you always lose, anyone else agree ?
Also i don't believe in this so called "provably fair" proof nonesense. Why does it make it fair ?
I think we will never know only the site owner will. Any thoughts ?

To add on to RHavar's explanation, if you want to go in-depth into the provably fair explanation, satoshi dice has a full explanation of their system here: https://www.satoshidice.com/provably-fair/
1128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loses and wins on: March 16, 2016, 03:07:01 AM
I haven't lost too much, as I bet small amounts for fun, I think I'm currently in profit of 0.01.

Any pointers or warnings ?

My advice is not to use martingale, as you will bust eventually. Do you like watching sports? If so, bet in a sportsbook as there is no house edge, and with skill, you can make profit.
1129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: March 15, 2016, 03:55:57 AM
You don't really need to bet all your money, and you should not drink until you pass out.

Well all thing you said can bring fort addiction on gambling addiction that can drain all your money if you always bet and even destroys relationship to your love ones

And drinking can cause alcoholism and in long term you do this it can cause sickness or cancer to your system.

actually drinking just a little amount daily is healthy and not harmful.
wiseman said: men without wine is like flag without wind.

If you can control your drinking it's fine, but alcohol is addictive. You might start with a little, then get addicted. As long as you can control yourself it's fine. It's similar to gambling, some people start off gambling for fun, but then become addicted. As long as you can control yourself, everything in moderation is good.

Yeah, moneypot has confirmed that they are undergoing maintenance. They seem to be back up now, but they say to expect delays.
1131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Traditional Gambling or Online Gambling? What's yours? on: March 15, 2016, 03:22:37 AM
I like to bet online, as there is less of a house edge, and you can bet small amounts for fun. Also, it's easier.
1132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: March 15, 2016, 03:21:35 AM
I think there are a sort of methods to gamble a bit safe if you ask me just play games that require less more luck.
Take Poker as a example you can really have a tactic for it and just do it with low bets indeed.

Online Poker is very risky if you don't know how to play and it's hard for people who have low bankroll. If you have big bankroll, i think poker can also be a safe methods to gamble.

While online poker is definitely hard to learn, just because you have a low bankroll doesn't mean it's harder, you just have to bet with lower amounts.

However, if poker isn't your thing, you can also try sports betting, which also doesn't have a house edge.
1133  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FaucetBOX.com Discussion on: March 15, 2016, 03:18:38 AM
Google has updated their captcha system, do we continue to use the old keys, or do we have to integrate anything new in the faucetbox script?

I am sure google will notify you if you must change your keys.
But what is the update about? I haven't heard about it yet.

I actually haven't read what the update does yet, but today I logged into my recaptcha account and instead of giving me a public key, it gave me some code. The old keys still work for now, but I'm wondering if faucetbox will update to accommodate this.
1134  Economy / Gambling / Re: Issue with Primedice on: March 15, 2016, 03:14:27 AM
looks like you just got hit by a nasty luck to me. that or your script got an error and made an insane losing bet which it didn't log. I mean look at that stats. -928BTC? really?

It's possible that OP's script didn't log the loss, but it also seems really weird that PrimeDice has never given OP a reply. What's keeping them? It's true that they serve many users on a daily basis, but they shouldn't leave a customer hanging like this, especially after an unexplained loss of multiple bitcoins.

There are many PrimeDice representatives on this forum, so hopefully you can get a satisfactory answer from them. Have you tried PM'ing some of them?
1135  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Google Voice Outside Of The US - Your Own Personal USA Phone Number! on: March 15, 2016, 03:07:09 AM
i remember back in days Gv was not working for pp verification

does it work now?

I've never tried it personally, but some clients have used it in the past and said it worked, however I'm not sure about now.
