1901  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The future of CBDC in gambling. on: March 22, 2023, 08:15:00 PM

If the casino is regulated we might see the ease of use of the CBDC wallets. There is no need for KYC because you already have KYC on it and they wouldn't need to verify things, they already know what you are doing.  CBDC might even send a direct message to your wallet congratulating you for winning a slot game. But I guess the budget allocated for gambling spending is also regularly monitored.
1902  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how will it be? on: March 22, 2023, 07:58:44 PM

I think we haven't reached the top of this spike, there may be a dip every time but it will still be fine in the long run. I speculate that the price may not go below 20k anymore but probably close to $22k. Just my analysis.

anyone can analyze the market but it's hard to really pinpoint a real price. What I can say is that you will get the highest return if you hold past the halving in 2024.
1903  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price is looking positive green on: March 22, 2023, 05:05:42 PM
The ups and downs of price can bring your feelings to extremes. One moment you may not like it for months some left the crypto market and when its bounces you wanna go all in once again.

Just make sure you got in at the right time and price because if you invest now while the price is 28,700, we are half an inch to the top, it might just drop heavy soon so its best to just wait until maybe next money for it could dip back to $25 or 26k.
1904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Game do you think is a Game of Chance or a Game of Skill? on: March 22, 2023, 04:54:35 PM
Slots as for me is a game with pure chances while poker and blackjack are strategic games where we could apply skills but there's no guarantee that if we apply skills, we'll always win over the house.
Luck still exists in all forms of gambling, especially in online casinos.
Having skills will be somehow an advantage but isn't reliable all the time. Our fate mostly still relies on luck.

Lucky existing in all games makes all in the list a game of chance. Like the lottery, slot is also like a game of luck. Even if users already know these, it didn't stop them from playing it. Anyway, if the game needs the player to know something about rules and which card beats the other means it really needs skills to beat the house.

OP only asks a question but has to insert different links in his post. This is quite odd.
1905  Economy / Economics / Re: White House - The Biden Administration thinks Economy is disturbed due to Crypto on: March 22, 2023, 04:36:59 PM
This is sure to make FEDNOW look good for the regular user while crypto is also bad. All leads going to CBDC including the collapse of banks.
This is a marketing article for that Fednow, I heard they are going to fully launch it this July. They really have to assassinate crypto for this CBDC or people will not use it.

Long Island Iced Tea changed its name to Long Blockchain for price pump is funny, I hope it worked though.
1906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: March 21, 2023, 05:59:13 PM

Getting your sentiment with that last statement, sometimes, that emotions leads us to failure and those who understand well on how to use artificial intelligence knew that with emotionless gambling/trading or anything that related to something that might affects our fears should not be used while you are into the kind of business.

Lesser risk if you allow your future goal to take place. As long as you are willing to take the risk and know how to wait till your set target will be hit, AI is useful on that kind of matter.

Well in part, as I have said in previous posts, they are things or tools that are currently available for trading, what happens is that people believe that when there is a tool or indicator it is to use it and win at once, that is something impossible, You have to have the corresponding analysis to know how to use the indicators or whatever you want, but the human analysis for me is still superior, in the game it is something else, there will always be the factor of randomness and that is what makes the difference, without However, I know that many AIs are specialized for trading and games, but it is not reliable, I would not recommend it.

For now, maybe Ais are not reliable yet. But there could be a time that its development will be working. There used to be just some codes for it but now there is the hardware that will execute what AIs are trying to do, it's continuous development.

It still that human analysis will also be used by AIs to predetermine outcomes so it's not at all AI starting to analyze from scratch. most likely they will be data from the bookies as well which that randomness will also exist.
1907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking advice needed on: March 21, 2023, 05:31:39 PM

The risk is that SEC has been announcing staking coins are security. Holding it for a very long time will be a huge loss when prices will eventually dip to what you don't expect.

Remember that in crypto a coin that has a value of more than $1000 in the bull market may only have a market price of $80 in the bear market. I think ETH is just an example. The good part I think is that institutional investors like staking coins as they all like yields.
I've always thought that if it's about stacking coins, it means that the coin has extra inflation, which can put pressure on the price. For example, someone who has a lot of coins has a higher percentage of stacking and gets more rewards, which he then sells. So if we are talking about a small project, not ETH or DOT, there is a risk that the price of the coin may drop a lot and never recover.

That's also true. Just imagine staking thousands of coins and then you earn more of it by just doing so. It wouldn't be surprising if the stakers just sell them no matter how low the price since they got the tokens easily and not thru mining.

Cardano is just one of the tokens that is POS. You can see how much its price right now compared to 2021. That's why it's best to just dump it and if you dumped it recently you could have earned more after getting BTC.
1908  Economy / Economics / Re: There is more to the regulation's aim on: March 21, 2023, 05:13:53 PM
I don't know if anyone is thinking the same thing, Banks are collapsing and they want to regulate crypto? How is this going to be possible? How can a corrupt system brings a transparent regulation to the crypto space? I think that this regulation is a FAD, the aim behind this regulation is not about saving mankind from crypto rug pulls, I think the plan is to squeeze the life out of crypto because of the attention its getting.

If anything needs regulation, it is CENTRALIZED EXCHANGES only.
Yeah, it's not the entire market that needs regulations but those centralized exchanges and services that can be said to be at their control. These banking system are nowhere to go and that's why they're looking for ways to bail out and to tell people that they're doing good even if it's visible in our naked eyes on what's actually is happening on them. Together with the government, they're helping each other trying to regulate crypto but in reality, they should be the one that must be monitored because of the scenarios and events that has shown to the world on how corrupt they are.

We have been waiting for regulations for a long time, and until today there is none. Generally, people who like to invest will not touch something that is not regulated because who knows that by the next few days, BTC could be banned. I suppose it's the fear by the many investors in the US who had so much trust in thier SEC that also wants to keep crypto dead.

While they are introducing FEDnow also, I guess the goal will also be to make FEDcoin look better than BTC.

1909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Josh Taylor vs Teofimo Lopez on: March 21, 2023, 04:35:22 PM
I was going through the individual stats and found Josh Taylor is still unbeaten. If I look back and check the fights of Teofimo I would say he is no where close to Taylor. I am not sure what made Teofimo challenge Taylor for a fight when he knows he cannot defeat him. It is still in the early stages as Taylor has not yet confirmed that he will fight. Ultimately he will accept the challenge and will also be able to defend his title.

Both are looking weak.
Lopez has weird records somehow he managed to beat Loma yet was also close to losing against Sandor. He still manages to capitalize on Loma's loss giving more fights with weird results. I wouldn't say he could win but with his luck, he might actually just kick Taylor for cherry-picking, and if that is the case it's Lopez fighting Cattrall.
1910  Economy / Economics / Re: Fed on brink of fifth(?) round of quantitative easing on: March 21, 2023, 04:11:23 PM
FDIC insurance has $128 billion in assets. The deposits less than $250,000 that they insure total $23.7 trillion. This means that 99.5% of deposits are uncovered. What happens when a couple more banks go under and the FDIC can't cover them? You guessed it! Money printer goes brrrrr!

There is always a simple solution for the government because they have mechanisms that can manage almost any situation. Printing money is the only thing that saves them at the moment, and they will do it regardless of what the implications are for ordinary people. I read that many, including Powell himself, knew what was happening in SVB even 1 year ago, but they did not do anything, as if it was more convenient for them to have what is happening today.

I don't want to get into any conspiracy theories, but I think that in high politics and business, nothing happens by chance. In that case, we have to ask ourselves what is the ultimate goal of everything that has been happening in the last 4-5 years?

That's what I have seen on a news recently that's why the VCs from Israel did withdraw thier money a week before the collapse.
The FED will pivot so they say when they sense something is broken and well, everything seems to be broken already.

Powell must have had the worse years of his life since e the time they started this QE. Reducing inflation is not an easy task when the government had already printed Trillions for people to lie down and get stimi.
1911  Economy / Economics / Re: Scarcity of money on: March 21, 2023, 03:54:02 PM
Why is there so much scarcity of money in different nations of the world, is there any crisis affecting UN's economy? People hardly meet up this days, the government has failed us, the banks are not working, companies and industries has reduced quality of products.

Is affecting so many countries in Africa, America and Europe, the rate of unemployment, insecurities and corruption is becoming alarming by day.

I hope we are save! The common masses are going through a lot in the street, is this kind of inflation era.
Why is money not in circulation please?

Which African country has scarcity? You generalize everything; you should have some statistical evidence to back up your explanation. My country has so much money in circulation that they are begging the public to return the money to commercial banks, which has affected the value of currencies. Because of this, they redesigned new notes to replace the old ones, and even with that, I don't think the scarcity is that great because the banks have the money, which has been shared between the rich men and the politicians, and we will see more cash before the end of the year.

That makes the value of your money less. It devalues your money because of QE. The more they are in circulation means the money had inflated already.

In some countries, the banks are limiting how much a person could withdraw. This is not because they don't have money but because the banks lent thier money to debtors for interest which they can't give depositors thier money back.
1912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how much money is considered as "invest only what you can afford to lose" on: March 20, 2023, 09:36:21 PM
One non losable point I can tell is that Halving will be next year which means the supply of BTC will once again be cut to half and every time this happens there will be a bull market. As of right now, there suppose to be no bull run but the market is reacting very well to the crisis. BTC must be going very high by the next year guaranteed with an event such as Halving. Having just $100 as an investment I think will still make you a considerable profit you use in these crazy times.

1914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 3 Reasons Why Cytpocurrency Gambling is more Addictive than Fiat Gambling! on: March 20, 2023, 04:28:14 PM

The ones only exposed to crypto I think will not try the fiat casino. Besides being loyal, crypto users I think are not willing to try.

Once you have swallowed the orange pill, you are already awaked and will just keep yourself awake. And then it's not just being addicted to Bitcoin casinos but also addicted to cryptocurrency.

1915  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dare to take such gamble? on: March 20, 2023, 03:27:21 PM
I can't believe bitcoin would reach 1 million USD in such a short amount of time, and I can't believe he actually placed that bet either.
I don't know what the purpose of him writing this kind of thing is. is it just a joke? this is not funny. gambling ? he better play on gambling sites. FOMO? very unreasonable.
what is clear is that I'm sure most people who see the writing don't believe in the writing either. and I also believe that he will not give the promised 2 million USD.

Part of me will believe BTC to be $1M actually. Maybe it will not be achieved in 90 days but longer like 10 years or so. It's just too fast that price will discourage people from buying BTC after it hit $500K.

If you watched the news these days about the banking crisis, it's getting worse where some economists are forecasting USD joining the Zimbabwe dollar. And this is besides countries dumping the dollar reserves. If this is all coming up together at once, hyperinflation comes.
1916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Placing bet on WWE on: March 20, 2023, 02:59:05 PM
Similar discussion some weeks ago. My opinion was that and it is still that I can not bet on fixed matches, almost everything about WWE is fixed.

If looking for such type of betting, I will go for boxing, the real matches.

I also remember a thread about this weeks ago. There must be a serious discussion about this somewhere and the WWE is coming up to compete the mainstream boxing and UFC.

What they should really be doing is turning the WWE into a real wrestling bout, not just the act but a real wrestling fight, and bringing the Dagestani Wrestlers and Indians Wrestlers. It's time for them to step up or grow up.

If Dana brought the slapping competition to become a sport why not this wrestling, right?
1917  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dare to take such gamble? on: March 19, 2023, 03:53:24 PM

Balaji is actually famous, I just learned from a youtube video just today that he seems to be an insider in finance. He seems very confident about what is going to happen so that's the thing that made him bet.

But the majority would definitely not agree with what he is saying. It's just too fast that it will happen in 90 days. It hasn't even hit $100K which was supposedly the target in 2021.
1918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Game-changing developments in the crypto industry on: March 19, 2023, 03:17:23 PM

So you want people to join a project that they are no knowledge of. They would be disappointed when they learn it's really not a game-changing project. We've seen enough promises from a team introducing some project that turns out a scam in the end.

I wouldn't be surprised about thousand of projects coming out these days hyping up because banks are collapsing and predictions of the soon supercycle.  But they are just riding the pump of the bull market.
1919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ChatGPT Outlines Potential Scenarios That Could Lead BTC To Hit $1M In 90 days on: March 19, 2023, 02:33:00 PM

90 days are just too abrupt for the market to sustain. But I love the idea that it would go that high so quickly.

Since the speculation involves USD also inflating, it's a wonder which currency are we going to use to hedge when BTC take a nosedive. It's something to prepare for because you wouldn't want to hold something where its value also plunging.
1920  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Can I post this ? on: March 19, 2023, 02:18:54 PM
The casino is a scam in which they added OP's country to the list of restricted countries for not paying him. That has been deliberately done to exclude him and then offer $2000. Seem the first time I heard of it yet. Normally they will accuse the user of multiple accounts or cheating and will conduct a 3rd party investigation.

He only needs to provide screenshots of his account and the emails to make it a real scam accusation against the casino.
