As freelancer who has lots of problem with traditional freelance websites, I am interested in your project, I have seen other people trying to build something like that but we still don't have good platform in crypto space that can really be alternative to traditional companies in this type of business. I think ATFS will working with third party companies, they will paid for these companies and they will give the cash for farmers. Or much better if they are going to be a third party system that will seek a contract with companies in local government. A car title might be needed but what will happen when a loaner can't pay? Don't they have any plan on seizing the car from its owner who failed to pay? But, somedays, it will be not anonymous and secure if someone hacks into the blockchain to expose your identity or store it for their need. It looks very horrible for a certificate of incorporation, the certificate looks like a very old certificate with little editing skill. well, those kind of cerfiticates can be also made with photoshop in 10 minutes. I dont say that this one is fake, but there are many skills in this certificate which aims to be a scam. Yeah, technology nowadays seems so easy to use especially doing something that scams people.
