So there you go. If you smoke and want to reduce your blood pressure then give up or try e-cigarettes like me.

You had me completely rooting for you until this stupid moment, it's always far healthier to quit entirely, e-cigarettes are just better for other people because your not blowing that nasty shit in their faces and stinknig up the place.

Any steps are better than no steps. GJ OP.

Thank you Smiley.

I tried to give up in the past using will power alone and have tried everything else available including patches and gum etc. and couldn't give up. The e-cigs are working for me right now and they are better than still smoking, its been 4 days now.

By the way we have to smoke outside public places here in the UK and I would never blow smoke in someones face. I agree though it does make everything stink. Now that my sense of taste and smell is coming back I absolutely hate the smell of cigarette smoke.

Make this:
juice of 2 big limones or 3 little limones in 2 liter of water (bottled mineral water) + juice of 7 cm of Ginger (make it with blender and filter it)

drink it in 24 Hours every Day,

post Your pressure and weight today and after 1 Month.

That would probably be good for detox Smiley.

I think we should all just start ignoring 'newbie' selling threads where a photo isn't posted with username and date to at least prove ownership. So many of them on here again lately and I'll bet they're all scams Angry.

Most websites/forums that have a "Market-Place" have strict requirements to even have access to that thread. Usually a post requirement or member requirement. These are some of the most laxed moderated forums iv'e ever seen in my life.

I agree, I think there should be a minimum requirement before being able to post in any of the marketplace sections.

Good for you.

I canīt stop smoking
I always buy some altcoin and just watching value at exchange. It is like one ciggarete after another.  Tongue

Ha ha I used to do the same, when you have an e-cig though you can puff on that instead and its not as bad for you Smiley.
1952  Other / Off-topic / Re: High blood pressure back to normal after 3 days of not smoking on: June 12, 2015, 07:40:58 AM
Good for you man! I've been trying to stop smoking now. Even bought an e-cig to help me out too but it broke down and now i'm back on smoking. My wife really don't like me smoking even an e-cig so I 'secretly' smoke while she's at work. I made a bet with a colleague of mine that if I could stop smoking within 9 days, he'll stop drinking for the rest of his life and I actually endured it but with the consequences of severe coughing which later turned out as heavy cough.

Not only 9 days but as time passes by, I didn't noticed but I already stopped smoking for a whole month which makes it awesome. I want to do it again. I know myself. I don't want to get myself into trouble and I'm still young. If I start my journey to stop smoking today, It would save me my life and money (as cigarettes are d*mn expensive). I'll start my journey tomorrow. I'll finish my last pack of cigarettes and get rid of it for good.

Give it another go mate I've tried before but have a different mindset now and am more determined than ever before, you can do it!

If you want to quit 100% smoking without trouble, look up the antidepressant Welbutrin. Seriously. It actually makes you repulsed by cigarettes or other addictive things you do. Here is how it works:

When you have an addiction, your body wants more and more Dopamine - this is what causes you to feel happy or satisfied. It is created by the nucleus accumbens in the brain. When you don't have dopamine coming in, you become depressed or go through withdrawal. People who suffer depression often have low dopamine levels and actually are more likely to fall into an addictive behavior. They go hand and hand often. One drug, welbutrin, is an unique form of antidepressant. The typical form of antidepressant, is an SSRI, which reups your serotonin, another thing that is related to happiness levels. Serotonin and Dopamine both are related to your satisfaction / happy levels. However, dopamine is related specifically to addictive behaviors. Welbutrin is the only antidepressant, and one of the few overall drugs in the world which raises dopamine instead of serotonin. Because your body has normal levels of dopamine now from the welbutrin, your body actually will not want more dopamine which would be for example created by smoking cigarettes if you are addicted to them. You actually will get headaches or feel awful if you smoke because of having TOO MUCH dopamine in your brain. Thus, it makes quitting A TON MORE effective. However, if you stop taking the drug and you ever try to smoke again, the addiction will come back just like before. After you've been on welbutrin for awhile, if you stop you might have small cravings here and there but find other ways to be happy as doctors recommmend anyways for people with depression.

If you are a smoker or someone with a bad addiction, I urge you to consider talking to your doctor about Welbutrin.

The above post is 100% legitimate and not spam / trolling or whatever. Do your own research but when it comes to medicine affecting the brain, I've had a lot of experience through friends and personal experiences that I know what I'm talking about.

Good luck.

Thanks for the advice I will definitely look into it Smiley.
