It is probably the last time C. Ronaldo plays in a world cup tournament. He must expect much to reach the final round and win the title. To be honest, I don't want the government to join BTC investment. They will use their power to influence BTC price movement.
Also, I can't imagine if many governments in the world are investing in BTC, they may use BTC as a political tool to achieve their own purpose.

Government can't regulate BTC, they only can regulate its legality, CEXs, or crypto taxes.

Yep, it is a brave effort. As I said, it is a great effort, too.
However, to make the effort achieves the target and doesn't stop very early, we need to know that the effort doesn't break the laws. I'm sure OP doesn't want to make useless efforts and it even makes a bad reputation for BTC on the society. So, besides ensuring that the bussiness is in the proper environment (where people are quite familiar with BTC), we also need to ensure that it doesn't break local regulation or laws.

Many people assume they win because of luck. But I think it is a subjective assumption.
Morocco defeated Belgium in the group stage, defeated Spain in the round of 16, and they defeated Portugal in the quarter-finals. We can say they are just lucky to win in 1 match. But winning in 3 matches from big teams, can't be said a luck factor. Morocco wins because they can play solidly as a team and they have a strong mentality.

It isn't impossible, but it is unlikely to happen because it seems too far from the current price. We know that Bitcoin never dropped instantly by a big percentage in a short time, it should drop gradually. The first period of bearish is almost over, the next year should be a better time for Bitcoin. It ideally increases to $17k+, not to drop to below $10k. We can predict BTC to increase deeper when we just begin the bearish season. But when it is in the middle of the bearish season, ideally the price to increase in the next few months. Portugal is clearly stronger than Morocco. So, we can assume that Portugal will win against Morocco, especially after an impressive performance of Portugal in the last match. Morocco could beat Spain, but don't forget that they beat Spain in the penalty shootout. Also, Spain isn't at their best squad, many of the players are young players with a lack experience of the international matches. While Portugal is in their best squad and their players are experienced players. That makes me also think the same as you, Portugal should be the winner in the upcoming match (Portugal vs Morocco).

Dalam pemikiran awam saya, tidak ada triggernya harga BTC bisa up 3x di tahun 2023. Kalau yang diyakini halving BTC sebagai trigger bullish dari cycle bullrun 4 tahunan, itu baru terjadi di tahun 2024. Kemungkinan naik 3x ada di tahun 2024-2025, cek lagi history ATH BTC dan kaitannya dengan halving.

Menurut logika awam kita, next ATH BTC kemungkinan masih di kisaran $100k. Tapi nyatanya kalau dihitung secara matematis berpotensi mencapai $200k seperti yang dijelaskan Om @Chikito di atas. Karena BTC ini volatilitasnya tinggi dan tidak ada yang mengatur batas ATH, semuanya mungkin saja terjadi. Cuman untuk lebih aman, jangan pasang harga sell semua BTC di harga yang terlalu muluk. Mending plan sell bertahap, jangan sampe gagal sell semua BTCnya karena terlalu yakin BTC bisa sampe $100k seperti rumor di periode bullrun sebelumnya. 

I am not really sure that I get your point. But if you mean about the global economic condition, it always brings an impact on crypto investment. Although the impact isn't for the long run, it can influence crypto trend temporarily. Sure, we are decentralized, we don't depend on any party. However, crypto investors can't separate their crypto investment from the situation in real life. Once there is a recession, investors must prefer to strengthen their savings. So, they may move some of their funds in crypto assets to fiats. Investors cannot ignore urgent/basic necessities, sometimes must prioritize them. In this situation, the demand for crypto purchasing may decrease. So, there is a possible decline in crypto market.

It is debatable when people think it is difficult to predict the result of the match Portugal vs Morocco.
For me, it is clear that Portugal has a bigger chance to win because Portugal has a better squad and they just played impressively. They even don't rely on Ronaldo anymore, they already have many top players. Gonçalo Ramos, Bruno Fernandes, João Félix, Rafael Leão, and Guerreiro seem to perform better than Ronaldo in the current world cup tournament. Just look at their stats!

In my opinion, Netherlands vs Argentina and England vs France are more difficult to predict. All of them are big teams and they have quality players in all lines (defense, midfield, attacking), also they performed well lately. I assume the winner of these matches are the teams that have better preparation and play more confidently.

However, the title makes some people mislead the point.
They may assume it is the way to get rich or to gain their wealth. Whereas it is actually the way to manage money, so we don't waste money on unnecessary things.

Well, I agree that to be rich, it is not enough by having a proper way in managing money only. The first thing to do is to make efforts that can gain big money, running a business is surely one of the ways. Sure, to be successful in a bussiness, it requires hard work, patience, commitment, and trust.

Being rich sometimes is about fortune, this is something you can't force into your life. However, making efforts is a must, we don't know the result if we don't do anything. Some people do hard work to be rich, but they still can't be rich people. But at least, we can improve a bit our economic level if we do hard efforts. I'm sure we must have progress (improvement) in our economic level although we still can't be called as "rich people".

Regarding taking risks to be rich, it is a part of efforts. Your friend does the right way, to get a big thing we must take risks. For example, we expect to gain big money from our investment. Have you checked the current BTC price? It is below $17k. Since we almost reach the second week of December, I doubt BTC price possibly achieves 19k-20k at the end of this year. I assume that BTC price probably increases to 17k-18k, or it drops again to $15k - $16k.
