 Just want to congratulate the Semux developers for their 1 year birthday anniversary! You have done an excellent job. In the one year Semux has not crashed a single time for me, nor have their been any serious bugs. This has been a top quality development. Semux BFT again is something flying a bit under the radar.. so far Ethereum continues to struggle to put in places its second tier BFT validators. Meanwhile, Semux already has it implemented flawlessly. I suspect the real way for BFT to shine is with cross chain operations. We are looking forward to seeing the mainnet release of Semux Smart Contracts.. Also very curious is you will be able to achieve anywhere near 5,000 txs per block! Is there a plan for a renewed marketing campaign on the tail of the smart contracts release in 2019?

Dero is an excellent project... very interested in the theory behind the dag structure and how it affects liveness. There must be a max depth at which point it won't accept duplicate blocks on the same height?

Then can you explain what happened to NEO when we have ETH ? to put it bluntly, we need something to trigger the mass. And smart contract is one of them, also do not forget the fact that Semux is not a fork and its source code came from java which is new for some people. it has a possibility to get pumped because of it, and semux has fast and good transaction system too. 5000 Tps which is 'quite' many compared to TRON or any major cryptocurrency. Look at the users. This is on the #2 coin that everybody knows, ETH. Nobody is using smart contracts. Also again, show me the 5000 TPS in action. Quit saying things without any proof to back it up. Obviously ETH is more well-known, but then you're not able to buy ETH early for $1.5 now are you? Dero is the first anonymous smart contract system and first scalable anonymous cryptocurrency. The price has consistently held well above $1 the last three days. While most other cryptocurrencies have been red, dero has been green. Most people get that this is an underpriced coin with a solid dev team, great tech and very good potential for upward price movement. Semux is not 5000 TPS, as widely misquoted, but 5000 txs per block. Block time is 30 sec, so that's 166 txs per sec. That is actually very good. A lot of project claim 5000 or 8000 or 10000 or "unlimited", but that's pure lies. Semux on the other hand has consistently given a real, truthful number of 5000 tx per block, which has been actually measured on the live network during the alpha testing phase. |

Ethereum uncles may receive a mining reward but are not added to the chain. In DERO "uncles" receive a mining reward but are also added to the blockDAG. Ethereum follows the longest chain rule and in theory is still susceptible to a 51% attack. In DERO all blocks are added to the blockDAG and any blocks with duplicate tx spends are removed preventing the typical 51% attack. Thanks! That clears it up. |

- dPOS consensus
I don't think Tron uses BFT and so it does not have transaction finality, which is the huge missing feature point. Semux wins on this point as it has tx finality after 1 confirmation. dPOS (which both Tron and Semux have) is OK, but only if you've got BFT and transaction finality does it really become significant. This isn't a feature Tron can add either. The network has to be developed from the ground up as a BFT system. Semux is miles ahead here. Semux also has the advantage on the decentralization. Semux has 100 active "delegates" whereas Tron only has 27 active "representatives". |

Semux's recent signature bounty is good, and interested investors can take an active part in it. The technical capability of the Semux project team is good, and it is worth looking forward to.
Indeed, Semux is a very promising altcoin. I bought some smeux in the OTC market earlier this year. Although the price has dropped, I have long been optimistic about semux. I think semux will reach $10 in 2 years. Semux is one of the few real projects going on right now. It doesn't yet have all the marketing hype, but that's part of the plan to get a wide and fair distribution to the "small guys"- everyone in semux will hopefully win big |
