According to your post history, you support every project in existence, and thus cannot read even the basics about them, eh?
From my history is quite clear that I do not support every project. I try only to support a project that is decentralized and trustless (have to draw line somewhere). It also should have something new or at least newish about it. Sometimes I do support a clone if the development team looks smart and fast... you never really know what a project can turn into. If the dev team drops clues of being smart and efficient, then that is a good sign there could be more in store. I thought my question was fairly reasonable, but let me rephrase. The lattice, what type of confirmation time is possible? I guess it doesn't have blocks, so there will be something else? How does your lattice achieve consensus? I don't think these questions are covered, least in much detail yet. Happy new year. |

Hi. Your project sounds interesting. How does it compare to RaiBlocks? Are you able to overcome the security issues and lack of decentralization found there?
Bitlattice is not comparable to RaiBlocks or any other block chain solution. As to the structure of Bitlattice, it will not be based on block chain at all, rather on its own platform, the Bitlattice. It will be a lattice structure of nodes with a metric distance between each node. The use of metrics enable shortest vector problem. In the Bitlattice there will be fully encrypted entities that will decide over the state of the bitlattice nodes. Thanks. How does one obtain bitlattice coins in order to support the project? Do we have any news if this coin will be added on other exchanges such as HitBTC? I would like to see this on other exchanges that are easy to use and has good user interfaces. Any good news as far as exchanges are concerned?
Why do you refer to HitBTC? Arent there a lot of other exchanges who have a better reputation and more volume than HitBTC? Just curious that you mention HitBTC and not Binance, KuCoin, Poloniex and a lot other new super exchanges^^ Umm. I don't even see this in hitbtc. I'd be happy to explain any questions you may have. What's the thing about ownership of a phyiscal asset? That's where the value of the DAG Ledger comes from. Each physical asset you hold in real life will be given it's own ledger (similar to how RaiBlocks ledger system works), which will store that asset's Unique Identifying Key, along with other data points hashed out in the creation of the item. So, say you buy a car from BMW. BMW will have a ledger created at the formation of the car, which will list the true owner of the vehicle (BMW). Once the chain confirms your transaction (using Paper tokens), there will be a new block created under the car's ledger showing the transfer of ownership. How can you make linking physical assets to a ledger decentralized and trustless? |

Are there really only "3 primary miners, 6 secondary miners, and 6 bench miners"? That doesn't sound like much!
@xibeijan - Yes thats a total of 15 miners for the initial IoT chain. But you can fork a different chain with more miners. The consensus is set at 5/9 but is configurable and can be 8/9 for a bank-grade chain. Point is you need to balance the mining cost with practical usage. Our initial chain would be better than anything that DApps use today (AWS, state channels, etc.) in terms of security and cost. Can it support thousands of miners? What do you mean by fork? |
