21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops and Bounties useful? on: October 09, 2018, 10:01:23 AM
Are Airdrops and Bounties really leading to a successful coin? There are so many out there this time.
Or are they mostly shitcoins, disappear or using your emails for phishing?
Have you ever participate to one with high profit? How long was wait for that?
I think most of them are just bullshit and time wasting and not worth putting some effort in.

Yes, those airdrops are good to get and joined because you can get tokens easily and then hold it to gain profit. Bounties is more useful than airdrop but you need to work on bounty like signature campaign, social media campaign, translation campaigns. If you hard work for sure you will get a lot of tokens.

Yes, you will earned a lot of crypto if you just keep on working here in bitcoin forum as what you have mentioned. But you make sure you joined such a bounty that are legit because nowadays there's a lot of ICO scam and we dont let it be promoted and don't our effort to be done with nothing.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Did bounty hunters really get token for free? on: October 09, 2018, 09:34:29 AM
I have been seeing a lot of post saying bounty hunters are getting stake for free, on some thread I read where some people are accusing hunter of dumping their token because they get if for free and this got me thinking......

Did hunters really get this token for free??

Working 3-6 months and using your hard earn money to pay for data on a project as a hunter trying to make someone else project successful, is that really a free stuff??

As a developer, if you meet an advertising company to help you advertise your project will they accept your shit coin from you??

If you employed and pay the salaries at the end of the month, did your employee got the money for free or will you still monitor the way they decided to spend their salaries??

So why all this people are saying bounty hunters are getting their token for free??

Its not for free mate, since you did your task like doing postings by wearing signature in such a bounty campaign. And you will get reward by time the campaign will success and earn money when it will put on a exchanges.
23  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop Panic Trading! on: October 09, 2018, 08:59:02 AM
If a truth trading is a very risky venture and you cannot make money if you think you will not lose and all your trading are going to be positive is not going to work out very well.  Therefore you should not invest into cryptocurrencies if you cannot control yourself emotional.

I guess you will experience that emotional trading in your first time in crypto, but after that and you also do search more knowledge has been gathered. I guess by your next attempt in execute trading in cryptocurrency you will not get panic.
24  Economy / Economics / Re: Starting With Nothing in Bitcoin on: October 09, 2018, 08:35:09 AM
I do not understand the meaning of nothing.Do you mean no knowledge in cryptovurrency or no knowledge that the person did not have .well with time the person gets to understand certain things in cryptocirrency or have money to invest too.
What is our mate trying to say is of course starts with no money or no investment i guess,.knowledge is been there enough if we started to be a part on this crypto society, and just do some research to improve more of your skills and abilities.,here in bitcoin if we put hardwork,I know in time we can have a good investment and be possitive.

I am also started with nothing here in bitcoin forum. While gathering more knowledge about crypto, especially in bitcoin, I 've been ranked up as well. Then joined in signature campaign and earning bitcoin weekly according to my rank. In that time it was my first earning in bitcoin and now I'm still active where as participaring in bounties or signature if any.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My sweet and bitter experience about bitcoin on: October 09, 2018, 08:13:30 AM
this is what they talk about all the time. emotional trading has not led to anything good yet, so I can tell you that if you decide to trade, you need to turn off all your emotions, otherwise you just lose your entire deposit

Yeah, you're right mate, but we cannot blame those newbie if that they would felts by their first time they face trading on crypto. If they got mistake, its ok atleast they try and charge to its experience. In the next time they will point some mistake and makw it right.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunters Dump Always? on: October 04, 2018, 09:23:12 AM
Do all bounty hunters dump Cryptos after they get paid?

I believe this is not a fair assessment as a lot has to do with the crypto project itself.

Its a matter of perspective really, not all bounty hunters have the same experience or motive, some people just need an opportunity to get crypto for projects that are very difficult to get in the token sales, Example is Ncash tokens of Nucleus.Vision the project has a 1 million USD budget and it is still above ICO price even in the bear market.

Additionally some projects treat bought hunters badly which will not encourage them to stick around for much longer after they get their tokens.

I believe tokens or coins getting dumped by bounty hunters depends a lot on the project itself.

We cannot blame those bounty hunters if they dump their tokens after they received it from a bounty success because they've a right to do it. And I guess it doesn't really affect the market because they're only 1 or 2% allocation in a bounty campaign.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 100 usd enough to start trading ? on: October 04, 2018, 08:56:54 AM
I have 110 $ ...witch crypto is best to start trading with a small amount as 100 $ actually i'm in etherium ... i see a verry small progress .. is there another crypto more profitable and faster with 100 $ ?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Rather than investing for long term, i think trading will be the best solution to earn money in a short period of time. I see some positive outlook about ripple and i believe this is the best time to trade this coin, buy low sell high idea should be applied, have you tried trading in it? Just trade the high volume transactions coin rather than low volume and better to focus on the lowest price of coin.

For me, I think short term method is not a good Idea for a newbie in crypto to start an Investment here in cryptocurrency. Better for him to gather first some knowledgeable article that may used him to point out whats really needs to do, to play safe trading in crypto.
28  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to get rid of emotions when trading on: October 04, 2018, 08:31:04 AM
Even those things won't eliminate emotions for 100% but they probably may have a positive effect, thank you for these tips.
This is something very closely associated to the human nature and majority of the people who gets emotional are the ones with low knowledge. In my opinion, the concept of just business cycle is enough to keep the emotions out of the business. This endorse the recovery of the market after if falls.

So if an investor knows about this phenomenon, he would never panic or get emotional. This is a very important thing to survive in the market and avoid loss in the same time.

Panic occurs when someone invest in some coins or in a ICOs without knowing it in the first place. So they dont know why the value of it will drop or high. And when its deeply decreases it value all of a sudden, they started to panic selling.
29  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the all countries convert to cryptocurrency? on: October 03, 2018, 09:21:01 PM
In near future, digital money will overwhelm traditional money and governments are in progress to adopt regulations in order to comply with recent developments. By doing this, sending and receiving funds will become very fast and easy. It is going to lead to a growth in businesses and make life easier. We’ll see a cashless society.

Will this digital money be a cryptocurrency or not? It is too early to see which one will suppress the market. I think, crypto's will be in use and there will be a digital fiat money.
You're right because the world technology is evolving and this changes is part of the evolutionary. On these days some countries already adopt cashless society together with using cryptocurrency and time will come it all countries will have it.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I went bankrupt when I joined in cryptocurrency on: October 03, 2018, 09:18:28 AM
First, this is not my story, this is a story that a couple, their happiness may be shattered when the husband invests in cryptocurrency and now he is in danger of losing all the money he has invested. And this is the whole story told by the husband
"In early 2017, I went out with a bunch of friends and heard about a new investment field, cryptocurrency, and at that moment, the field seemed not to be a trend, so I just laughed and ignored it. However, as you know, the storm came in August and October of 2017, the news and media constantly talk about the strong growth and terrible price of bitcoin and of course, I've heard a lot of people become millionaires in that time. Although I have been very careful and understand that high profits will come with high risk but over time, the curiosity and the constant news attacked me, which made me plunge into investment.

And a series of tragedies began to take place from here, in the first stage, I was still very careful and calculating, not greedy but this job is really too much pressure, the market situation makes me tense and tired. In addition, the news and people constantly gave me confidence and made me hope the price of bitcoin increased to $50k and because of that, I decided not to sell anything and then as everyone knows, the market has begun to decline in 2018. Again, I continue to comfort and encourage myself, everything will be fine, I'm still profitable, bitcoin will increase again, so I searched the bottom of the bitcoin and started throwing money into the altcoin and holding on to the long term.

And life is not a dream, the price of the whole market fell, bitcoin almost touched 6k and the common mentality of everyone, seeking restoration and light of hope. I became a short-term trader but with the horror of the market, my capital began to become smaller and smaller, until one day, I almost lost everything, mental breakdown, depressed mood and depression, a very inhibitory emotion, all created something very chaotic, often arguing with my wife unreasonably."

And here is my comment on this story, never think you can become a millionaire in this market when you are just another prey of the other, whales always create beautiful scenery and pictures of the future, that is not true. Play with passion, instead of playing with greed and everything we have, accumulate more experience and absolutely should not give up the main job.

What is your opinion of this story?

Well, nice experience for a couple even they fell into their Investment here crypto atleast they learn that greedy is not effective for Investment, play with passion is the right to do and point out some mistake to won't let do it again. And never surrender no matter what and be patience by holding bitcoin.
31  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading or mining? on: September 30, 2018, 10:19:05 PM

Just had a chat with my friend on setting up mining in my farm house. He advised and suggested more to invest in crypto currencies then investing and spending time in mining. What you guys would suggest me of. Or shall i start with small investment on mining from house with rigs attached to system i have in my house and start a farm house once experienced or do not get into mining? Suggest me dudes.

Its a big opportunity to you mate to have a enough lot to start with mining. In my part if I could only have enough funds and facilities, I already had now  mining. But I think you can both mining and Investing in crypto if you wanted to, as long as you have enough to manage it.
32  Economy / Economics / Re: Asians are the most bitcoin holders in the world. on: September 30, 2018, 09:56:25 PM
bitcoin was born in Asia and the majority of users are also Asians. Is it true that the majority of bitcoin holders are Asians. anyone can tell me

I really doubt this topic because I read some post in bitcoin discussion that it was somehwere in the continent of America and also it was stated there that the creator also live in their. So therefore I concluded this both story are just a rumor, in just my own perception.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GOOD NEWS!!! South Korea on BITCOIN on: September 30, 2018, 09:30:55 PM
Is this really ??  good news for the crypto world. Now governments Know the benefits of cryptocurrencies and They will allow crypto I'm pretty sure. Korea will be the first

I guess not,  there were few countries already adopted bitcoin such as Japan and I guess Korea seems found that bitcoin really good for business investment, since this is cannot be regulated by the government.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that the HODL approach is good bitcoin? on: September 28, 2018, 09:07:52 AM
Do you think that the HODL approach is good bitcoin?
Sometimes I think that because so many people HODL it makes is easier for some big players to manipulate the price.

I wonder what the community think about it.
I personally HODL for almost a year, I made some money and lost some money, But generally, I'm positive about the long run. I'm just curious about the fact that maybe we are the one who make it possible for big companies to influence the price in such an easy way

I don't ever care for those who suspecting big whales manipulatung the price of bitcoin, I'm still believein bitcoin by holding it in long time because if you just look back to its history you can see that its value increase in every year passed by.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Mew safe now?? on: September 28, 2018, 08:35:37 AM
Huh damnit i wanted to sell my vibe tokens, but to afraid to log in...  Angry

How can i know if its safe. Can a page be exactly the same as a phising site? I bookmarked it  half a year ago. Can a bookmarked site allways be trusted or what?

Before, my MEW wallet have been hacked in the time when I joined verime bounty campaign who managed by atriz. I don't know why and its only happen by that moment, my only thought was atriz had a connection by those hacker. And except that moment, I am still using MEW wallet in safe, without any trouble.
36  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daily trading or Holding Cryptocurrency for long time on: September 28, 2018, 08:10:48 AM
Considering the present market situation, which one will be more benefiting whether Daily trading or holding cryptocurrency for long time? Please let me know.

I think it will depend on your situation and on the coins you are currently holding. Daily trading is more risky if you are not prepared for it. You need enough knowledge, skills and experience to become successful in daily trading. Good trading strategies is also needed to become successful trader. Holding a coin for a long time is for those who had to time trade and it is more profitable because all you had to do is to wait for the price  of your cryptocurrencies to go up. If you have enough patience for long term holding then you can surely earn significant profits inthe end.

I heard some people says that the more risk involved in a investment the more profitable it is, so I guess this is might the answer for the question of the OP,  but I noticed who execute In daily trading you always have stressed and pressure by monitoring your coin that did invested. So for me, I much prefer by holding it in long term, since i dont have enough time and ofcourse, I don't have enough skill ti proceed daily trading method.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you learn from crypto market on: September 27, 2018, 10:11:42 PM

38  Economy / Economics / Re: Why I am quitting ICO's on: September 27, 2018, 08:24:39 AM
I decided to quit ICO's. From December till now I invested about 5 eth into several ICO's. Invest what you can miss, this is what was able to miss.

Right now the first few of my ICO's have reached the exchanges. Most are under performing, but this is related to the overall dip (can be read everywhere). I understand, but ICO token economics have changed also.

  • massive hardcaps
  • most is sold in pre-sale to big investors, leaving scraps for crowdsale
  • much attention to marketing, less to working product or realistic time lines
  • immediately available on EtherDelta and IDEX, sure sign of little interest in token economics/future
  • no lock on pre-sale tokens, whales take their x2, x3 or x-whatever as soon as possible (I would probably have done the same). Prices drop to below ICO price.
  • too many ICO's without distinctive differences.
  • too many ICO's in general
  • too much tokens reserved for team/marketing
  • many ICO's don't even have a crowdsale anymore (which perhaps is a good thing as the little investors are protected this way)
  • ICO prizes are quite high. 1eth = 1000/4000 tokens is pretty common, but with a hc of 40 million, this will not easily go x10 or more.

I was 'unlucky' to miss out on a few ICO's besides the ones I was able to participate in. Afterwards I am glad, since I was able to pick most up at a fraction of the ICO price.

Important as ever: DYOR as not all ICO's have a genuine solution to a genuine problem. Some may seem like a fantastic solution, but often it is marketing combined with a strong team, and not so much a great working product.

And who am I? I am definitely a nobody Tongue, but still wanted to share my experiences and perhaps save people from thinking of getting on board of the next x100 ICO Smiley

p.s. when a Telegram has over 20k subscribers all screaming 'when lambo' with endless rows of animated gifs, you may also wonder if this is a serious block chain solution which will revolutionize 'x' Smiley

If these thing would you encounter by Investing in an ICO projects, Theres no one wouldn't be discourage by Investing again in such an ICO, but despite all that scenario if you really has a long patience. You will never be surrendered instead you find another projects that has a unique feature that don't have in your previous ICO Investment before.
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: High risk results to high rewards on: September 27, 2018, 08:00:02 AM
that means most Americans prefer to take risks
then what is the difference between this investment and gambling?
gambling also has risks and the same scheme as bitcoin investment, if you predict the price of bitcoin then a gambler will also predict the cards that the enemy has
Well i believe that that it depends upon our luck. Sometimes we can really earn big on crypto if we are going to take a high risk. But I believe that high risk can also make a big loss if we are not lucky and get lose. So we w need to make a equal transaction and we need to invest or maybe trade a minimum amount that we can afford to lose.

Yeah, as what was mentioned of the OP, if we look for high profits  we should be ready for the risk of it, jist like when you invest in bitcoin. You knew already how volatile it is and unpredictable profits, but we still invest because of its potential to rise and rise its value which look like more than than gold in a instant.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I currently have 5 ETH. I should buy an ICO on: September 26, 2018, 10:42:40 AM

I currently have 5 ETH. I should buy an ICO. I need advice from you. please give me a list of trusted ico

On these days, theres a lot of ICO  launching and some of them were scam, so I guess this is not the rIght time to invest on an ICO projects. Unless if you've some criteria to choose which one has a good and reliaible ICO projects.
