I see that beta release is planned for July 2018.Do you plan some kind of giveaway for most active participants?
Do you know if it will be open beta? They can only get benefit out of it being open beta, especially if the do a giwavey for the most active users. That can cost less than having in-house testing. And you get testers that are not so close to the project and can see some things in a different perspective. That is very useful sometimes - you can see what a regular person would do. We are definitely going to have an open beta....it will be good to keep filling the job board with actual candidates and get their feedback along the way. |

I like this project. Everything is designed perfectly, efficiently compiled by WP. If the command is all the goals set for themselves, then, of course, the project will be successful.

Where do you plan to start your operation, any region in particular?
I think someone from the team mentioned North America as starting point. Yes, their team manager or someone did say that they would like to start with the US. Yes, the US/NA market is the beginning focus, and then we will look to expand from there. |

Soft Cap goal is 5,000ETH Hard Cap goal is 25,000ETH This is doable. But will those goals change with the constant market shifts? No, these goals are set and will not shift with the changes in the market. |

They have to adjust it to compensate for the fluctuation of the market. Caerus management will have the right to change the retail price, based off of market conditions. Since this is a premium product, we are looking at pricing it as a premium service. As of now, each Caerus Token will be retailed at $33 per token. We do not anticipate changing this price for the foreseeable future. So price of the platinum service will be $33 ,right? Platinum service will cost 1 CAER for an individual, per month and 3 CAER for a corporate recruiter, per month. In order to ensure that there is some price stability and continuity within the competitive landscape for retail users, we will peg it to the dollar for now. Down the road, this may change. |

Are you going to launch application worldwide,or you will focus on some region for the beginning,and then later on move on?
I can see it perforning much better on a global scale. More competent employees ti choose from with various skills. I agree that this option gives you kore flexibility and I don't see why they shouldn't go global. Initially, we will start with the USA. After the initial testing and market validation, we will look to go global. |

Once an email is received by job seekers, then these individuals can choose as to whether they would like to respond back to this recruiter, and reveal their full identity to continue the job seeking conversation. Because the job seeker has the ability to put more information on the platform that is pertinent to whether they are an ideal fit for a job, it will dramatically reduce the time and headaches involved in interviewing and selecting a candidate for an open position. It's good that you have the option of a monthly subscription as most recruiters do have one month usually to find someone for a certain job. But how will you offer the employers a good platform if, for example, you don't have enough job seekers? That's the goal of the TGE....We plan to use the vast majority of the revenue for marketing and sales. Populating the site with job seekers is very important and an aggressive marketing campaign will be key to do so. We are also considering a bounty campaign that would incentivise individuals to upload their information to the platform. |

The service, as it's currently designed, will only accept Caerus Tokens Do you think it'll attract customers and employers to work or hire for only 1 alt? Employer will pay fees for depositing money and "Job Seeker" will pay fees for withdrawing money. Parts of Caerus are devoted towards free usage, and then there are parts that are devoted to Platinum services. The free services (including anonymously uploading job search criteria, completing the Career Driver Compass, and searching for ideal candidates/employers) require no tokens. In order to connect with each other, it will require an upgrade to a Platinum Membership, which will require a monthly fee of Caerus Tokens (1 Token per individual, per month and 3 Tokens per corporate recruiter, per month). This model is designed to benefit the individuals looking for new employment, as it does not cost anything for them to put their information on the platform and be found by corporate recruiters looking to hire them. Furthermore, with the inclusion of the Career Driver Compass, they will also got an added benefit of its insights to use in their daily working life. |

I'd say that the amount of people working is somewhat constant, but people actively looking for new employment and not staying attached to one line of work is definitely on the rise. Yes,workforce is getting more and more mobile,so these kind of platforms are definitely needed. It could really prove useful for far-away employment. I would imagine companies could use it for off-site subcontractor hiring. I think it could be used for any type of hiring. There are so many types of employment around these days it's hard to keep track. I would agree with all of your comments, and that is the ultimate vision of Caerus. There are a lot of different scenarios where Caerus can improve the ability of an employer to connect with a potential employee/contractor. |

Very promissing project! I hoping this will be successful.
if they manage to make it happen with all the facilities that will facilitate many people even be a solution in the future big expectations are more to the project team's performance because for sure support Caerus will get it I wonder if the project has some serious business investors (like companies who would like to use the platform). Few good partnerships with some big hiring companies would help for sure,to give that needed push at the beginning. If even one big company would use this sofware it would be an enormous reference. True, partnership with one big company will be enough to open door for the rest of them.So lets hope for some big partnership. I hope they have the connections to do it, because it's really hard to get big names on board even if you have a good product. The Caerus team (Core + Advisors) have spent the majority of our careers working with Senior HR leaders, as well as, C Level executives of many of the biggest companies in the world, across multiple industries. We know their pain points, and we have trusted relationships with key decision makers. This is a huge resource saver for them, and generating large, enterprise agreements will be a key part of our business development strategy. So you're saying you have direct feedback from some big companies? I doubt this project would be started if they didn't have some connections to those companies that might use this platform. And the fact that they gathered all that info from years of HR experience should bring us, the users, a better platform. Might be entirely possible that they have some silent partner behind them,giving them support.But even if they dont have them at the moment,project looks good enough to attract those big names in the future. Nothing wrong with that. It can help the project get that initial push and give users a reassurance that quality is behind it. Sometimes good projects fail if they don't have someone that can put the on their shoulders so to say. Yes it just gives the community trust to the project. So it is a huge marketing tool.
