21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you have to take risks. on: February 12, 2019, 02:40:44 PM
Yes, you are right. Every business has its own risks and as we all know, life itself even risks, and knows the business knows success.
These are two benefits of taking risks in my opinion.
1. Taking it quickly makes you stand out and show your confidence.
That is the best way to get people to stop and see you as a leader, as someone to be reckoned with. The most successful start ups are run by people who will never be "ok" with the status quo. Having knowledge combined with self-confidence makes you shine.

2. Risk taking can teach us new lessons that we don't miss.
Taking risks gives us invaluable opportunities to grow. It's nice to take risks, and if they don't succeed the first time, take what you have learned and take other risks. You only learn when taking risks and really learning what will make you successful. Nothing is impossible.

Yeah, we must take risks, but they should be calculated. You should weight every single outcome of your decision and be ready for the best as well as the worst. Without this kind of conscious approach you can't make successful decisions in a long term.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Organized crime in bounties... on: February 12, 2019, 02:36:05 PM
It's a crypto money area and there is no regulation. It's quite obvious outcome for such environment and conditions. Hopefully there will be some improvements with a new STO period.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum back in number 2 on: February 11, 2019, 05:46:54 PM
Cryptocurrencies by Market Capitalization

Watchlist
#   Name                               Market Cap                        Price
1   Bitcoin Bitcoin                 $64,043,936,392              $3,653.57
2   Ethereum Ethereum        $12,648,375,055              $120.84
3   XRP XRP                          $12,495,364,776             $0.304404

Yeah, it's back to the second place, but the ETH position is still very unstable. I guess XRP and ETH will divide the second place between each other for a long time. But perhaps TON will take 2nd place after the release, we'll see.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is not a get rich quick scheme but you can get rich if you provide value on: February 10, 2019, 12:41:31 PM
Crypto is the future, it's complicated and jam-packed with huge amount of technical stuff, so if we want to benefit from it we must learn crypto tech, TA and fundamental analysis. We should be ready to the new crypto era when it actually comes.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Mew safe now?? on: February 10, 2019, 12:32:20 PM
I wonder why so many people DON'T use hardware wallets? You would be much calmer once you have some)) You won't be asking if some wallet is legit or not every single time. Just spend 100$ and buy ledger or trezor - it's worth it!
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An ERC 20 Stable Coin on: February 10, 2019, 12:16:43 PM
Stable coins have been on the rise for some time now and there are different stable coins now compared to when it was just USDT.

Now here is the problem, why is there no USD based stable coin that can be saved in the normal ERC 20 compatible wallets.

If there is one, please mention it and if there isn't, what do you think about the possibility of one been introduced.

Wait a moment, I don't know nonERC20 stablecoin except tether. PAX, TUSD, USDC, GUSD - they all erc20 tokens, so you can store them like any other erc20 tokens.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether vs True USD? on: February 10, 2019, 12:13:22 PM
I don't trust this two but if I should pick one of them, It would be definitely Tether. Tether is first of its kind. And it was usefull for bear market.

After USDT one by one many coins has came. TUSD, PAX, Gemini USDC... Why we need that? Tether was enough.
No, we need more stablecoin in this market to make the market more competitive and make it more stable. Just like we were too dependent on USDT and its price was easily

Same thoughts about Tether, but I disagree with you about the rest part about stablecoins. To me we need as many stablecoins as possible for diversification. We can't be sure at any of them, so it would be reasonable to have them all to reduce risks.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is that GREEN? BTC BULL RUN V2019? on: February 09, 2019, 08:34:14 AM
Howdy Folks!
This is what we are in a need of, a green color!
Today was a good day for btc, profits are nice..
But, what do you think? will this last?
Is this the Bull Run?
Honestly, the crypto market needed a good event like this one so that peoples could think again about crypto, imho, i think that some whales are back to the game ground. Otherwise, that move might make people Fomo'in and there will be bigger dumps.. Be wise guys!
*Share your thoughts*

Any green movement is considered like a bull run here at the bear market. I think it's a bit silly. We have fallen for many months in a row and a little correction just must happen one day. It doesn't mean the bull run has begun at all.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Short-term or long-term investment? on: February 07, 2019, 09:09:40 PM
I want to invest with $ 2000, and I will choose 5 altcoins. Maybe one of them is Cardano. Is the short term more likely to gain profit or vice versa with the long term? Thank you.

Of course long term investments will bring much higher reward in relation to short or middle term. The main question is do you have enough patience and good exit strategy to make long term investments?
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why are most bounties managed by New accounts? on: February 07, 2019, 09:06:12 PM
I have realized most of the bounties here are being managed by New account with copper membership... Is it that they know their projects are scam so they are afraid to get red trust on their old accounts?.
Why do you think they do that

Some of them are not so long in the crypto area and don't have money to pay for bounty management. And yeah, some of them are scam and don't want to receive red trust. It's not that bad indicator to look for.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your take on the current market dwindling? on: February 06, 2019, 10:46:11 AM
Are you still optimistic that Cryptocurrencies price will soar again? Share your view.
For me, i am addicted to Blockchain/Cryptocuurecy ideology.

I'm extremely positive on crypto in a long term and slightly negative in a short term. I expect a little bit lower price level to get a reversal of the market. There must be a wick on weekly time frame to get the chance to reverse a price momentum to positive.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you participate in crowdfunding? on: February 06, 2019, 10:37:19 AM
Is your main idea to support the project or just to make profit from the bonuses and go your way?
No one, investors and traders alike, is a Saint in this aspect. We are all here for the profit and gain from what ICO we venture into. And also in my experience, I have learn not to fall in love too much with any project. It's cool to support projects and at the same time be ready to dump at the sight of dip.

Frankly speaking investments are always about money and getting reward for risks you have. So I participate in crowdfunding mostly (95%) because of reward. This is my main incentive just like for every professional investor around.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to invest to have pasive income on: February 06, 2019, 10:31:50 AM
See https://masternodes.online/

It's a list of masternodes but not everything there are trusted. The big ones like Dash and Pivx are my choice but the amount of invested needed is quite high. You can also look to Zcoin.

I should warn you. Before you dive into the world of masternode projects with ROI>300% the first thing you must strongly do is to check out the graveyard of masternodes. Sort the list by ROI and check every single project with ROI>300% AND long history AND the price of node < 10$. There is no sence in masternode project if it doesn't make profit even to pay for VPS. And don't take ROI too close to your heart - it calculates exclusively in tokens and their prices tend to drop almost to zero in BTC/USD. It's a worst version of casino where you will always lose.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Zuckerberg talking about blockchain on: February 01, 2019, 01:59:48 PM
It seems like the FB founder has nothing but positive things to say about blockchain technology.

There are rumours going around that he will release a cryptocurrency for use on WhatsApp, but given the privacy and censorship concerns over FB, I can't see many people going for it.

https://cryptomenow.com/mark-zuckerberg-believes-strongly-in-the-power-of-decentralization-and-blockchain/

What else can he say about blockchain except positive thoughts? And let's guess why does he say exactly this right now? Maybe the market is going to drop deeper and whales need hamsters to sell crypto to them now before the fall?

PS
I'm so tired with different FUD... Many people act just like sheeps and there is nothing can change their hamsters nature. The fundamentals become stronger day by day, the infrastructure grows and become better. Why the heck do we listen mass media at all. There are only 5% of true and useful news and we should be able to filter them if we want to earn at this market.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I wanted to know if there is a hodler right here? on: February 01, 2019, 01:49:20 PM
I don't think that hodl concept is good enough. Smart investors will never hodl any asset whatever. It's a very stupid strategy during the obvious bear market IMO. What's the point to do so mindlessly?
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you short cryptocurrencies? on: February 01, 2019, 01:44:00 PM
Nethertheless today we have a few exchanges with margin trading which allow shorts and provide leverage (like bitmex or bitfinex),  but I don't use them. I convert crypto to stablecoins or fiat when I expect the falling. First - I'm not a professional trader... and the second - I don't like to be owed anything to some third party.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad Time ? on: February 01, 2019, 01:37:59 PM
Is it a bad time that i joined now , recently here in cryptoworld? When i visit to market, all i can see is red graph

The market is still in downtrend, so don't be sad about the short term. The market will turn around and take off sooner or later. In my opinion the next halvening can easily become a runway for the next bull run. Be patient. Now is a great time to get in.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC SHOULD BE STOPPED FOR BOUNTY HUNTERS on: February 01, 2019, 01:34:06 PM
What is KYC? It means knowing your customer. In KYC some requirements are required such as: Full Name, Residence address, Citizenship, Birth date, Photo of government issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, ID card),
Social Security number or Tax Identification, Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Photo of bank card .

I honestly think kyc should be stopped for bounty hunters, reason being that we are not buying the token of the project ,rather we are rendering services  to create awareness for the project. Which ought to be paid for.

In another view, if a bounty hunter has to go through KYC ,then it should be at the start of the bounty, during registration, if accepted or passed, then you go on with the bounty.

I did a bounty which i passed, and earned some amount of the token, but i failed kyc and my effort was gone just like that, after rendering my services to them by promoting the project. I got really pained.

This is just an example of what is happening.

What do you all really think about kyc for bounty hunters?

I hate when bounty campaign requires KYC after the campaign has already ended up. I just go nuts about it. Moreover KYC means that some crappy project collects a lot of personal documents, which can easily be leaked, sold or whatever. There is no guarantee on safety or privacy, it's just a gambling.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XEM team scam peoples for millions of dollars on: February 01, 2019, 01:28:15 PM
this is confirmed informations about the XEM scam
In binance more then 1000BTC worth of XEM dumped and more then 100BTC dumped on polo
XEM team start dumping the supply and scam peoples for millions of dollars exit from XEM shit before it fall more
XEM fall from 1400 satoshi to 1100 satoshi in less then 24 hours i think XEM will fall to 500 satoshi or less in the few next days

It's just FUD, nothing more. Every single mass media scream aloud that NEM has fired all employees, NEM is a scam. It's not even close to the real situation. First of all NEM is not a NEM Foundation. Plus they've just rearranged the structure, made it more compact and product oriented.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Grin Coin : Not just a new currency in the list. on: January 31, 2019, 12:12:11 PM
GRIN is a very interesting crypto for the whole blockchain area, because mimblewimble protocol introduces many innovative aspects. It doesn't fit well for investments due to its inflation aspects, but there is no doubt it's very promising for secure payments.
