Ich Grätsche mal rein Hamburg! Aber ansässige! Winheller habe ich angerufen aber die haben anscheinend nur einen Briefkasten in Hamburg... Beratung über Skype kommt mir unseriös vor für 300+ die Stunde. HH +1 wäre super. Aber persönliche Gespräche müssen schon möglich sein. Wann haben Steuerberater eigentlich "am wenigsten" zu tun. Ich denke um diese Zeit brummt der Laden weil viele jetzt gerne ihre Steuern machen wollen. Aber so im Juli-September sollte dann doch etwas machbar sein. Oder denkt ihr da anders ? Problem ist doch die abgabefrist im mai. Denke mal der Steuerberater muss vorher die Verlängerung der Frist beantragen. Möchte am besten eh bis ende des Jahres abwarten nis zur Abgabe... |

Soweit ich das mitbekommen habe musst du eine Steuererklärung machen und das finanzamt stellt dann aufgrund der Jahresfrist die Steierfreiheit fest, aber die Feststellung obligt dem Amt! Entschuldigung, aber das ist Schwachsinn. Die Steuerfreiheit ist ganz klar geregelt im § 23 EStG. Da gibt es keine entscheidungsfreiheit des FA. Wenn du die Spekulationsfristen eingehalten hast, ist der Gewinn nicht Steuerpflichtig und hat in der Anlage SO auch nichts zu suchen. Warum? Nach dem Gesetz kein steuerlicher Vorgang. Daher auch keine Angabe nötig ! ABER: Im Falle der Nachfrage der steuerfahndung muss das logisch nachweisbar sein woher das geld kommt. Also dokumentieren muss man es und nachhaltig ablegen. Wenn das dann nicht wasserdicht ist wird es wohl Ärger geben. Wobei ich denke es gibt meist nur die Möglichkeit der eigenbelege, wenn es um altcoin trading geht. Einige sagen dass sie es daher beim fa angeben um es als Nachweis zu haben. Das ist echt ein Thema für sich. Ich werde dieses Jahr auf jeden Fall einen Steuerberater zu Rate ziehen. |

Ich habe mein Finanzamt angeschrieben und allgemeine Fragen zur Besteuerung von Cryptowährungen gestellt. Die Antwort deckt sich auch soweit mit den Infos hier im Thread und im Netz nur steht in dem Schreiben noch folgender Satz:
"Veräußerungsgewinne entstehen nicht mit Abschluss des Veräußerungsgeschäfts, sondern mit tatsächlichem Zufluss, also Gewinnrealisierung"
Der Satz ist mir nicht klar, da nach meiner Meinung ja die Gewinne mit dem Abschluss (Verkauf?) eines Veräußerungsgeschäft entstehen.
Wie interpretiert Ihr den Satz? Ist mit "tatsächlichem Zufluss" auscashen gemeint?

Just to make sure - und vllt. sollten wir das grundsätzlich als Eingangsinfo zu Infos einführen: Bezieht sich diese Antwort auf Österreich oder Deutschland? Ich meine nämlich, dass sich das Steuerrecht beider Länder an genau der Stelle unterscheidet... Ja, sorry. Bezieht sich auf Deutschland. Ich hab beim FA nochmal nachgehakt. They made it look good... Do you guys think they ship hard at the line, so nobody is able to sue them? I mean they claim to be American company... Is there no way to inform SEC and firce payback of the ico? This is 100% tactics to try keep the people calm...
