21  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe in match fixing? on: May 24, 2024, 03:40:10 PM
I do believe on it but there's a catch. It doesn't happen mostly on the bigger leagues and you'd see them often goes on with the smaller leagues or with the unpopular ones. They're prone to match fixing and that's why if you ever want to avoid them, you need to choose the sports and leagues that you want to bet because you'll never know, that small league that you're going to play YOLO and bet on them is already a rigged match. But here are just our opinions and we don't have proof but gut feels of most of us says that it does happen.

In most cases, we will only hear rumours. Even if some of them are true, no one can give a solid evidence that the match is being fixed. Also, if you are very familiar with the performance of the athletes inside the field, you will have your gut feel if they are really under the spell of match fixing.

In bigger leagues, it is hard to arrange this as a lot of people are focused on them, and people will see if there will be change of movement of that athlete. They will see it clear if people are closely following them.

It is possible, but of course, once you get caught and you are part of the officials there's a higher chance there's a sanction with your actions could be terminated, or disqualified depending on the organisation of the event, actually not even in the sports OP mentioned but also in other sports that have a large names and titles will get fighting for the winners, actions can easily notice by the viewers they are supporting each other teams with their bias and they can easily smell something suspicious if there's any happening during the game.
22  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling bad to the society? on: May 24, 2024, 03:01:49 PM
The gambling industry just offers entertainment and satisfaction to the players now it's up to the players if they get addicted in playing and lose a lot of money because that's how gambling works, the casino offers a chance of winnings too but a small percentage of players of course its their business. In terms of society, they are acting one of the businesses so they need to pay taxes too and because of the number of earnings they have the larger the tax they need to pay and what most taxes will go of course to the development of the community.
23  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Lotto Winner Takes Time To Claim Their Rewards, What's The Point? on: May 24, 2024, 02:19:57 PM
It seems you are getting overthinking too much, the lotto outlet doesn't care at all who is the original bettor of the ticket as long as they have the winning combination they are the one who considered as the ticket winner now it's up to them if they will use those to help you if they are relatives or not let's accept the fact once they see a large amount of money and base on your statement you are in an unconscious state you cant fight back at all. I don't see any sense why you need to take so long to hold the ticket number most of the winners are excited to claim their rewards.

27  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can soccer players collaborate with gamblers to help them win there bet? on: May 24, 2024, 12:38:27 PM
In the professional scene theres lot of pro players make a gambling with their games is most of those are in breach to their contracts because there's a possibility that they will throw the game, have an intention to make a move just to satisfy their wager, I've seen this a lot in e-sports betting tons of player gets sanctions, banned and other penalties base on observation of the people and the management itself so they get caught easily. Players might not focus with the game instead their goal to win their bets. Its like they are just playing and commit those actions reason just to win their wages.

30  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why trading and not something else? on: May 23, 2024, 11:46:57 PM
I'm not a professional trader but of course I have experience on doing futures trading. let's accept the fact that most us want to earn extra income and if you have time you can make trade as your part time but before you can achieve this earning you must need to invest too atleast with the knowledge, skills and experience those are your keys to gain profit. Not all the time there's a winning moment in trading there's still as lose but again you are a trader risk is there but you can do is to lessen it.
In this era if you are not rich enough doing a single job doesn't sustain you at all.
31  Economy / Economics / Re: Leadership and Economics on: May 23, 2024, 02:06:22 PM
To become a successful community or economy you need to have a good leader, who leads to having a good trade with another country, can manage the peace between other country, and makes good decisions that make the economy more growth and people do not suffer in life. But if you face corrupt people in the government sure you can't see a good thing will happen in your community. First-hand experience with our country people face the same issue by generations until now there's no changes, people in my country easily deceived by those promises after they get the position they focus in themselves not for the people.
32  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How you trade in uncertain times? on: May 23, 2024, 01:40:28 PM
In trading you must need to know what are the current market situation next is what are the possible move of the market with the help of the technical indicator, and signals you can easily manage the risk if the position you are keeping an eye is ideal to trade or ideal to skip, not all market movement is ideal to make a trade if you are not sure better prepare for more clearer possible movement. Unless you are willing to take a risk with unsure information with the chart.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No risk no gain on: May 22, 2024, 03:02:22 PM
I guess its better if you make your own money, seems those money came from your brother of course he will use his hard-earned money to other things he needs, you keep pushing and now regrets to make an investment in bitcoin, if those number of days you seek another source of income so you don't need to beg to invest instead you will make a risk at your own. Also, base on your statement you have 50% to invest with and if you held those until now seems you already gained profit. Like other people who doubt the use of the bitcoin they are now regrets upon checking the price of the BTC today.

If you are an investor or trade you will always grab the opportunity when the market dumps but of course with the proper execution of the signals and analysis not all the time dip is already the bottom sometimes there's a follow-up on it so position where to buy is a must. Also if you are looking forward to the long-term goal of the bitcoin you can now make at least not the dip but also take the ride with the market hype and volatility and take profit once it gets satisfied with your unrealized pnl.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are banks against cryptocurrency? on: May 22, 2024, 01:23:24 PM
The bitcoin was built for a reason satoshi want to become decentralized and give an option to the people if they want to get regulated with their money or not. Banks regulate your money even you called this as your money its not because you don't have full control of it, once you make a deposit its already their money that has a limit with the withdrawals that you cant get all of your money instantly and takes a lot of process and documentations but in bitcoin you can freely use your money anywhere and anytime you want. Banks don't usually store your money only instead they are using your money to lend to other people with interest and still you have your money with just a small APY.
