582  Economy / Economics / Re: Passion for skills. on: January 27, 2024, 11:23:06 AM
People have different skills and talents the problem is they don't pay too much attention to this or don't have a chance to improve and they shift to other things that become more convenient to them, this mostly happens to people just to adapt with the things around them and sustain what they have, even they want to pursue those passion you don't have a choice but to agree but to the people who have the opportunity congrats to them because they keep doing what the things they love and they want. But today if you think you don't have a talent you must adopt it or else you will feel apart from others instead of getting confident you are doubting yourself.
583  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Island in the Philippines, Have you ever been there? on: January 27, 2024, 11:08:58 AM
Im in the Philippines but I cant still afford to get right there not financially of course other things matter, if this is widely accepted in their place and sure it will attract the people and travellers who are using crypto as their investment and of course, most of them have their device comes with that they can pay easily, I didn't see this kind of feature they are offering in the news, upon checking in the youtube right now there are a lot of tourists posted their thoughts with the BTC in Boracay and i guess its a good advertisement and attraction to the supporter of bitcoins too but did they already support other coins because market sometimes getting congested.
584  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Share Your Thoughts on the Recent Crypto Price Drop on: January 27, 2024, 09:34:29 AM
I have already a testing with this uptrend because we know always happens in every halving the market price drop and based on the history of the chart of the BTC this price is just temporary and based on my expectations I'm right so most of my accumulating coins are just already pulled out and trade into stable coin USDT specifically so I'm waiting again for the real price drop after this if there's any, else Ill make another retest with the market to make sure my plot in the market is right and if goods all well position must be settled ofcourse every movement we take profit.
585  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Unofficial Gcash Thread/ Discussion on: January 26, 2024, 02:10:56 PM
~~

Itong bagong feature ni gcash is maganda talaga para sa mga talagang totoong na scam poossible ma balik yung pera nila pero ayun nga parang loophole din ito sa features nila kasi paano pag yung mga loko loko yung mga gumawa nag bayad kuno sila pero dahil sa feature nito pwede mabalik yung pera nila syempre yung talagang nag business is maapektuhan dahil sa mga ito, kaya sana may another layer ng security for identification like if sa store to make it refund yung funds na scam talaga is dapat may parang another proof pa ewan ko lang paano gagawin nila dito yun lang naman sa part ko yung ayaw ko sa feature nayan.
Nangyari dito yan sa Kapitbahay kong may Gcash outlet , dahil sa features na to eh  may nag cash out sa kanya ng 5k so na confirm na ang transaction and umalis na yong customer pero nagulat nalang sya nung nabawi ng sender yong sinend na 5k sa kanya kaya mula now mga tindahan at gcash outlet dito eh hindi na tatanggap ng naka gprotect dahil sa perwisyong dulot nito , tingin ko dapat baguhin eto gcash or else dapat gawan nila ng takip ang butas na to kasi mababawasan talaga ang magiging transaction nila dahil ang hirap ng maisahan , at dito na papasok ang Maya na lumalakas na din now.

Until now wala pa din akong nakikitang move ni Gcash with this kind of feature nila kaya if mag papayment man ako dapat bank transfer or cash lang dapat kasi dahil dito nakakatakot lalo pag usapang 5 digits na, ang alternatives ko dito is pag gamit ng Maya tsaka mas marami silang feature than this Gcash perspective ko lang naman ito. If matutunan ng mga mang gogoyo lalo itong feature sure di na tanggap ng cashout at cash in and mga small businesses.
586  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving effect on: January 26, 2024, 01:41:02 PM
Halving happens almost every three years and in those years you experience a lot with the market if you know that history repeats itself you will not let surpass this upcoming halving without a take-home profit of yours, this coming pump is just a mini pump before the halving comes that's the time we will feel the true ATH if the bitcoin will beat its last price, still there's a lot of things might happen this upcoming months so could prepare for the dump or skyrocket this bull run.
587  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best time to buy BTC NOW? on: January 26, 2024, 12:08:45 PM
Dont follow the rumours make seek the information at yourself we don't trust anymore with the hoax because those are just possible fake manipulations of the market, I recommend learning how to analyze the current situation of Bitcoin, the current news and update, even though you don't have good knowledge in trading at least you know the updates for possible market pressure of buy and sell, but if you have some time to analyze the market with the help if indicators and TA you don't need to ask anymore when is the right time to buy you can now buy and sell seems like you are looking for a long term holding. Invest to yourself too so you don't need to become dependent to other people with your money.
588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If satoshi shows he has still controll of all of his coins what would happen ? on: January 26, 2024, 11:39:44 AM
If this happens it depends on what kind of move he will take, if he transfer only a large amount of asset into other wallet nothing much will happen but if he want to buy or sell more BTC that's the time people want to grab the opportunity to make profit with the market, but this moves makes a huge possible impact to the people like he sell a large amount of BTC for sure not only the people but establishment related and supported with the bitcoin will affect on it. I guess he make a transactions but not quite that affect most of us.
589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can a social or casual good guesser make better gambling prediction carrier? on: January 25, 2024, 01:59:14 PM
The given information is just based on observations so you can make a wild guess and it's part of gambling but not considered as gambling if you want to make gambling you must need to consider the outcome of the game by having statistics and probability to winning the game. Those consist of data and information but those you've given are just a speculation that still can be true or guess the right answer without the analytics. Reason why gambling can be good to the blessed people with have a high IQ for calculating the odds of winning.
590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another question? Tell me your average amount per bet and your monthly income? on: January 25, 2024, 01:17:37 PM
Theres no designated amount to the minimum bet it's the player's personal preferences regarding how much they will use to wage, capital and when they will play, if you are a responsible gambler you will make your self have limitations to those things but if you don't care to the money at all and have a good amount of money go and play until you can manage. In monthly there's no fix like the same if you have a work, its depends on the number of games and winnings you've made through out the game, losses are still counted but at the end of the day we are counting the profit not the games.
591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: They know the truth but they don't want to accept it, publicly on: January 25, 2024, 12:39:45 PM
Because taking money away from gambling simply makes the game not worth playing.
Will you still participate if money is not involved? Many people will easily quit if all casinos are to be turned into no-money games, isn't it?

It depends on how to treat gambling, people gamble because they want to have fun's gambling real purpose is, to give entertainment to the players, but few of them treat gambling as one of the possible sources of income because in just a single game you can hit a hundred or thousand multiplier that's why they take it more seriously, but if you are just a casual gambler want to have fun without having the bet i guess still ideal to you to play a game without money involve just pure fun. Money is just additional to make the game more spicy.
592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 25, 2024, 11:54:21 AM
Chelsea has been very volatile this season and so who knows what to expect from this game as in a single game any team can be motivated to play like this is their last chance to win something this season and for Chelsea this is more true than ever.

Liverpool on the other hand are having a great season this year and their attackers are in great shape too, meaning most likely they will win this game and win their first trophy for the season.Anything can happen yet I don't think Liverpool will underestimate Chelsea so a big surprise result can happen.
However, there is no reason for Liverpool to try to underestimate Chelsea, if they do then maybe it will bring something bad for them.
It is true that Chelsea are currently erratic, they are not showing something that can be expected. But even so that does not mean they cannot surprise at any time, they are also currently on a winning streak, it can be their capital to be able to increase their morale when dealing with the top of the standings, Liverpool.
Chelsea have to play an away game, it might be a pressure beyond the technical game.

With this bet its quite hard to predict because both teams are good and Chelsea only loses in Middlesbrough it takes over 37 minutes before Hackney makes the goal but again we saw how to make a comeback they made a 6:1 score to make revenge to them, I guess this game will close with the 2:1 or just 1:0, both teams know how to play aggressive too but those are the top teams who always goals more than 2 scores last matches. But this match ill go with Liverpool.
593  Economy / Gambling / Re: 👑 CoinRoyale.com - Original Bitcoin Casino | Trusted Since 2013 ✔️ on: January 25, 2024, 11:40:58 AM
Hello bitcointalk friends...
👑🔧
Due to planned maintenance, CoinRoyale will be offline Wednesday, January 24 from 9am EST to 1pm EST.
Thank you for the announcement of the platform maintenance.
I discover one thing, at your landing page, at the bottom, there is an Icon "Bitcoin accepted here". It seems the Bitcoin logo is not a formal one, because the strike is horizontal not vertical.
Do CoinRoyale team think of changing this a little bit?
Bitcoin promotional graphics.

Ive seen this too before and upon checking its fix I guess the people who came across the platform might experience this too, also this

I tried to reload the website again or if it still not I guess ctrl + f5 for reloading the web page, after that it fixed all and works well now.

596  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: January 24, 2024, 11:33:23 AM

598  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I become a professional trader? on: January 24, 2024, 10:34:00 AM
The journey in trading takes a lot of time and discussion making, people start from zero knowledge or just a small piece of it throughout the time's research, what are the ideal indicators, candles and strategies you can test all out now with the help of trading view or other platform supporting make a paper trade so you can practice your skills but of course it's different if you are using real money the commitment is right there because there's money at risk on the table, failure is part of this because you cannot learn from your mistakes and most of the traders does not have a successful trade as always. Experience and knowledge is the best key to become professional trader, me as a trader with some experience i know to my self I'm not yet a professional but i know how i can survive the market.
599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do they managed ? on: January 23, 2024, 12:49:35 PM
Companies or organizations accepting bitcoin knows already the possible chance of loss due to market volatility, seems like they are exchanging immediately those assets into fiat or stable coins to make sure to their net income is still good while supporting BTC as a payment method, and still, people have the option to accept another form of payment but still people need to consider the markets activity imagine you make a transaction with the BTC to buy items and still there's no confirmation at least but you already sent the funds it takes a lot of time consumes possible to get the item you bought and to get paid in the counter due to market congested.
600  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 1st and 2nd version on: January 23, 2024, 12:35:37 PM
How do we search for the earliest versions and wallets associated with BTC?  We're any of them passcoded or were all of them private 🔑?  If I could find my earlier wallets, I'm sure I could "login" into them.  There is one problem though with this.

Wallet has its passcodes so to open this wallet you make sure you have still this seed phases, another thing is if you might have like you are saying careful to the people around you saying they will offer a service they can recover your asset.

Coinbase has blocked users in my state.  I didn't spend much time on BTC in the grand scheme of my life.

Coinbase is an exchange so make sure you are using a platform legal to operate in your country. I guess you are wondering if you make an investment while the BTC is not much known in that time.
