681  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: IMPORTANT! Always check your Seed twice. on: January 05, 2024, 02:23:10 PM
In my daily routine, I always check my account's security, updates, notifications etc. just to make sure all things are safe now, even small details that you can overlook will now risk your information or even the asset.

I wrote words in the wrong order before and at first glance it looked right.  Next time I had to restore my Seed from my paper, it said it was wrong.  I got desperate for days, until I tried to swap the word with the previous and luckily it did work for me.

Those days we want to make sure our wallets are safe we think of shuffling the words but let's be true most of us don't have the full capability to remember the things we made after weeks or months so i guess this idea could ruin yourself. I guess not only the seed but also the device we are using even though we say it's safe its different if you have another layer of security on it to prevent getting compromised most likely with the hot wallets, but if you are in cold wallets, natural occurrence is most likely your enemy.
682  Other / Meta / Re: Why do some campaign members posting essay? on: January 05, 2024, 01:24:15 PM
To express their ideas, and suggestions and base them on their experience.
If you think sharing information that benefits people who read this and takes a lot of text or words to fulfil their questions they dont hesitate to give a lot of their knowledge to help other members of the community. Its your free will to give information that's the forums for. But make sure the contents are related to the discussion some posts have tons of words and tl;dr but doesn't related to the topic just their benefit is to post to be counted on their signature campaigns. Make it clear and understandable i guess its enough to prevent having a long post.
di naman natin alam kabayan kung before the date ng blocking eh wala pa ding court order? malay natin na inaasikaso na din ng SEC regarding this and besides legalities eh gobyerno ang kausap considering na ang Binance have operated in the philippines for how many years now yet not complying sa requirements ng gobyerno natin? i think that is more than enough reason para gawin ng SEC ang nararapat.

684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Martingale betting system on: January 04, 2024, 12:00:18 PM
This strategy i guess one of my worst mistake when I gamble way back years, i tend to keep doing this strategy to get back my losses instead i make my money vanish in just double the bet and lose the game, I tried this multiple times before but i guess this strategy doesn't fit to my gambling habit. Instead i keep sticking with the same bet all the time and wait to hit a good jackpot.

Also to many this martingale system seems simple but to me it seems very difficult due to lack of knowledge. I want to be clear first of all, what is this martingale system? Please explain me martingale system in simple way.

Martingale is a strategy of trying to double your bet after you lose it's a high-risk reward strategy if you win you gain your loss like getting back again in 1:1 if you lose you make it triple your loss 0:3 ratio it is just for the people who want to have a quick game.
685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on underdog by choosing a favorite spread to increase the odds. on: January 04, 2024, 11:32:27 AM
I keep doing this all the time when I know the odds are really good we call this YOLO betting the meaning of it is you only live once, so you take a risk with the higher odds of course before doing this I know the potential of the team will play on this match, of course with the higher odds you can bet a small amount and being dependent on it, unlike with the potential winner of the game even you bet a large amount just a small percentage of return, sports game is one of the unpredictable game because of the will of the player or the team any thing can happen and make the table turns in just one mistake.
686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never gamble in front of your kids. on: January 04, 2024, 11:14:47 AM
That's why it's better when our children are young; we'll educate them about gambling, what the pros and cons of it are when people try it, and at their young age, explain that it's not for children and it's not good.
Yes, that method is also good, even if we hide it no matter how hard we try, children will definitely learn from their friends at school or see someone gambling outside the house, I think the most correct way is to explain the dangers of gambling for underage children, I'm sure they will respond and capture what we are talking about in detail so they don't have time to find out what's out there about gambling.

Gambling is very dangerous for underage children because I often see underage children near my house playing slot games, how can they make deposits and play on their cell phone applications to play slots, I'm worried that will also happen to my children so I should explained the dangers of gambling to my children and they responded well because until now they were never interested in asking about gambling.

That is a correct approach - giving explanation. Btw, easiest way to make kid not doing something is to not focus on that itself. If someone is afraid that the kid will get addicted from watching you gamble, so you try hiding act of gambling - stop focusing on that. If kid sees your show little interest, he wont get much curious. Why hiding act of gambling is stupid or we should not pay much attention to never gambling in front of kids - they will learn it from friends, school, YouTube. They will learn gambling without parents even knowing. So the best way to minimize possible negative consequences - let them be already prepared for that.

At a very young age, with and very innocent brain they think all of the things that surround them will be normal to them so it's really ideal to spereate your child when you want to do your gambling habit so they don't think it normal and nothing risk at all. It's responsibility of parents to guide their children whats the wrong and good side of life so they can grow knowledgeably with their assistance, still they can gamble but at the designated age that they can afford and earnings with their hard work. Like what others say it's all about the tree on the output of the fruit.

Congratulations to player 👑 saxoshi 👑 who made a late day charge to take home 🏆 1st Place in the Final Round of this year's Casino Festivus Tournament!

Thank you to all participants... stay tuned for more exciting Tournaments to come!

Congrats to the winner!
I saw @Bitinity make a mistake in the last round and not completing the wagering requirements, I guess you bet all in on your last play? you only need 3mbtc wagered to qualify very unfortunate mate. @CR_Anders does this mean there will be a new tournament? tell us the clue and schedule Grin

I started the last round late, 4 hours before the event ended if I remember it correctly. Was spending my time more with family in vacation, so I just played blindly but too bad lose all my balance before completing the wager requirement when the there was only less than an hour for the last round. Actually I can make a deposit to complete it but I always stick to my plan, once I lose my balance = stop no matter what is the result. However I still made profit here from the 1st and 2nd round, not big but enough to spend it for vacation lol.

I thought Bitinity would try to catch it up since I saw them in the last check in the top 4, well still have a balance on your game very well played. Let's wait for the CoinRoyale's another event.

Good day players,

For a while our game [HOLD]👑 CoinRoyale.com | Man United vs Wigan Athletic ⚽ 09 January will be on hold waiting for the update.

Thank you.

691  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin - Contentment / Addiction on: January 03, 2024, 12:57:31 PM
At what degree of Bitcoin accumulation is one said to be contented, if keep wanting can it be termed addiction

People think once you commit in cryptocurrency you must at least have a BTC but no just a portion of it is just enough with your dream as starting point.

Becoming a Bitcoin owner is one of the sweetest achievements a person will want.
In other to purchase this Bitcoin it is either we deploy strategies in getting it, might be by Dcaing or buying wholesomely from the DIP.

I want to know if their is any point at which a person can say I have reach and get contented in owning Bitcoin? A point where the person lacks Contentment and keep on pressing to acquire more Bitcoin is It said as being addicted?

Both strategies are ideal, if you have extra money why not take those for your investment, and also have a budget when the market dips, like currently the Bitcoin ETF another possible decline that the market price of the BTC drop again with the testing or support range of 30k. If you strive to invest manage your risk not all the time green days with the market.
692  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: earn from Bitcoin on: January 03, 2024, 12:25:30 PM
Sorry to bother the community, but it is a hard time for me now. I am really appreciated to your suggestions, help, instructions of How to earn from Bitcoin, including a job related to Bitcoin, mine, trading, or anything else.

You can earn bitcoin by buying into an exchange with your money, also you can increase the number of your profit to buy more using trading and investment, currently, mining is not too much ideal right now most of the miners sell their rigs already in the market or just in our country. Besides that, you can make a service with your skills you can offer in our service board and use crypto or bitcoin as your payment to your service. If you don't have money still there a few airdrops but of course those are just a small amount but still better than nothing but of course instead of waiting to increase the number ideal is still seeking for a job, earn money, invest to bitcoin.
693  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Am a Beginner on: January 03, 2024, 12:03:20 PM
This forum is the ideal for seeking information related into the bitcoin, in some point ideal if you try to read related on the question "What is bitcoin" this gives you a head start right now about the background of the bitcoin itself so the materials given to you in the first page is ideal to read, again there's no shortcut here you must need to understand the basics first, afterwards you now understand the other concept of it like related into the trading, mining, other form of investment and etc.

I have being hearing about Bitcoin for a very long time and I really don't know what it entails. I will really appreciate if I can get materials to aid me understand perfectly what it entails!

In this you are like a student who entered the university and in the first lesson asks to teach him how to write and read. If you are not satisfied with the information that is posted in the "Beginners & Help" section, you can use Wikipedia to get minimal knowledge about Bitcoin and then ask a specific question that remains unclear to you.

In recent days just use your search engine and you can get a lot of information, Wikipedia is one of the oldest forms but I guess goods to consider if op want to check its history of it but for looking forward contents there's a lot now in the internet like the recent BRC-20.
694  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Airdrop Hunting on: January 03, 2024, 11:06:12 AM
Mapapa sana all ka nalang talaga.

695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a Replacement for a College Savings Plan on: January 02, 2024, 12:51:53 PM
At this rate, I am seeing that now most corporate companies plan to remove the college degree requirement for jobs, which will transform the college education long term, and its looking like it won't even be needed unless you're going to be a PhD or a Lawyer etc etc.

The traditional mutual fund / 529 plan isn't really needed anymore if college isn't going to be a requirement, but now I am more so just thinking of a life savings plan is a much better and more flexible option. Maybe just set them each up a wallet and load x amount each making quarterly contributions. By the time they are old enough surely they would have more money in that account anyways compared to the mutual fund, right?

This scenario might quite depend but it's different if you have the degree it your proof that you graduated, and earned knowledge and skills that can be used outside the school for your daily needs and life sustainability. People now are using skill base even you have credentials but in some cases not always like in others if you apply to work, knowledge or a degree too is an investment. Those degrees are your certificates to become a valuable person. If you have money like Bitcoin but are not too literate surely you will just spend those easily and vanish an instant. But use bitcoin as your extra savings and investment is ideal plan if you have already a good source of income.
696  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am I Too Broke To Own Bitcoin? on: January 02, 2024, 12:09:51 PM
....Sometimes I sell in a bull market, and other times I sell in a bear market. Would you say that holding BTC isn't for everyone? Am I not too broke to depend on Bitcoin for financial freedom? Yeah, I'm working for my financial independence, but Bitcoin has remained a peripheral component of that plan. Only if I can HODL for a few years.

Do you comfortably HODL? 300% is quite a lot. 1000% for me is a dream.

Your earning is still capable of having an investment but of course we have different state of living if you have an extra money and would like to earn atleast and take risk make an investment than waiting for the banks having your profit to the locked money with just annual per year percentage, than making a large profit with the market volatile of the crypto. It depends on you how much you risk and how long you hold this must be added or a must to your plan before making an investment, if you are going for a long term or short term. Another thing when it comes in investment with crypto not as always that this becomes peoples safe haven not as always people getting profit here.
Investment where you think you are comfortable.
697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't Know, But Can i Invest In Bitcoin? on: January 02, 2024, 11:09:55 AM
... I don't know much about Bitcoin so the person gave me the link to this website and suggest me to know about the various opinions of users on various topics. Since I see that Bitcoin is always discussed , I want your suggestions about my Bitcoin investment.
Should I invest money with the suggestion of that guy? He told me that if I invest I will get good profit. He said, he will open my bitcoin wallet and help to buy bitcoins. Should I invest in bitcoin?

As long as you can take a risk like how much are you willing to spend just to have a ride with this market investment, like your friend said you are willing to lose, if you think you just want to try and getting afraid with the 500$ you can take a 100$ or less its up to you so you can test it out if this market or crypto itself is suitable to you or not, time goes by you will learn a lot from your experience or even experience of other people here. Bitcoin is the most ideal for beginners and if you want to take another step altcoin is.

....He said, he will open my bitcoin wallet and help to buy bitcoins. Should I invest in bitcoin?

In this part I doubt, don't let anyone have your wallet and manage your money, let yourself make decisions not them and even your known person once they see a big amount of money anything can happen. Don't trust anyone in terms of having your wallet.
