Hello in a thread with an other subject, a person pasted the follwing statement: I don't know why some member mention mixer when OP mainly ask about wallet. But OP and reader should take note that not all mixers are equally good and usually mixed coin can't be deposited into centralized exchange.
Why is that the case? Does a mixer try to follow the entire way of Bitcoin funds, and if the "path" is intransparent, mixing is not performed? That's not what the member meant. It's the exchange that try find the origin of the funds, not the mixers. Mixers don't really care. Exchanges do that because they have rules and regulations they must adhere to. ChainAnalysis's KYT (Know your transaction) is something a lot of exchange use for that purpose: https://www.chainalysis.com/solution/crypto-risk/This helps exchanges block transactions from darknet markets, exchange hacks (a hacker hacking an exchange, and then sending the funds to another one) etc.

1. It's probably better to create a new seed phrase in this case yes, and then send the funds to the new wallet.
2. No need to generate anything new in this case. "Sweeping" basically means sending the funds from your Paper wallet to your electrum wallet as you normally would. So unless your Electrum wallet has been compromised, there's is no need for you to create another one, just because you sweeped funds to it.

The transaction already has 4 confirmations, so there's sadly nothing you can do to reverse the transaction.
Since you know it's a malware, make sure to clean your computer properly, and make a completely new wallet afterwards.

It's good. I think it's a good upgrade but I have a few suggestions here: I would like to point out that when the following page for example: https://www.coinsbee.com/en/gift-cards/payment-cards/my-prepaid-center-mastercard/You would expect that clicking one of the payment methods on the left side, would actually take you to the payment page directly but it doesn't, it just takes you to a page where it tells you that you can pay with Monero (or whatever coin you have selected). I think the behavior should be: It should either redirect you to the payment page, or shouldn't be clickable at all so we know it's only "for display" and so that the user has an idea what payment methods he could later use after adding the gift cards to his cart. I also don't see the point of selecting "the estimated price". It just gives the impression that I'm selecting the payment method.. but then in the payment page, I'm asked to select the payment method, again.

You should only be paying for "transactions fees" and yes, those should be paid for every transaction you make. There should be no additional fees on top of that unless you're using Trustedcoin 2FA service which can find more about here: https://trustedcoin.com/#/faq#fees

Mempool.space is also a good one. But then it depends on what "features" you're looking for. If it's just to see the amount, transaction hash, and the addresses involved in a transaction then I really don't see what difference would changing the explorer make.

where is introduction section ?
We don't have one and there's is need to introduce yourself either. If you have any questions that you need help with when it comes to Bitcoin, you can use the Beginners and help section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5495119.0Otherwise, there's the Altcoin discussion or the Service Discussion (altcoins) boards for non-bitcoin-related stuff.

In order for you to recover the funds, you need access to the private keys which is something only the exchange have access to.
Some exchanges have a clear policy as to "what to do" in case the funds are sent to the wrong network, but I can't find any for Deribit. So as mentioned above, you need to reach out to the support team.

I haven't used it myself, but... That site advertise it as a decentralized exchange. What's decentralized about it? I haven't made an account so I could be wrong but this looks like an exchange where you would need to deposit your funds to start trading and things are not done from your wallet. The exchange also to have managed to get listed on CMC: https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/xeggex/ and seem to have an active twitter page... So I wouldn't disregard them, but I would still be cautious and not deposit what I can't afford losing, if I were you.

I guess you could try this: https://ninjastic.space/And try to search within the Service board, and use your wallet address (assuming you don't change it that often) or something like "Post count" or "merit count in the last 120 days" or simply places where you posted your name or profile ID would do the trick.

You can also go for Binance, Bybit, OKX or Kucoin. If you want to use OKX, be careful not to send less than 0.0005 BTC which is their minimum deposit for bitcoin. The exchanges that OmegaStarScream also mentioned are good. Where are you from? If you're looking for fiat exchanges, maybe you can look into Bitfinex, Bitstamp, Gemini and Crypto.com. Coinbase and Kraken are probably on the top, so I'm not sure you would want to switch to something else unless they're not offering a specific thing or token you're looking for.
Is Bitfinex having segwit address for bitcoin? I wanted to use the exchange some months ago but it required me for KYC which makes me not to proceed because I did not know if it will serve the purpose of receiving with segwit address. The exchanges you mentioned are also good. I just assumed that OP is more inclined to fiat exchanges since he mentioned Coinbase and Kraken. As for your question, then as of November 2023, Bitfinex fully supports native SegWit: https://blog.bitfinex.com/announcements/support-for-bech32-addresses-now-available-on-bitfinex/

may I ask a question? can people introduce their NFT projects here in bitcoin forum with leaving the links to their website and social media? I thought it was against the rules. i don't know. maybe I misunderstood the rules.
Yes, you can do that. There's nothing preventing you from doing so. Just make sure to read the sticky topics to understand the rules better (don't spam, don't promote something illegal, etc.) other than that, you should be fine and if there's is a specific rule, you'd like to clarify, just post it here.
