I'd need to know what kind of image file to provide (size, format,...)
Any image of size 128x64. Python Imaging Library will take care of conversion into black-white.

what is up with the mytrezor page having captchas now? Is that normal? Today is the first time I have seen that...
Captchas come from Cloudflare. Your request might come from an IP range that is somehow suspicious (e.g. the might have been a DDoS attack in the past ...)

It would be really nice to be able to assign names to the accounts on your Trezor. It's confusing trying to remember which account is which.
+3. This has been asked a few times, and I thoght they said they were working on it way back when. Anyways, this would be a boon to the average user. We have a labeling feature more or less ready, but it sits in the merge queue and needs to be properly merged in and tested first. The labels will be stored in cloud storage of your choice and securely encrypted via TREZOR.

@ Trezor team: Why are the transaction fees fixed when using mytrezor?
Fiddling with tx fees is an advanced feature and does not belong to myTREZOR which is aimed for regular folks.

I see reference to permalinks in this thread but I can't seems to confirm if they are working? I'm trying to share a map of my local city with the community showing our available locations without them having to use geolocation. Is this feature available? How can I get a URL that shows the local city?
Can we get a response to this question please? This will be possible with the new version of Coinmap that should come up during the following weeks.

Both my Trezors shows connected on the main page but don't load the account balance. Could somebody give me an idea what is the problem? Please contact our support. Email link is in the upper-left corner of myTREZOR wallet.

It's a bit confusing for the user, isn't it. I'd also be interested in why this is the case for me and not for dnaleor.
Yes, we realised that various QR code generators produce different results (even for the same settings). Actually I have not found 2 implementations that DO produce same results. It's a mess and we'll look into that later, but it's low priority at the moment. That said I really doubt that codes for dnaleor do match.

Time has come to start thinking about purchasing a Trezor for myself (or maybe 2). I have read the manual and the FAQ found on the website, but I couldn't find any information about Armory compatibility and multi-sig addresses. Would I be able to create a 2-of-3 multi sig address in Armory and to have Trezor as one of the 3 addresses?
Multisig was implemented just recently and will be possible after the upcoming 1.3.0 firmware update is released.

Mr. Slush, Mr. Stick, and Satoshi Labs. I'm interested in a discount for bulk quantities. Sort of like a Group Buy. Actually, it is for a potential Group Buy. I'd only want a few personally, but I can see hundreds of others wanting their own.
Please contact sales@satoshilabs.com. Thanks!

Have you reported it alredy to TREZOR support? If not, please do.

I received an email scam of sorts:
It's not a scam. It's a regular newsletter sent via Mailchimp service.

Edit: Nevermind, works now! Just sent a transaction and it worked after that - maybe it needed my PIN to be entered, which I did to send the transaction?
I think address needs to be used first in order to use Sign/Verify workflow (so myTREZOR caches its index). A bug that should be fixed in the next release.

This is not a relevant issue to the problem you are experiencing. Backend should be working again.

I think many of the "early adopters" are already competant with computer security.
I don't agree with this statement. It's rather not about something you know, but about something you don't know. Even I cannot trust my own computer, because I haven't seen and read sources to all components it is running (BIOS, kernel, hardware drivers, OS, etc.)

I had hoped many more would have been sold by now given 141,614 subscribers to /r/Bitcoin and 393,788 accounts in bitcointalk. Plus the hundreds of millions spent on ASIC preorders.
Sadly most of the people would rather invest in shady mining companies instead of increasing the security of their coins.
