One can look at it as "data-hoarding" but it really is practical. TrustLogics offer a better and far more convenient way for looking a job. Jobseekers will just need to use TrustLogics to find employers and employers doesn't need set lengthy hours interviewing/screening applicants. It give leeway for both sides and at the same time it is far more secured. You`re right as far as I know it is easy for both sides to be reliable in the system of trust logic and besides they actually need one another, As we all know not only the files can be secured in the system but also the job seeker`s needs a job and a company needs an employee then they are really suit to one another and this project can support or provides both parties of what they actually needed. |

I don't know if this is a good idea or not. I think it is good to have an online interview using trustlogics application. Well, I know it is not part of the platform of trustlogics and it is already above the objectives of this project. But it is good also if they will make some effort to put it. We already innovated the hiring process, why do we not make it completely. Just sharing my idea.
I agree with your opinion, because this one will also help the company and the valitors to make it easy for them to recognize the applicant who deserve to have a proper work. The TrustLogics have its own way how to find a better job seekers whether they try to do what your opinion is or not. I agree, for sure trust logics and it's team know what they're doing and maybe they have research and development plans to figure it out what they need to improve... But in fairness with your suggestions it has a point to make hiring process much faster, since they have also validation process that will check all the credentials/certifications of the jobseeker personally... Yes correct, it will much faster if trustlogic will conduct an interview via or thru online so it will save them more time and effort both the recruiter and jobseeker... I think they need to maximize the ability and the use of internet and its devices to make it really helpful to them and to make it things faster... Some of the organisation in our country use to take interview online but i think on the part of TustLogics they are having a good idea and tremendous project they have come with it is an added advantage the services they will going to provide in future. if interview is based on traditional way this is the most consisting of a conversation between a job applicant and a representative of an employer which is to assess whether the applicant should be hired,because basically interviews are one of the most popularly used devices for employee selection,,but if would compare to trustlogics system the interview is very smooth process due to we have a personal validator whereas the system of trustlogics are the best and fair to all applicant even to the newly jobseeker, Correct, and i think the job seekers will prepare more in the interview even if it is online interview because they can say more about themselves even in traditional way. But TrustLogics has its own validator whereas they can validate the personal data of the applicant in a short period of time. I will suggest this to my friends to try this and hope that it is available in many countries. Despite the internet are widely user,the online interview are commonly used instead of traditional interview as of now unlike before, because the online job opportunity are unlimited unlike to traditional way that sometimes is limited slot only,and one good thing I know that trustlogics are able to have unlimited offered opportunity to those unlimited jobseeker around the world. In trustlogics we dont need to worry about those who will fake their information,as i have read Trust logic has partnered validators who can verified your details. So if the jobseeker is confident about his/her application he/she can easily choose to be verified.
oh really that is such a great idea from trustlogic, in this case jobseekers would be hesitant to falsify their posted profile information in the system. Employers can distinguish easily a trust worthy applicant. That`s right! But if you want to make the verification process fast and reliable, well the job seekers should probably use their true identification files or other information, which the validator`s will going to check if their files are fake or plagiarism. |

Maybe they we`re going to update that soon as the dev and it`s team are working through it right now, as what I have understand, yes maybe there are some projects look similar from what they have built right now, but it depends on how they we`re going to run the project and handle the situation in order for them to build a concept like this. Oppppsss! New project . I can see that most of the projects rising up nowadays are similar. Almost everyone wants to have an online market, hiring platform, job advertising platform. What is the unique feature of this project that other do not have? All will be equally good but it will be definitely gaming department which will also need most time to develop but we imagined it as people something people will look as their job to play the games and we plan to give the special focus once we got to that phase to developing as much games that will bring strong communities and competitive environment and profits for all serious participants in the games depending on their succees rate during the week months... Games are planned to be specially structured so they give the platform small fee and all the money that enters in the economy is to be taken by the players, gaming tournaments with high prizes affiliate campaign there will be fun and opportunity for everyone. it is interesting personally, but i am just concerned on how the other gamers would react about this too. i certainly agree that so many gambling sites had expensive fees to begin with, as a fellow gamer i would love to try your service when it will be launch. Is your TrustLogics Android and IOS app available on every country??
I'm not sure if their Android and IOS app was available on every country, but as far as I know based on what I have read on their whitepaper it is a hiring project wherein you can apply national and internationally based. For me maybe it is available on every country. Well maybe since is referred to blockchain technology its will sure that the market of thrustlogics betwwen jobseeker will not limited on other country instead it will also unlimited to other country ,offered job hiring all over in the world,,for just in cased unemployment rate will decreased in the whole world.  That could be a yes but I don't think i is since they would have to have set up a local team in each country they are targeting since it involves data collection and verification. It's easy to develop the app and make it available worldwide since they are already established, the question is how about the processes that would be involved in the hiring process? And also the verification process? Well i think as of my own opinion, it`s easy for them to recognized the verification process, because the account you have registered in their application needs your information in order to gathered data and establish it to their system and become verified user in which your account will be applicable for hiring companies. |

This particular question is tackled about more spending money and savings. I really like your concern and idea, hopefully many people realize on how the way they manage their income and their expenses. Because to much spending of money causes negative income, and suffered more future payables and debt. Actually, mostly people has the characteristics of being thrifty are those rich people, because they are more on saving money, but for those people that only a workers having minimum income are performing more on expenses rather than saving, hopefully this question gave us a learning lesson on how to save money rather than too much spending.
That's right a lot of people right now spending lots of their money than their usually daily income. Many people work hard in order to earn money and also to survive but, other people didn't see what they do, because some of them born in a wealthy family. Some rich people underestimate poor because they think that they can easily manipulate them using money. |

We can't say this thing right now because the future are still bright with bitcoin. Yeah, for now a lot of black propaganda just to ruins bitcoin reputation but I still believe in the future of this thing, bitcoin will become a major currency in the future. This is just the beginning.

I just want to ask. What if I have something deficiency such as physical disabilities. Do I have also a different steps on applying using trustlogics application? Because I think person with disabilities are the primary concern whenever there is a company that hires employee.
Thank you Roukawa for raising an important matter that has usually been forgotten. Based on the whitepaper, as far as I know there is no specific detail about PWD candidates. But, raising this matter might serve a starting point for Trustlogics about PWD hiring. I do mot think or cannot even think of a single problem that may arise off of this matter because clearly, as long as the people who have disabilities regardless of the type are still capable to work or have the qualities that companies or employers are looking for, I think they will be accepted. And if they work hard enoigh, they will be more likely to be in demand more than people who do not have disabilities but lack work ethics and determination. I srongly agree with you. Some companies say that hiring PWD creates a positive environment in the workplace. Staff become better individuals because they learn to understand more and become more compassionate. For sure, PWDs have place in Trustlogics! Yes. I do believe and have the same thoughts about people with disabilities. Having equal rights woth the normal people because they are also human beings that have minds and emotions. They too can learn a huge number of things not any leass than that of a normal human being because they are still capable pf things that they can do and are great on theor foelss. Well, not all company just look on the personal images or characteristics of every applicant, there are some company that even the persons with disabilities can also show their skills and specially the minds that they have and can contribute to the company. But as of the top main priorities of the companies doesn't include those people with disabilities, but also it doesnt mean that they don't stand a chance, of course they do, it is just that they are not the priority as of now but sooner or later they will have their own time. I think they would have the same procedure as us. Maybe different on kind of work coz we all know they have disabilities. For me as an opinion they must add feature if the applicant is disabled for them to find out if the work is fit or not for them. Not all disabled cannot work so why we separate them?? Maybe we should actually separate them, its because they cant actually work full time as what a normal person can do. This project is for all but in terms of PWD it really depends on how the management to assist them but maybe Trustlogic can find a way to give them opportunity in order to work. I`ve respected your opinion, but it does not mean I don`t agree by disabilities, maybe the Trustlogic can give them a work that really suited for disabled persons. |
