201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about NEO on: May 10, 2018, 06:05:37 PM
After previous crash most of the coins are pumping but neo still not seeing Sun light after crash .
But there is lots of good nes on NEO blockchain . Some recent succesful projects were ontology , pikciochain there is lots
Even NEXO exchange going to launch soon . MOre chinese investors are interested on NEO based projects .
What do you think NEO will be Pumped soon or later ??". IS that good investment for long term ??

NEO based projects began to look again its potential, things like this should be utilized as possible with the investment of some $ on the NEO.
NEO better indeed if as a long-term investment, because nevertheless from the first NEO has shown its ability
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Manager Level = Campaign Successfully? on: May 10, 2018, 05:59:12 PM
actually, the Manager level didn't affect too much on how campaign will success or not, because its all depends on how the ICO projects marketing works, if the manager is Hero/Legendary but there's only small investor buy the ICO tokensale or didn't reach softcap which it will make all investors money refunded, and ICO maybe delayed.

but manager with higher level also have an experience on how they see the potency of ICO and accept the projects or not
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: where is the tech? on: May 08, 2018, 04:36:42 PM
hi there

i am really getting bored. i am interested in the tech of all these altcoins too. but in this subforum nobody is takling about it.

ICOs, bounties or airdrop, how to get rich fast, investment short or long term, bla bla bla.

arent there any news about technology of all these coins that are out there? do i have to leave and find a new forum?

it has been seen that the interest of the forum community against blockchain technology is less encouraged, on average all more interested in the technique to get profit from crypto itself (I admit that i am too), so we forget the development of crypto technology and its application directly, therefore until now we still have not felt a direct change in the presence of crypto
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more secure platform in the future, Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: May 08, 2018, 03:59:48 PM
i prefer on bitcoin, because this is the main in the cryptocurrency, even both side have a good price, i mean we need more make bitcoin feel as important asset than other coins
also in the future, if bitcoin want to be more friendly with other platform it should be more secure.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long Crypto currency will survive? on: May 05, 2018, 10:23:19 AM
How long is crypto will survive in this world ?

What could kill Crypto?

Meanwhile the tech keeps increase its development, its also bring cryptocurrency good news. As for me crypto is still young. 50 years or more is still possible to be more good.
Something that could kill crypto i think is, if chaos around the world happened and also at the same time, world economical going unstable
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptocurrencies become global reserve currency? on: May 04, 2018, 04:31:42 PM
In the world today, bitcoins, altcoins, and other digital currencies have been used in business transactions, economic market, and investments. Thus, being held in significant quantities at a period of time. Will that mean these cryptocurrencies can be used as anchor currencies regulated by the government?

I'm not sure the government will agree to this fully, because the government does have some shortcomings of this crypto which does make the government disagree, such as volatile prices, money laundering, and so on.

208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [LIST] List of decentralized Stablecoins on: May 03, 2018, 11:12:24 PM
We're currently seeing some movement in the development of "stable" cryptocurrencies. "Stablecoins" are designed to have a low volatility. Most of them are pegged to a base asset, like the US dollar. This list has the goal to track their development and their success (or failure) in terms of stability.

The list is ordered chronologically, according to the year of launch. Only decentralized coins are permitted, no "IOU" coins managed by a central entity - this is why you won't find Tether and similar coins in this list.

If you know another decentralized Stablecoin project I forgot, feel free to comment - I'll add it ASAP.

2014: BitShares (BitUSD, BitCNY etc.)

  • Description: Independent blockchain with a multi-asset system, featuring a base asset (BitShares) and pegged assets or "smartcoins" (BitUSD, BitCNY, BitBTC etc.). The blockchain is secured with the DPoS consensus method (BFT-based).
  • Pegged: Yes, to fiat currencies, cryptocurrencies and other assets
  • How the peg works:An "oracle" mechanism tracks the target price of the base asset (e.g. the USD) in BitShares. Users can enter a "short contract" creating smartcoins (e.g. BitUSD) depositing a big (2x the target price of the created smartcoins) collateral in BitShares. The "shorter" can profit if the BitUSD price in relation to BitShares goes down, but he has to pay back part of the collateral if he closes the contract with a lower BitShares price. If the BitShares price goes down more than 70% and the contract is still active, the short is auto-liquidated and the "shorter" loses his entire collateral.
  • Stability: Medium to Good (small peaks with up to ~20% deviation)
  • Price evolution: see BitUSD on Coinmarketcap
  • Website: bitshares.org

This one make up my interest up. seeing that evolution price make me sure that, there's still coin with high possibilty to more growing up than just coin we now like usual. like BTC, ETH, XLM. etc

i see the timeframe between 1 April - 1 May and see its adorable growth of price and hope last month i invest in bitBTC
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Dying Myth of long term holds??? on: May 03, 2018, 11:00:40 PM
If you do not have the skill in trading then use long-term investment and invest for a long time in the main coins that show a stable growth over a period of 5 years for example btc  Wink

sadly, most of people without trading skill is new at trading and cryptocurrency, also not patient if we told them for long term hold. especially for hold btc, meanwhile they want a fast profit method.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO vs ADA on: May 02, 2018, 01:40:56 PM
Yes I know that have nothing do do with each other and that you cant really compare. But if you had to choose one from the other. which would it be?

NEO usually good coins, but for this month i maybe keep watch on ADA, roadmap update, look on some Testnet event in this month maybe can become a supporter to rise the price.
if you still want to enter NEO, that's good but make it for long-term investment.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 3 cryptocurrencies to invest in for May 2018 on: May 02, 2018, 01:32:38 PM

Top 3 cryptocurrencies to invest in for May 2018

1. OmiseGo;
2. EOS;
3. Verge;

I prefer OmiseGo, because OmiseGo is one of the most prominet Chinese blockchain projects. It is a project backed by a team of blockchain experts including Ethereum chief, Vitalik Buterin and is aiming to solve some major financial challenges.

Their team is unstoppable.  In Q1 alone, they had a number of successful releases, and the progress they made since launch has been amazing.

Which coin do you think will rise more in May?

I have 2 coins only, which is ETC and then bitBTC, those 2 coins is good enough to invest i think, if you wanna try, look at bitBTC especially at coinmarketcap.
and then make a timeframe between 1 April - 1 May, look how those price moves.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH on: May 01, 2018, 03:45:05 PM
Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

im sure you're the bounty hunter's that Hit and Run only, no doubt  Cheesy
look dude, every project has the potential to be great and even greater than being paid with ETH, then if the bounty hunters paid with ETH what is the function of the token, the goal of the project is that they hope of the project will growth more and not just getting their promotors run away hold their money
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Got $25.000 to invest, low KYC needed on: April 30, 2018, 06:01:46 PM
I'm looking for a few ICOs to invest in, anyone got any good ideas?

You've a lot of money to be invest. If i become you, instead giving i will just turn all of them to BTC or ETH.
And play them for short time.

Only 1 of 10 icos right now that trusted and even that "1" could turn into scam anytime
That was my ideas, i wouldn't take the risk to give $25k to fake people. Its better give to randomly people on the market.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is that psycological on trading? on: April 29, 2018, 04:12:38 PM
Have you ever bought altcoin but after that the price actually decreased deeply? After many times it becomes bad suggestions for me every time I will buy, any suggestions from you who have traded more experienced than me? What's wrong and needs to be fixed? Thank you

Sometimes we get stuck by the price we already consider that the lowest price but actually the price can still go down again. If I think it's good to make some buy orders. And control your emotions

however, its better that we need to analyze the chart first and look till how deep the alt will gonna through. if we just make some buy order and keep buying after each the price decrease 5-10% i think that was bad decision.
and also look is that any event that affect why those altcoin keep decreasing ?
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: May 2018 - start of the bull run or bull trap? on: April 27, 2018, 11:35:47 PM
April is coming to an end and many people believe May will be a good month for the crypto space and the start of the next bull run. Some believe this is a big bull trap being coordinated by whales where btc will pump up to around $11k to $13k and then crash down to $3k to $5k range. What do you think will happen?

it depends on the news on May, if there's still a lot of bad and FUD news like the problem that happen to MEW happen again, im afraid this May still have the possibility to bring market into bull trap.

But if no any bad news, market will go to bull run or at least keep stable slowly.

216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you using ETH for? on: April 26, 2018, 11:32:49 AM
What have you been using your ETH for?

For trading
To buy ICO
For long term investment
Other - explain

mostly, i used my eth just for saving, become a long-term investment, it has enough stable price. but once i need some stuff, i will sell an eth to FIAT  Grin
last time i used eth to buy ICO, those ICO now become a shitcoin, maybe i need to HOLD it for 1-2 years.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoin are you mostly Trust? on: April 26, 2018, 04:06:08 AM
Here is lot of altcoin.

Which coin are you trust for long term hold.

i'd trust to ETH, ETC, XRP and NEO. those altcoin good to be lon-term hold. in other side i prefer to altcoin which can bring me a lot of profit. usually i got it from the altcoin that used for short-term or for daily trading.

IMO, the alt that good for long-term is listed on famous and trusted exchange. Binance, Bittrex, Poloniex, etc and also they have a big daily volume even when it have a red market
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Everythings GREEN!!!! Oh... hey wait, it's red again... on: April 26, 2018, 03:58:03 AM
We are all hoping for the next bull run, and many thought that the last week showed promising signs.

And then, today we have another price correction.
You can theorize all you want: maybe it's because of the mew hack, maybe it's just whales manipulating the market.

But the most simple answer, is that open markets routinely price correct as demand and supply constantly shifts.
In the case of a speculative, unregulated, and young market like crypto, the swings are more pronounced.

I think that what we will see here (and what I hope for more than anything), is that the market and investors grow up and stop throwing money at shitcoins.

The next bull run will come, I'm thinking mid may to late may.
And the coins that will perform the best, and throughout the year will be the ones that have an actual product and real world use case.

keep calm dude, dont let the whale burn you out in the red market like this, bitcoin is still trying to let us scared with the condition of this market, anyhow patient is the key, who lost its patient means they will give the profit to other

just because after a bull run for 3-4 days, and then the market goes red less than 24 hours it doesnt mean bitcoin will end.
even, this is the right time to buy more bitcoin.
219  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin gone too much deep?? on: April 26, 2018, 02:55:57 AM
Hello btctalk.i am in this cryptoworld since from many months but i never seen this much deep of btc so i have some questions related to it.

1) why bitcoin price gone this much down?
2)why bitcoin price fluctuate too much?
3)which features affect on the fluctuations of price of btc?
4)Is bitcoin price affect on  altcoins? If yes then which altcoins price get affected by it ànd which are not?
5)when  we should see the price increament in BTC?

generally bitcoin is a thing that so sensitive with a FUD news, even a touch a FUD can make the market is going to red for 3 days or more
bitcoin is really unpredictable, its fluctuations affect with a whales and usually with a company that deny the bitcoin, and i think since bitocoin was born and till right now its something normal.

bitcoin is good for long-term profit, and look behind that already happen in the last years. most of bitcoin price reach the peak when its touch the last of the year
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are altcoin exchanged for btc and not for dollar on: April 24, 2018, 10:48:37 PM
Why are altcoin exchanged for btc and not for dollar?
having tons of altcoin is just like having bitcoin. If bitcoin grows, they grow. If bitcoin falls, they fall.

Isn't this pointless? Why not buying and selling alts for dollar?

that was the reason why it calls "Crypto" currency. if till right now only bitcoin and altcoin didn't exist so im sure the bitcoin price would never the price like this with big interest like now.

the point of of bitcoin-alts are because the USD is a currency that still regulated and its Centralized. meanwhile the cryptocurrency is to support the decentralized
