[...] And to get those libraries, you're exposing the offline machine to website downloads, or even worse going online with it to get the backported libraries.
Not necessarily. One solution is using Synaptic offline, for example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=777625.0

have you ever tried bitaddress.org to create vanity address(bitcoins)? You can't create vanity address with Bitaddress.org AFAIK. They helps to split a public key and to combine private key parts. nope! Can creat vanity address jusr try it -_- they have some featues.. I think you've seen this feature only from that website. //sry for bad english They don't create them there. It's a "helper" feature to be used with Vanity Pool, for example.

Whenever I run the code, I get [...] You have to activate the node first. I just did it for you. Next step is to have your BTC address somewhere on your index.html

Spain is 220V, so at ~880 Watts you get just enough for an underclocked SP20 for example. The SP20 also has the advantage that it has temp sensors, the hotter it gets the slower it runs. If it gets colder again (i.e. at night) it ramps up again.
Just make sure the agreement is to use those "4 Amperes" for 365/24/7.

Indeed. It's become fairly clear that we won't break out past $300 anytime soon.
Now you jinxed it

There's already: AccountSeller, AccountSeller2
Just leaving out a letter in a username has been used several times for malicious purposes here and hence is frowned upon. Be more creative.

Has anybody set a static IP address for their SP20? I found the "Network" section of the Settings page. As you would expect, the "Use DHCP" box is checked. When I uncheck that box, all the usual items for the IP address and other usual IP addresses on my network are set as you would expect from when it got them as part of the DHCP exchange. I then just change the miner IP address and leave all the other stuff as it was since it's correct. I hit the "Save" button. Nothing obvious happens. When I do anything else, the Netwrok essentially reverts to "Use DHCP".
Is this something I need to do via SSH, or am I just missing something on the Settings page to actually make it "stick"?
I did and it worked. Are you sure that you don't have an IP address conflict?

Yeah, don't be deterred by those numbers. I ran 0.8.6 on a B no problems. Of course it can be argued that it's not beneficial to network, since tx are not validated quick enough. But it ran..
Re Memory split: I went with no graphic memory at all as it was headless anyway.

Hi, I have two questions: - My miner has been running all night at 195MH/s, yet my stats page shows 0 hashrate - The website advertises 0.000180BTC/day per MH/s. I don't understand this value. Given an SP20 churns 1.7TH/s, that would make 306 BTC/day, paying for itself in less than 10 minutes. Could you please explain those values and units? Regards Re 195 MH/s: What is your miner? Re SP20: This is a scrypt pool. The SP20 only does SHA256, it will not work here. Also, your link is outdated. Spondoolies are out of stock.

[...] If my wallet was not corrupted by 0.10.0 I would definitely have gone back to an earlier version.
This is the first time you mention your wallet.dat got corrupted. Maybe a general HDD problem?
