201  Economy / Speculation / Re: John McAfee Bets His Manhood that BTC will reach $1 mil by 2020 on: December 03, 2017, 07:05:51 PM
$1 million within next 2 years, I think its not possible but over $100k in next 2 year is possible as it has already been proved that bitcoin price can multiply by 10x within one year.

$50k+ by end of 2018
$100k+ by end of 2019 or mid of 2020
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now I think its time for alts to shine. on: December 03, 2017, 06:58:57 PM
Btc has run too far too quickly possibly due to manipulation by hedge funds. But it wont crash too hard I think. By guess is undervalued alts will rally hard now. Just a guess
It looks like your speculation came out as true because right now many undervalued or cheaper alts are surging by over 50% like NXT. After this price of bitcoin might start to again surge..

Its now time for bitcoin all alts might get bloodbath when bitcoin will start its new rally.
203  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's Surpising: Bitcoin Price Touches New Height on: December 03, 2017, 06:52:55 PM
It is just a normal correction after a huge surge, and actually bitcoin price is already surging again to achieve new ATH price soon.
$20k per bitcoin before new year seems possible..
204  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 11k plus is the price of Bitcoin Now. my fear is..... on: December 03, 2017, 04:42:39 PM
Bitcoin might drastically go down deep following the sudden surge in price. If am wrong you can correct my impression thank you.
Bitcoin price has been corrected recently but not dumped hard because people are buying bitcoin more than what is being sold. So I don't think price will crash from the current point anytime soon, I think next ATH will be $20k before new year  Shocked

If there will be bigger dump in bitcoin price most of the altcoins might also get dumped hard because almost every crypto has been pumping constantly for last few weeks without any significant crash/correction.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins price watch in btc terms or in usd? on: December 03, 2017, 04:26:15 PM
Mostly in USD terms because at end we all want fiat to withdraw rather than bitcoin, but when alts will be dumping during bitcoin pump I try to buy altcoins directly with bitcoin to increase my total bitcoins.

206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin alternatives on: December 02, 2017, 05:18:24 PM
Alt coins = alternative coins so basically all other cryptocurrencies are alternative to bitcoin.

If you are looking for investment than you should buy multiple coins to diversify your risk and should only buy coins with high marketcap. Don't get scammed by fake coins and big promises.

207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 15k to invest - how would YOU spread it on: December 02, 2017, 04:48:01 PM
30% in bitcoin
10% in ETH
10% in Smart contract platform based tokens like lisk, qtum, Neo
20% in multiple coins which have real life uses like sia, dgb, nxt, ripple (long term holdings)
Remaining 30% for short term trading and mostly kept in Fiat to buy cheap coins if price will get dumped hard.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any Impact of rising bitcoin on ICO investments? on: December 02, 2017, 04:45:18 PM
When bitcoin rises do people invest more on ICOs? or they just HODL and invest less?
I think they will invest less if price of Token is in terms of bitcoin but might invest more if price will be fixed in terms of USD/fiat.

Many people who have invested ETH in tokens when ETH price was very low are getting higher return in terms of fiat right now as even if token price remains same in ETH, it will be worth more due to pump in ETH price over the last few weeks.
209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the good way to buy bitcoin and altcoins using cash? on: December 02, 2017, 04:11:07 PM
You can buy bitcoin with cash using localbitcoins like p2p trading platform;
1. Find someone near you willing to sell his/her bitcoin for cash.
2. Meet him and exchange your cash for bitcoin.
3. You will get better rate than usual exchanges + bitcoin ATMS.

Bitcoin ATM might charge you anywhere around 5% and exchanges like coinbase around 3.75% (might differ based on payment methods).

210  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whats your trading story? on: December 02, 2017, 03:52:14 PM
Lost so much on first few weeks of trading, sold some coins at way lower than buy price due to panic.

Bought shitcoins when they are pumping, there was almost zero volume from next day.

But now I am getting atleast some profit from short term trading....
211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Someone stole my btc on: December 02, 2017, 03:43:24 PM
I am constantly getting login request and password change request in my email address but I am using gmail with 2fa on so there is noway other can access my email and approve those login request. You should never use same password used in your email address in other sites during registration, there are many random sites which will sell your email + pass combo used in their site in bulk to others.

sorry for your losses, I don't think police can help you to recover your losses.
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash battle. on: December 02, 2017, 03:38:14 PM
Miners are moving from bitcoin mining to bitcoin cash mining for bigger profit because of low difficulty in bitcoin cash while high difficulty at bitcoin  because of price difference between them. When all miners will start to move towards bitcoin cash without difficulty adjustment in bitcoin, blocks will be mined with some delay which will untimately increase transactions fees + unconfirmed transactions.

I don't think this can be called as co-ordinated attack on bitcoin cash.
213  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I have stolen bitcoin in yobit on: November 27, 2017, 05:50:18 PM
You have trusted one of the shittiest trading platform with those huge amount of bitcoin - your fault
You have never thought of using individual altcoin's wallet to store those large amount of coins rather than yobit wallet - your fault
Even though you know that their support is worst, you thought you will never get any problem that will force you to create ticket - your fault

Wait for explanation from one of the yobit representative and also rather than posting it here you can post this in their official ANN thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=914975.0
214  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Be Careful with EXODUS wallet on: November 27, 2017, 05:37:11 PM
I am using exodus wallet for almost 6 months without any errors like that and never lost any amount of coin. You might have some type of malware in your computer or it was just a visual bug. If there is outgoing transaction from one of your exodus address visible in blockexplorer than your wallet is compromised, always use strong password to store encrypted exodus wallet file in your computer.
215  Economy / Speculation / Re: ATH for Bitcoin in year 2018 on: November 27, 2017, 05:31:50 PM
I think  it will be anywhere between $20k to $25k if there will be no any bad news like big amount of bitcoin being stolen from exchange, wallets. Market is still not mature or strong to hold up on negative news. Whole crypto market is based on speculation right now, some whales can easily manipulate price. But if there will be no any negative news and people keep buying bitcoin like crazy than $25k+ could be ATH for 2018.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherum on: November 27, 2017, 05:01:53 PM
Ethereum is a smart contract platform where anybody can make their decentralized apps. Tokens is also one form of dapps where developers can automate several process through smart contract for example, issue of fixed number of tokens to all that will send ETH to contract address, automatic profit distribution to token holders and many more.

Almost every tokens made on top of ETH network right now are only using smart contract for profit distribution, they have their own different platform/product where they make profit through different operation.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alternate coins to Bitcoins on: November 27, 2017, 04:52:59 PM
Is there any coin which can give or is giving a tough competition to Bitcoin ?
Bitcoin cash is against bitcoin and it is actually forked coin, miners are shifting between these two many times within a week to make profitable mining. However bitcoin cash can't dominate whole crypto market like bitcoin does.

Ethereum is different than bitcoin but it is still number 2 by marketcap and might grow more in future.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2800$ Altcoin advice ) on: November 27, 2017, 03:52:51 PM
I think you have made really clever move, all crypto are pumping like crazy in last few months and we used to have correction/profit taking during Christmas every-year. So its better you wait till coming Christmas and if there will be dump like expected you can buy almost all coin at very low price.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin need to be taxed? on: November 27, 2017, 03:32:56 PM
It depends upon from which country you belong, many developing countries dont have enough resources to add tax on bitcoin related activity but most of the developed countries are already taking taxes on all bitcoin related income.

However geting rid of any possible taxation in bitcoin is quite easier as anybody can trade bitcoin anonymously without getting under radar of government.
220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China & $10K Bitcoin on: November 27, 2017, 03:20:36 PM
I dont think there is still effect from chinese traders in the market as they cant trade cryotocurrencies for their local fiat. So they cant manipulate the market like they used to before. However i also dont think current surge will be stable.
