861  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Create Bitcoin Papper Wallet. ? on: January 18, 2017, 05:33:58 PM
is a paper wallet the has never been printed still a paper wallet? I dont print mine out i store them electronically all over the place encrypted.
But there will be no point to have paper wallet if you store that paper wallet details online or in your computer that is connected to internet. It will be more like storing in web wallet.  Grin

Ecrypted? How using password on .zip file  Huh
862  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the most trusted bitcoin exchange rate? on: January 18, 2017, 05:28:05 PM
I mostly rely on preev.com to check bitcoin price, but as i am using blockchain.info wallet their price is at which i have to do transactions. There is only slight difference in price between different price ticker which i don't care much.  Grin
863  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you do it? on: January 18, 2017, 05:25:34 PM
Money laundaring is restricted in almost every country so your country is not only one. You can sell bitcoin for hard cash with local guys over localbitcoins or you can use unverified bitcoin debit card to withdraw small amount like $2k per card, use multiple bitcoin debit card providers.
Even if you use those debit cards, those debit card provider can give detail to your government in case of investigation. But just for 4-5BTC per month, i don't think your government will take any interest in your bank account.
864  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin User Poll #1 - Age - how young are you? on: January 18, 2017, 05:19:02 PM
I am in between 20 to 21 not over 21 yet.
Why don't you include all polls in single thread? I mean isn't this possible, it will be better not to flood board with polls.
865  Economy / Speculation / Re: Jan 18 FUD: PBoC: Investors should pay attention to the potential risks of the p on: January 18, 2017, 05:16:09 PM
this is bad news.
Actually better to say this is already known thing, chinese exchange platform are behind price and trading volume manipulation.

is this the reason of this big dump?
I think we will see some correction but not in the level like 20-30% before, but after that price may grow in more healthy way.
866  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin User Poll #3 - Monthly Income - are you an earner? on: January 18, 2017, 05:11:26 PM
I have just completed my bachelor degree and searching for job and basic initial salary for kind of my job will be around $200 per month. But right now i hardly earn anything may be less than $50 from online earning.
867  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin simply unlimited? on: January 18, 2017, 03:42:30 PM
I mean, if I had a mining farm in my house, could I mine from it forever and ever?
No you will not receive any block reward after all 21 million bitcoin is mined and it will be on 2140 A.D. approximately.
What you can earn from your same mining farm will keep changing due to difficulty change and reward halving.
868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Return of Satoshi on: January 18, 2017, 03:29:53 PM
There are too many risks for him to ever reveal himself. He created this currency and vanished, leaving the project (probably) unfinished. There are altcoins that are getting updated and Bitcoin never did - it's like this since the release of it.
Almost all of your comments above are invalid.
Satoshi actually remain with bitcoin project for provably long time and actually he have remained always anonymous from starting of the project but vanished later on to protect himself and bitcoin.

All altcoins are crap and there just to collect millions from ICO, they keep updating their wallets just to show that they are actively involved in improvement.

Bitcoin never did  Roll Eyes Huh Better you check how many updates bitcoin have got from community developers in past. We don't need satoshi to make small changes or even big changes to bitcoin network.
869  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who controls the Bitcoins? on: January 18, 2017, 03:24:50 PM
The price of bitcoins can be controlled or i say manipulated if one community has large amount of bitcoin and currently china is the one who is holding major share of bitcoins.
It is true that bitcoin price may get manipulated by bitcoin whales but i don't think china hold majority of bitcoin. The high trading volume on chinese exchanges are just due to their 0 trading fee, chinese are buying bitcoin from local exchanges and selling them quickly in international market to convert their yuan to USD.
870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much would you have now if you bought btc instead of your first smartphone? on: January 18, 2017, 03:20:20 PM
i think its almost 0.4 btc because my smartphone is about $400 or more so if i buy btc rathen than to buy smartphone, i have more than 0.4 btc but fortunately, now i have my first smartphone which is oppo smartphone.
I know their slogan "Oppo selfie phone", i think you are one of the selfie lover.

However i think it could have been better if you had only spent $100-$200 in another smartphone and held those 0.20BTC for future. I have smartphone worth only $120 and it is more than enough for me even i can do trading with it.  Wink
871  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is cloud mining still a good invesstments in 2k17 ? on: January 17, 2017, 04:30:26 PM
A friend of mine told me about cloud mining in 2k14 and he said he made
his investment every 75 days
This is just a fake claim, mining is not much profitable due to high difficulty and low block reward. Getting back what you have invested in just 75 days  Shocked  Huh

Stay away, they may scam you within next 30 days or even earlier.
872  Economy / Speculation / Re: Trump inauguration and Bitcoin price on: January 17, 2017, 04:26:50 PM
We have already seen an impact in the cryptoworld. I think Trumpcoin went up to x15, that's a ton of money out of nowhere all because of trump.

Maybe the current BTC rally is also due the psychological factor of expectation for a certain date. We may see 1000+ again for 20th, who knows. I think the people that sold at below 800 fucked up big time.
However trumpcoin pump is just a FUD, we have seen it getting pumped and dumped really hard before also during election time. The one who are still holding trump may get heart attack after few days if they keep holding.  Grin

Current BTC dump/correction was due to PBOC investigating chinese exchange platform, are you talking about 1000+ within jan 20th ? That is quite high expectation, i think price may jump over 900 by that time.
873  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How long will Wave Crest, Gibraltar, stay alive? Bitcoin Debit Cards on: January 17, 2017, 04:21:46 PM
There is lots of limitation for unverified bitcoin debit cards they issue, and recently they have also asked everyone to get their card verified as unverified cards are no longer supported by paypal and skrill etc.

I don't think wave crest will die, rather they may stop issuing unverified cards and they may ask full personal documents before issuing any cards both virtual/plastic.
874  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does anyone else think it's feeling like 2014 all over again? on: January 17, 2017, 04:16:39 PM
In 2014, we entered a long down market where we saw periods of side ways followed by a slide down, repeat and rinse. Is 2017 shaping up to be another 2014?
No situation of bitcoin right now is way better than 3 years ago. Marketcap is really high now and we can see strong buy support even when market is in great panic.

I think we will see steady rise in price throughout 2017 rather than slide down or dumps.
875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Easiest way to convert money into BTC? on: January 17, 2017, 04:13:54 PM
Actually people from third world country don't have opportunity to buy bitcoin easily from any of the bitcoin trading platform like coinbase. Coinbase still don't support many developing countries also in localbitcoins usually deals for this countries are really expensive to buy from using local bank transfer.

However in european countries and china anyone can buy bitcoin or sell it quickly for profit or just buy and hold for long term with peace in mind. This have created a sense of "bitcoin is actually only made for developed countries, Tier-1 countries".  Angry
876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ORO] OroCoin ICO Now Underway with Escrow Handled by monbux on: January 17, 2017, 10:02:11 AM
1. The current progress for Wallet & Desktop Client has reached 98%.
Oh it seem wallet development is almost 100%, expecting to get full wallet detail within few days to try it out.

I guess ORO still seems cheaper as we can get 1500 coins per one bitcoin, means less than 0.001 bitcoins for one ORO. I am planning to buy some right away.
Yes, i also think it is still a bargain price per orocoin. Going to invest more in this stage...
EDIT: I think its 3000 ORO per bitcoin not 1500  Shocked
877  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price remain Tranquilly as price remains a little above $820 on: January 17, 2017, 09:57:26 AM
If you look out, price have already started another run and we may see $900+ easily by end of today. Yes the PBOC fud have created a great panic among other traders and chinese traders booked nice profit selling at peak and buying cheap at $750. Grin
878  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitcoinTalk Freelancers how do you transact your service payments on: January 17, 2017, 09:27:47 AM
There is xbtfreelancer.com which is freelancer.com alternative for bitcoin niche you can try them to offer your freelancing services.
I have also involved in freelancing before and i will suggest to use 3rd party site like i have mentioned above to stay safe from getting scammed by employer.
879  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is it safe ? on: January 17, 2017, 09:22:55 AM
Actually , I want to transfer my Bitcoins to my Credit Card or Bank Account . The main thing is PayPal isn't supported in my country .
If you want to transfer bitcoin to credit card you can try cex.io or even coinbase if they support your country.
The site you have mentioned looks garbage and better not to trust them.
880  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin saving on: January 17, 2017, 03:28:37 AM
What 1$ in fiat was worth exactly one year before is now just 1$ worth.
What 1$ worth of bitcoin one year before now worth 2$+ so better to save in bitcoin. Price trend is upward for bitcoin if you look at trading chart with monthly candles so you can be quite sure that in 52 weeks+ your bitcoin will worth more.
